Im 6ft 4 and 16 stone (Tall and Slim) looking for a 3 piece suit but this shop has nothing to help. They do not answer the phone for you to check stock either.

Great service very helpful in finding me a suite for a wedding only thing they dident have was a huge selections of ties . But overal a good shop with a lot of choice would recomend

My experience as an online customer was not great. The package arrived on time but the three shirts that I ordered were two sizes too small. This was irritating because the website stated that they were my size but the manufacturers label clearly stated the correct size which was four inches smaller. I was promised a callback the same day by the store manager to resolve...no call was ever received. Summary: good selection of products but probably best served to buy instore rather than online if you are a new customer.

Brookyn big and tall should get zero stars but unfortunately i cant leave a review for that.I ordered a three piece suit and shirt that should have been delivered 24 hrs later. They said the item were instock so theyd be delivered the next day. 24 hhrs later i phoned and asked them if my order was arriving i ask to the owner he assured me that the ordered had lefted the warehouses and hed ring me back with the tracking number. I waited and he never called so i then rang again and spoke to someone else who assured me the ordered would be with me the next day. I asked him if there was a problem and if i needed to buy alternative suit. He guaranteed me that the suit would arrive on time.. I told him how important it was.Unfortunately i got the same excuses for the next few days. The same man kept guaranteeing me it would arrive in time. 4pm the day before the prom i was getting very worried so i rang the shop again at 5 pm. I spoke to the same men who promised to ring me back once hed got the tracking number. I waited and waited no call so i phone him he finally he finally admitted theyd not sent the suit out and theyd lied. I put the phone down to try and track a suit down but all my local stores were closed. I was heartbroken and so upset. I couldnt believe a business could lie knowing this was such a important evet. I phoned everywhere and couldnt get nothing. They left a voice mail offering to send a more expensive suit and to deliver before 1 pm the day of the prom. I agreed and i waited for it arrive and it arrived midday the day of the prom. I opened the box and couldnt believe what theyd sent me. Theyd sent me the original suit... Then i looked closer and saw the jacket was a size bigger and the trousers are faulty. I got my son to try the suit on and it totally buried him. Im not bad at tailoring and using a sewing machine but to totally resize and alter this suit would have taken me a full day, I had 3 hrs before prom started. Unfortunately my son missed his prom and lost out on his prom after party and the car we hired. When a business tells lies and guarantees to deliver you believe them.Ill never believe a business again or take their word. Ive been in contact and theyve not replied. I certainly wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of places that sell skopes suits unfortunately i choose the wrong place. Ive advised my friends and family about our experience. Ive told the company i would leave this review. I have proof that this is very true with recording and emails Ive sent to brooklyn big and tall and when Ive called them. Their word is worth nothing so please be careful if you order from them.

The best thing about Brooklyns has to be Mr Hammad, who knows a size at a glance, saving heaps of changing-room torment. This was our 3rd visit and each time, Mr Hammad had offered the exact size required. Weve had jeans, chinos, shoes, shirts & underwear that were not only the perfect size but also well made and long lasting. Many thanks.

Package never arrived. No replies on email and phones are not taken. Not really the way to do business. Money gone through the drain.

Bought some work boots from this place. Staff were helpful. I always have problems getting shoes to fit as I need extra wide fitting shoes. This store has a wide range of extra wide fitting shoes.

Needs a cleanse and sorting, clothes piled on top of each otherIf a person of this size decided to shop here he would struggle to go down the aisles

Very disappointed with today’s visit (9/12/20)...been using this company for years even when they were in Croydon and never had a problem...went in today for a few things and the young guy seemed more interested in sorting the shop out than giving me the size clothes that I had asked for.Shame because I travel up from Southampton to buy my clothes.

I’m always close to tears and suicide when I need a new suit. I thought Brooklyn had gone when the Croydon shop closed. But no. If you want nice smart posh changing rooms ect don’t go here but if you a good price great selection great service this is the place. I’m an odd size but these guys always kit me out posh shop it ain’t but who cares when you can get what you want.

Fantastic salesmen. Helpful, patient, and personable.I love this store because it has clothing options that almost every other big and tall store doesnt carry, and at prices that dont empty your wallet. I dont even live in the UK, but Ive had reason to visit from Canada several times over the last few years, and *every time* Ive gone to Brooklyn to buy some trousers I love.

Such helpful staff, nothing is to much to ask of them. Could see my dad was struggling with breathing difficulties and straight away he had a glass of water on hand, re assuring him to take as much time as he needed.Super friendly and most importantly a completely non judgemental atmosphere.

In the past I have enjoyed visiting the store.But today really was not enjoyable.Could not understand why all the jackets was in front of all the shirts .was difficult to look at shirts at ease..The floor in some areas was covered in packages I actually at one point tripped over.Not as many staff as normal.I was unhappy with my visit.

TEN STARS OUT OF 5!!!!So 1st, lets gets some perspective on this. I am male, 58, 300 LBS (22 STONE / 136kg). The majority of my weight is around my midriff - my belly.For the last 3 years, i have only been able to buy clothes that FIT properly, when i go on hols to Turkey - until, my 63 bodyguarding mate introduced me to this shop. As soon as i walked in, i was like a 6year old in a sweet shop. I went only with the intention of checking out the stock and see what was on offer, and walked 15minutes later out having spent £45 on a properly fitted pair of formal black trousers and a shirt that fit me PERFECTLY! Their variety of clothing is very good, from ultra formal, suits, etc, to casual wear, shorts, t-shirts, up to 8XL. The value for money is, in my opinion, excellent. The customer experience is worth mentioning. I was treated with the utmost respect and no request was too much. If i even glanced at an item, i was offered the opportunity to try it on, without feeling like i HAD to buy it. They use good quality material as well, so its not like these clothes are gonna fall apart in 2 weeks. The service is exceptional. The only thing i wasnt offered was a seat and a cup of tea (LOL!!)The shop is in an industrial estate in Sutton and has customer parking. There is an S bus from Sutton town centre which stops at the nearby Tesco within 200 yards walk.I will definitely be going back to this shop and highly recommend anyone who has trouble finding LARGE clothes to pay them a visit. It will be well worth your time. Big and Tall clothes, without the high and mighty prices.
