So big and everything is a dollar! They have a big selection for makeup and some clothes! If you dont have a lot of money to spend k definitely recommend Dollar Tree!

You CAN find some good items here but they sell out very quickly & you will likely never find the same item in stock again....unless you go to another location or wait a month. This location needs help with stock & service. Other Dollar Tree stores seem much better.Here theres always ONE register open & a huge line! Meanwhile, 1 or 2 other employees are just standing / walking around. Eventually they will open up another register but that only happens after the line gets about 20 deep.

Line was to the back of the store. Literally to the back of the store. One cashier doing their best. With 3 people in office laughing and cutting up claiming to be counting money for over 15min while the cashier called for help.... The women in the office just kept yelling they would be out in a moment. They never came out. Myself and other customers could hear the women cutting up and laughing and conversing in the office. Im not sure how they can count money efficiently while chatting. Bad customer service. The only available Cashier was wonderful

Worst store hate coming to this store 4 employees working in store a line with 7 people in line one of there coworkers that was off work shopping in store went from back of line to them opening up a register for her only. I have video would love for corporate to care about there store and there customers to see video. But Im sure not...

Was able to buy Alka selter gum, which I hadnt see there before . They were out of the 5x6 loot bags at several of them

This location is always trashed and shelves are always empty. Not enough employees to keep the place up and running. Cashiers are very nice but you can see how beat up they are.

Ive noticed a change in employees going on up here at my little $tree. Over all the store looks better than it did say 6 months ago. There is a bigger selection of regular every day items. And they are usually pretty good at getting new and seasonal things out quickly. BTW a change up in employees isnt always a bad thing. I wonder if they are a training store? (Since the employees seem to have a revolving door?)

I’m revising my rating after terse, rude service from more than one clerk at this location. This particular location is clean. All items are priced at $1.00 each, which is good. The aisles are spacious enough to permit approximately two shopping carts to pass through at once.

New location for me!!! I always like to check out ALL the Dollar Trees to see which has the best stuff. This location is normal, but the staff was over the top friendly. A plus in my book.

Store seems to be more organized & clean in the last several months. All shelves were not stocked, but they were busy.

Great place to pick up items for $1.00 or sometimes 2 or 3 items for $1.00. Balloons, greeting cards, wrapping paper, gift bags, etc. =)

Mad props to poor Marco who is working this entire store on his own. Manager is not on premises. Marco is is cashier. No other employee is in sight anywhere in the store. I had to wait 20 minutes to check out. 4 people just walked out when they saw the line that ended up in a Y down 2 aisles and Marco somehow kept his wits about him and treated every customer with kindness and respect.

I love this dollar tree! They have alot of crafting supplies and great frozen food (ie ice cream pops for a great price ) ! I always end up taking more items than what I stopped in for. Only thing I wasnt excited about was how employees and management handled my pick up from items ordered on-line. Both times they said We have nothing to do or have any control of on-line orders. Its not a big deal, I just wish in that sense ..they were more mindful when speaking to customers about this instead of talking to them like one is an idiot.

This Dollar Tree is fairly new. And like all Dollar Trees, it is great. Its also not very far from my regular D.T. The only thing that I have noticed is that they have quite a few items that my other D.T. doesnt carry. And vice versa.

They had everything I went there for. The cashier was friendly, overall I had a good experience.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Dollar Tree Store on 740 W. Pipeline in Hurst at the end of January 2019.I went to the store to purchase a container for a certain thing I wanted to make. There were two containers that I thought might work. I purchased both, but asked if the one I did not need I could return the next day. The gal said yes there was no problem. One container was perfect. The other was not so the next day I returned the useless one. I had my receipt. She would not refund my money. She said they could only make an exchange. She called a manger at my request.The manager also said my money could not be refunded. We are talking about $1.00 I was so angry I left the container and receipt there. I returned home and called the corporate office. I left a message stating my problem. I have not even had a courtesy call back. So much for customer service.I will never return to that store again nor will I ever have a good word to say about them. Sandra mcMahon Hurst Texas

I just left this location after shopping for some urgently needed vases. I asked for the manager and was led to Charles. I knew he was busy but asked him to assist me in locating a case of specific vases. He didnt hesitate to go in the back and locate what I needed and as we walked up to the cashier line he saw that it was backed up. Charles immediately went to a closed register and opened it to take the customers who were backed up in line. I come from a customer service background and very much appreciate how Charles jumped right in and assisted his employees and customers. Thank you Charles!

I am a frequent shopper here, and just love the various selection of items sold at this store! The staff are friendly and helpful, you can find most anything you need and save yourself a trip to a supermarket.

