I found almost everything I was looking for! Parking seems to be always crowded and the same with the traffic around that area. The store is a bit packed but check out was not that bad!

They used to have a great garden section with plants that were actually alive and not on the brink of death. They flat out don’t care about plants. All the plants are kept inside which makes no sense because they can’t get watered or have natural sunlight. They’re hidden underneath a shelf where they’re just left to die. They used to get super cool houseplants from costa farms and now they plants that aren’t worth buying. Meanwhile other Walmart’s in Texas, California, NY, and other locations get some ~cool rare~ plants like variegated Hindu rope, albo Syngoniums, and others.

OK sometimes Walmart gets a bad rap - this one is awesome. I had a great experience this week with their automotive department. Rusty and Doug are amazing. They love their customers they fight to get them what they need and they’re just super nice guys. I literally overheard Rusty “coaching” (OK he was reading him the riot act) an employee at another store to do a better job in helping his customers… Man this guy is great. #Walmart

I hate this store. They have changed it around so much you cant find anything. They never have any checkers. You have to check yourself out now. These people they have getting groceries for online orders are everywhere. They are rude, very inconsiderate, they dont care who they run over. The managers hide out in the back and wont come out when theyre called. Most of the people there can barely speak English and they dont know where anything is or they cant understand you when you ask them. I hate this store.

Took my car to the auto center to get new tires and an oil change. It was quite busy but they got my car finished quickly. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I always take my car here and am always pleased with their work.

Its easier to shop online and pick up in store. Where its actually stocked, probably isnt the one youre walking into. I would love a store directory, somewhere! Its so big, I got 10k steps trying to find what I came for. And, probably not their fault, but this is the selection of mens athletic shoes.

The people in the pharmacy are awesome Adrian she helped me today and I was at the outside pickup and shes awesome and so isnt Cheryl and Lily the pharmacist and bostros theyre all good people in the pharmacy and I I really do like them a lot but Ive been going there for 20 plus years and theyre good people

Everytime I go within the last month there are never carts on the home side of the store. And then I noticed an older gentleman with oxygen needed a motor cart and they were dead except the one an employee was playing around with. Then I heard the kid tell another employee oh well when she told him at a customer needed it. This is not ok. If your going to hire the younger employees at least make sure they are there to work not there to just play.

Pass about 10 different employees and not one person said a word. I knew what I need and I knew where it was. I got in and got out.

I feel bad because I forgot the kids name, but my son and I came in tonight to get a couple water guns and when we couldnt find any we asked the guy working in Sporting Goods (he had a rad mullet), and when I say he went above and beyond to find the two it said they had in stock..and when he realized theyd been purchased online he was incredibly professional and empathetic that they didnt have them. The level of professionalism he displayed is few and far between anymore. If anyone is reading this and knows who this young man is, hes a potentially huge asset to your store and should be highly considered for a promotion. Great guy with a great personality, rock that mullet brother!

Alix at the BAKERY today had excellent customer service skills and took her time to explain every detail with me. She was patient and understood exactly what I needed for my sons birthday cake. I hope the cake is good. Because the service that I just had ordering was excellent! Thank you Alix!

This store is always nice. One of the nicest Walmarts in Dallas Ft. Worth. Floors are always clean, bathrooms clean and 40+ self check outs. Parking lot well lit at night. Shelves are always organized and restocked.

Super organized store. Their going through remodel but easy to find everything. One of my fave Walmarts due to cleanliness and great customer service.

I dont know if its Walmarts fault or if its shipping or what, but still have a lot of empty shelves.

New building, nice and clean. We shall see how long it stays nice...for it seems they all attract the craziest the longer they are open. I will continue to use this one until it becomes unsafe.

Its a regular Walmart, with Apathetic CSA, at the checkout. I tried to be friendly, but they are either outright rude, or want to talk about their personal life incessantly. Winco is just 2 blocks from this store. So unless I cant get it at Winco, do I come in this store.

I feel as if there are no sizes for an average person! There’s lots of XL, XXL, XS, and S but where are the M & L? If you’re sold out maybe you should order more of that size. This wasn’t just today I’ve had that issue, it’s all the time. :(

Planned an awesome homecoming for our daughter who had been deployed for a year. Ordered groceries for delivery. She wanted a T bone steak. Oh walmart is out of stock. Every other grocery store would substitute and make order whole. My daughter after her year deployment will get a chicken leg quarter..

I was able to find everything that I was searching for and they had excellent prices Im from Albuquerque New Mexico and they have the same items that I got in Texas there but in Albuquerque they have it price two times the price they have it here in Texas so I appreciate not having to spend as much money in Texas as I do in Albuquerque

My experience here at Walmart has been wonderful thanks to Rolando Cantu Who has always greeted me at the door with a handsome smile. Such a Hard worker and is one of the reasons why I shop here. So professional and A great example of what any man should be Rolando deserves a raise!

Never again this is twice now I have been in there and only one register open! If I wanted a job I would apply! After 2 other people besides me asked for another register to be opened one of the workers said well if there was anyone else ! Wt.. this is a super center you’ve got how many people watching people check themselves out! When I worked retail if we had that many customers in line the managers even jumped in and helped! So I was doing on line orders because of the last time one register was open. I go online to do an online order and now the stuff I order is now only available for shipping or out of stock when I was just in the store and saw them! Well I wonder if Kroger’s has a pharmacy so I don’t have to go back to that Walmart! Funny the Walmart in Tennessee was awesome! Great customer service!

