Got t-shirts on sell today at hot topic and the girl with the cool boots on cant remember her name? She is a young black female she was supper nice and helped me get the young bucks tee from up top. I really dont like how theres no room to move around in this store, but with the sells on tee and with the young lady who helped me Ill come back and buy more stuff from this place.

I have shopped at Hot Topic for over 15 years. Now my adult and teen kids like to shop here. They always keep up with the trendy items that the young kids like. I wish they would lower the Music Volume thats playing in the store though. Us accompany parents dont always appreciate it. Heck, maybe the younger people dont want to listen to it that loud either.

Great employees. They were out of a lot of stuff in the size we needed for my daughter but they did offer to find it online, sadly it was out online as well. We did find quite a few t-shirts though.

Great place to shop for all the pop culture stuff and some adult novelties

Everyone is nice and helpful. They dont usually ask if you need help, but if you ask for it, theyre more than willing to help. The store is very organized and clean. Anything you cant find in store you can find online. However, Ive noticed this one doesnt let you order online and pick up in store.

I LOVE hot topic so much I visit every Time I go to the mall. Has a lot of anime murch that I like. it dose suck though that some of the clothes that you get are actually jr size clothes.

The workers were very friendly and helpful. I had to wait in line to be able to enter the store, and then found out my order was at the kiosk in the mall across from the store. They felt sorry that I had waited in line to go inside so they offered me a 30% discount. I appreciate their thoughtfulness.

Love this location. Theyre always extremely busy, yet the employees are always friendly. Always clean... even the clearance section. Much better than other locations in nearby Fort Worth.

Why does the store entrance have to be half open/closed? What on earth does that do to help with covid in any way whatsoever? There are so many theatrical illogical measures taken just for the sake of public demonstration that its insulting. We cant use a fitting room for sanitary reasons but we can return clothes that dont fit after weve taken them home, contaminating them far more thaif they just stayed in the store. I support Covid safety measures but your fake preventative actions are worse than doing nothing.

A bit over priced but good quality products.

One of the workers was working very hard but was not paying attention to the customers around her and she almost hit me with a metal shelf. This store has been low on medium Band Tee Shirts for a while and I’ve came in a few times to check (over the past 2 months) and still no mediums. It’s a popular size so I would think they’d order more. Other than that, checkout was quick and easy using my points and the manager was keeping the team in check.More mediums more.

They only let 10 people in at a time, that was nice. Grandkids had a great time.

Customer service was very nice and helpful.

Made a purchase during a time their systems were down ( as this happens often) and was charged twice. I called the store and they said to call customer service who then said to contact the store. Still have not gotten my refund .

Very organized

Ive been coming to this store since I was a teenager and my love and my complaints stay the same. I love the variety to choose from and the somewhat decent prices. I do not like the attitude we get from the cashiers and managers who seem to get upset at the presence of another person. I also cannot navigate through the tiny aisles most of the time (even when theyre pretty slow).

This Hot Topic is one of my favorites. They have a great selection of (PLUGS) and the staff is very friendly.

Nice store. The manager held me an item Ive been looking for, she held it for a week because another store asked nicely. Large area expanding farther in the back with a great selection of pops, t-shirts and weeb stuff.

Cool store if you like novelty items dont reccomend this store for kids

Resourceful staff, love how they post their specials and/or new merchandise on their Instagram. Makes it easier to know when to head there.

I like the fact that anybody goes in there with an open mind, I like the staff because they make you feel welcome and they just have the coolest stuff whether its clothes, jewelry or other collectibles.

I thought the employees were very helpful and very nice. They would check on people every now and then. Only 4 stars because of the small isles.

I wish I hadnt gone browsing when all I had to do was pickup my online order. The woman there kept looking at me odd as though I were attempting to steal, even though Im just awkward as a result of my social anxiety. She sounded exasperated when I let her know that I was there to pick up an order, and even rolled her eyes at me! All I did was walk in there to try and buy stuff, and I dont see why her horrible attitude was necessary. My future orders will definitely not be picked up at this location...

They have cool stuff but is so dark in there and cluttered. Have patience if you go.

Fun place to visit in the mall and probably one of the most popular stores.

Overpriced and overstuffed, they need to recognize that there is a limit to how much you can cram into a single-wide mall store space.

If I could give this negative stars I certainly would. The hefty short chick always has an attitude. Broad if you hate your job then find another one. My bf and I went in there twice within the past month and a half about some exclusive pops. We asked cause we didn’t see them her response? If you would read what’s posted on our Facebook you’d know when it’s available.Not to mention the newer pops are always conveniently priced at $15 or more to avoid being apart of the buy 3 for $30 or whatever deal.We won’t be back, even for the exclusives just because of her attitude. Again don’t like your job then find another one. We’ll stick with ThinkGeek and BoxLunch, at least those guys are always helpful and you can actually move around in the store!

It’s okay... the employees aren’t that helpful, but I’ve also never had insanely terrible experiences with them. The store is crazy cramped (like most Hot Topics), but this one gets really crowded for such a small space.

The employees were very rude and we got a lot of attitude when we interrupted their 15 minute long conversation about NOTHING!!! On top of that nobody told me why I only got $20 of the $30 I spent on a shirt back when I had to return it due to it not fitting. I will never, ever go back to this location. Ridgmar is so much better.

Ladies at the front were very rude. One lady looked very annoyed that I was there and when I asked a simple question she answered with attitude. They were more concerned with gossiping then giving decent customer service.

Rude and not helpful, went to the location in grapevine and informed me that what they did at the north east malls location wasnt in line with what their polices state. Always nice to get lied to :)Id avoid this one if at possible.

Amazing designer shirts. A bit pricey though

I was trying to exchange some jewelry that I bought in the wrong size. But as soon as I said the word “exchange” the guy at the register froze and the girl next to him immediately took over and carefully scanned my receipt. I didn’t use the product and I was trying to exchange with receipt within 30 days of purchase. She (without hesitation) said that they wouldn’t be able to refund the product. I clarified politely that I wasn’t trying to get a refund, I just wanted to exchange the item for the right size. She basically said that because it looked like it’s been opened that she wouldn’t do the exchange. But she did so in a very condescending way. When I asked why that was she just talked to me like I was stupid and said “were these taken out of the box? Were these tried on? Did you take them out?” There were too many questions at once, so I said “yes. Except-” but she cut me off before I could finish. Again looking at me as if I was too incompetent to understand a rule that she didn’t even explain. She handed me my things and I just left. I don’t recall what that girls name was, but she made me want to never go back to hot topic.

I shop here often and I personally like it. Tgis is where I get all of my fandom gear and they also have a great selection of pins for a decent price.

Typical store. Only 1 stars becsuse staff ignored me (middle aged lady) who needed assistance to speak to younger clients walking in. Store lost out on my attempted purchases. After being ignored by 3 staff persons I left. I guess middle age patrons, who usually have more disposable income, are not welcome (at least not at this location) at Hot Topic.

Went to this location asked for 1 bag just a bag they said they cant give the bags away. A pretty big corporate company that buys thousands and thousands of dollars of bags a year and they cant give one lousy plastic bag away. I guarantee if you go in there trash theres bags in the trash. Dont know if i will ever shop here again.
