Very appreciative of the extreme level of service at this location in the mall. Everyone was courteous and thoughtful with their actions. Specifically, they were looking for ways to actively help customers and just created a welcoming environment. One employee heard me Shazam a song and offered to go look to see what it was for me, and another later offered to hold an item I was buying at the front since I already had my hands full with other bags.Genuinely great vibes that you rarely get in any stores nowadays.

I was able to purchase what I wanted. The blond woman working was sweet and friendly. She asked if she could help me. She was very bubbly while checking us out. This is one of my favorite stores in NE Mall. They always carry very unique gifts, jewelry & clothes. Plus they have some good sale prices on many items. Sales people are very friendly & helpful. I enjoy shopping here because I always have a pleasant experience. Ill definitely be back in the near future.

Always love shopping here. The staff is always helpful and actually look like they enjoy working here. The product offerings are always in stock and I love looking through the clearance section most to try to catch stuff before they stop carrying it.

Ill never not like this store. It used to freak me out as a kid with their wooden African statues, but I would still go in. Well, now that Im an adult who is enlightened about the world.... Its got everything I need. From incense to large journals, stones and house decor, you cant go wrong my friends!

I expected a better experience, honestly. The second I walked in with my 8 yr old I was greeted and then every step was dogged by that employee. Literally, every time we moved to a different display, she was there, several times she reached across me to straighten something. It was like she was trying to climb into my back pocket.My son was so excited to see all of the things in the store but having an emoyee harass us constantly killed the joy and interest. Not every customer walking around with a big bag is looking to steal. This behavior is one of the main reasons I dont enjoy the mall. Every single thing in that store can be found online at more affordable prices. These are thing the owner/manager needs to consider when coaching their employees.

This Earthbound had such a wonderful selection and the employees are extremely helpful. Julia especially, she is patient and takes her time to explain any questions you have to make sure you leave the store happy.

They have such a wide variety of clothing and a very helpful staff the vibe is very chill and the woman that helped me was more than much a well knowledged associate plus very easy on the eyes

The staff was extremely rude, and kicked my friends out of a store for suspected theft. She then came up to us and was blatantly rude and asked for us to “hand over anything from our pockets or bags.” Before this, my friend had accidentally spilled her drink on the floor. After, the woman came to clean it and my friend apologized multiple times. Later, after my friend was told to leave and I was checking out, she was complaining a coworker how we didn’t even offer to clean it up, IN FRONT OF US. Overall awful, the workers were unprofessional and blatantly rude to customers. Needless to say we won’t be shopping there again.

Damien went above and beyond to help my daughter pick out a few outfits for her senior photos. Made us feel welcome and we will definitely be back.