Tried to buy some baby clothes for one of my employees that is expecting. I was at self check checkout and found that one of the items was missing a tag, so I hit the help button. I waited over 5 minutes and no one came to help, so I left my order open, with half of it in a bag, and went to retrieve another clothing item that had a tag. When I returned may 3 min later, the order was cleared off and the bag was gone. A woman in a yellow vest was standing in the middle of the area, and I asked her if she knew where the clothes went. She said no, and didnt seem to care or offer to help. I handed her the item that I had to go get and left. I just went to Target after that because they actually care about their customers.

If this is the one in Hurst. I rate it very poor. To many employee standing around talking and texting on phone. No one working any register you have to use the self checkout.

Everyone was very helpful in my search for items I wanted.

Self check out lines move fast. Jarrod was the traffic director for the side I used and he is also very efficient. Some items not in stock and others low. The clearance isle was a wreck and many things were still regular price.

Very crowded. Electric carts never seem to be plunged in at each entry / door. Always 3-4 broke down mobility carts, always a worker promising fully charged carts at the other entrance but unable to leave post to retrieve one for a person with a broken foot or s 86 year old lady trying g to get a broken cart to gi forward.

Self check out only. Are you kidding. If I want to work here I will ask for an application. If you want to give me a discount on my groceries for checking them my self we can talk. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I dont mind paying a little more to have a cashier.

Really like this Walmart like the t-shirts and always get the $7.88 ones.

The store is a mess. They are remodeling, and everything is in disarray. 1/3 of the shelves are empty. Floor sweepers pushing down the isles while your trying to shop. Absolute craziness. Wife is even looking to shop elsewhere she is so upset. Its bad.

Currently in the middle of a product reset so the store is a chaotic mess and its very difficult to find anything. But overall good quality store.

The staff makes it the best. Amazing Victoria helped me find the TV I wanted. She completed my purchase, helped me outside, AND loaded it into my car. Spectacular service! Victoria, and the others like her, are why I go out of my way to visit this Super Center.

It is nice to shop from walmart supercenter but everything is getting pricy which is not only walmart every other big and small stores. Compare to a couple year it is almost double on everything. Location wise is a perfect place with variety of goods. Very clean and organized and the staff very helpful. Easy to find items with no hassle. Parking is clear of carts and easy to find parking spot.

Will not be back. No checkstand open with checkers. Did my own checking out. If I wanted a job I would apply for it. Not good to take jobs away from people who need them.

Walmart is my go to store any day of the week. I Absolutely Love visiting different Walmarts outside of my immediate community I feel as though its a different experience with every store, but the same level of customer service!! Oh!! Did I mention all of the options/variety at Walmart!!!

Horrible customer service every time I go here. Dont go around 7-9pm or you will have to go to parking lot to get ur own basket, when there were 4 employees standing at the door not 1 offered to get 1 for me. The older man at the front door is a complete jerk!

They didnt have a lot that was going there for. The employees were far & few. The one I did chase down was helpful. I did like they were all wearing masks!

There was not one live checker in the whole store. Not happy about having to do it myself. Some people are not physically able to do this. Someone needs to be available to do this for them. My back is still hurting! Hope this is only a temporary thing.

Usually shelves are stocked and items are easy to find using the Walmart app. Employees could be a little more helpful, but its typically like playing hide and seek around the store... I think if your not gonna have enough employees for the registers at least have the self checkouts open. Please and Thank You.

Walmart is one of my faves! Almost anything you want or need they have it. Usually at a reasonable price. If not in stock, ordering on line is a breeze! The only downside side: ocassionally, there is a lack of staff on the floor to answer questions or provide assistance. Its not huge issue.

It felt like I was entering most other Walmarts. It has pretty much everything you need. Its clean, well-organized and the employees are nice.

Walmart needs to get back the cashiers! When I go to Walmart I have a full basket I will and do not know how to use the self checking nor do I want to learn. I DO NOT WORK THERE!!

I rarely do reviews on chain stores, especially Wal-Mart, as every one is pretty much the same. However, I have been so impressed with the organization at this location in Hurst that I feel the need to share my experience and compliment the crew. I especially want to say what a great job the overnight crew does, as the shelf facing and overall organization is phenomenal in the mornings. In general, this location is well-stocked and quite clean. As with most Wal-Marts, there is a general lack of customer service where I saw no greeter and there was maybe one lane open with an actual cashier, but I saw plenty of workers on the floor stocking/cleaning and there was someone out in the parking lot collecting carts each time I was out there. The workers were all friendly and were happy to answer questions when asked. Overall, the Hurst location offers one of the more pleasant shopping experiences and the staff seems to take pride in their work. Great job!

Now I know why I dont shop there. When I have to scan my own things because 2 lanes open an start to leave an 4 people who work there standing around. Either open lanes back up or trust us. But dont expect us to do the work why you stand around.

Good staff. Friendly and helpful. Pick up services during covid have been good. The app has problems. Cant check in, for instance. Good prices. We generally only buy name brand, wrapped items.

Right now theyre redesign theyre floor plan and its chaotic. Uneven floors so possible tripping hazards are bound to happen.

Its WalMart, it is what it is. A store full of Chinese made products, that are an adequate price, in a store full of stockers and automated unmanned check-out registers.

Seem like a lot of construction going on, few concerns abt the no masks but was able to get wht I needed with no problems.

One of the stores associates went above and beyond to help me locate an air filter for my Scooter (turns out it was in Lawn & Garden because the same filter fits certain riding mowers).

Great place to shop for groceries, home, vehicle, yard, garden and recreational items. This store is usually clean and the employees are helpful for locating needed items.