Very slow checkout which requires heavy improvement. Only 1 counter was open when I went to this store and I was waiting to checkout for over 10 minutes. This has happened to me many times. When another lady opened a second counter, I moved to that counter. However there was something wrong with the machine. So then went back to the first counter and still slow.

I go there for snacks love it

Jordan is rude. Doesnt seem to known what he is doing. He has given me a hard time the last 3 times I was in there. Its to the point I dont want to go in there anymore. I love the Dollar Tree but its not worth the rudeness.

This location is new and worth visiting. The staff are friendly and willing to help. The store is aways clean and stocked, which both just add to the easy, quick shopping trips we make!

What is odd to me about this store is that its brand new, and yet looks much, much older. Every time Ive come the store has been a mess, and its rather small for a dollar tree. The atmosphere in here is weirdly subdued and a little depressing. Definitely my least favorite location. They do have the usual dollar tree things, and the employees are pleasant enough, so it still gets some stars.

Really happy to have one in the neighborhood. We can find some cool stuff. Our son loves Rip It energy drinks and they always have them.

New here in the area, was surprised you a few name brand items like secret deodorant and Lysol brand. I shopped at quite afew dollar tree stores and I love saving dollars and getting good products .😊😉

I love the store but there was one cashier working with a line down the isles. I went back the next day... worse because the same happened but two more employees came out of the office talking while this one poor woman was trying het best to help everyone while they were blabbing.

I was in this store today and the people are rude and could care less about the customer. I paid for my items and as the girl was putting the bags back in the basket i ask if that was all the bags and she said yes. When i got home i found there was a bag missing. It had 8 items in it and the receipt. I called up there and again they were rude and without even looking to see if the bag may have been put back i was told no it was not there. I will never shop at this store again. This is the second time this has happened. Thiefs.

I love Dollar tree but today the one on Pipeline road was not stocked many shelves were empty so I guess it was okay.

I went again after totally forgetting I have been to this one. Still a MESS and nothing I was looking for in food area (snacks) was stocked. Took a star off cuz it was worse this time, and customer service was dead on his feet. I will remember to not come back to this one.Original review 8 months ago: the employees seem more inclined to block whole aisles with their boxes and talk, rather than shut up and move out of the way for customers. At least the cashier was nice and paid attention.

Dollar Tree is one of my go to stores as they have great cards and other things for just $1. Plus its neat and clean.

A good place to find small tools, household items or craft materials. Unlike other dollar stores, everything is a dollar (sometimes less). The quality of the items isnt the best but theyll get the job done in most cases.

Friendly staff and goo selection. There is usually just one person checking out so it can make the wait time long if you are in a hurry. The best part is that ever is a $1.00.

Probably the worst dollar tree I’ve been to. The lines are always long, they move slowly, and it is very unorganized. Bought a balloon from there and within an hour it was deflated.so either the person was incompetent and didn’t know how to do it or it had a hole. Either way shouldn’t have happened. Thankfully it was only a dollar. Won’t be going back.

I put an item side by side to compare them and this stubby cashier, think her name was Alex started telling at me, asking if Im going to give the items Im not taking (though not nicely). I explained that I was comparing, relax, then 5 seconds later, shes repeating herself, whilst Im still comparing three items.Alex was loud, she assumed I was going to misplace an item. She could have waited till I was done, simply asked if I didnt want that item so she could take care of it. Instead, she assumed my intentions and assumed I wouldnt call her out on being loud af, discourteous and lacking basic customer service skills.I know its the dollar store, but they could afford better service and social skills. Besides, that store is an absolute pig sty, like free clothing rack on black Friday. Smh

This location CONSISTENTLY opens late. I just left there yet again- its 8:15- and the lady wiping the counters down told me that they werent open yet. I looked at my watch and said, Its past 8! She just turned herself around and went about her business. I am so SICK of the lazy workers in this store not opening the store on time. The shelves are often not stocked well, either, so Im just going to shop elsewhere for hand soaps and little odds and ends. Id rather pay more for better service and supply. Ridiculous!

I had showed up at 7:58 and saw people walking out so I figured I would grab my item quickly as I was walking up the cashier saw me coming and ran to the door and locked it and did not acknowledge me until 8:00 and told me they were closed. I thought that was a bit rude I probably would just bring my business to Wal-Mart next time at least I can expect terrible customer service there lol

Go there with a list, geth the things on your list, and get out while you can... Haha! because there is such a broad range of items foronlh a dollar it is ridiculous. I could spend all day and my whole paycheck! Great place. Some of the stuff is exactly thd quality you paid for it, to be sure. But you only pay a dollar so for things like dish soap, bleach, kids birthday party supplies, hair brushes and the like, etc... Stop by a dollar tree. 👍🏻👍🏻
