My phone was acting up earlier today and in honesty my phone is basically my life line. I called many other phone repair shops and none of them seemed to care or want to really explain to me why my phone was glitching. Once I called Sony immediately told me to come in and once I got here he took no time at all to fix my phone. He also took the time to teach me about why it happened and how I can prevent it in the future. From now on I won’t go anywhere else but this family amazing family owned business. Google Pixel 3 XL - I shattered my display screen on my Cell phone. Called 3 different places, Celltech had the best price by far. Took it in, dropped it off with Sony the Manager. He fixed my phone and its just like new! Very happy with the service I received. The location is immediately outside Papaya clothing on the Northeast Mall. I would recommend them to anyone!

I broke the screen on my Samsung 8+ today and was told that there was a Verizon store in northeast mall - there is not! I happened to see the cell tech kiosk and asked him about my phone. Long story short, Sony assured me he could fix it and he did! This was 7 pm tonite and they close at 8! He was helpful and he was kind enough to help me at the end of the day. Sony was such a great help! I came to the mall to grab a few things for Xmas and I ended up with an almost brand new phone. My screen was so bad I had been thinking of just buying a new one but after getting my screen replaced, I will definitely not need a new phone for a few more years! Sony, was Very understanding and explained the whole process before proceeding with the repairs and it only took 10-15min! Stop buy if you need to get your screen fixed or if you need to unlock your phones. I have 2 locked phones which I can now be able to use after getting them unlocked. 😬

I had gotten a screen repair, and then only 4 days later for the screen to stop working. My phone was not cracked and I thought it was easy fix. but I was told I had to pay for a new screen again he tried blaming it on a drop, which did not happen even cracked my tempered glass to prove that I dropped it ? even though it was a new tempered glass with no scratches. He still wanted to prove their was a crack on my phone so then he made a scratch on the screen of the phone! ? and I believed the screen was not placed right and then literally started to pop open to where you can see the inside of the phone. anyway It did seem sketchy from the start since the products looked cheap and over priced . it was just the only open place at the time for me.

How can you be a tech company that doesn’t accept refunds I bought a case that didn’t workout for my new phone and I am screwed into keeping a case that doesn’t work for me because they don’t have any case that works for me the cashier ANISH was absolutely terrible at customer service yesterday I bought the case he told me I can return the case anytime this week and get a refund never stated that I can only exchange it for another case that’s BS I absolutely do not recommend this place they are all thieves and they try to be nice and be like give you so called discounts

He’s a phone robber . Messes up people’s phones on purpose to make more money . Charger me almost 200$ and my phone just stopped working and he said he tells people to get out when they come back and tell him it doesn’t work

Sony, the manager of Wireless Gallery (Celltech) located at North East Mall, provided superb services in getting me the right products and repair services at a competitive rate. He was well versed in the upgrades implemented with the new iPhones that no longer uses LCD screens. I was not prepared to spend the additional expense with the new non-LCD screen that is surprisingly a Samsung product; however, Sony and I were able to negotiate a comparable price that even offered a higher discount than Apple and my phone provider. He even threw in a free case and glass tempered screen for free. Heck, I actually bought an additional case and screen after receiving such excellent service. I can truly say that he went above and beyond what I was expecting from his shop. He trully has excellent customer service skills and presented extremely knowledgeable about the various material/ products used to repair the iPhone 11 Max. I advise everyone to check out his shop, which is adjacent to James Avery and directly across from Papaya.

Sony did the best job at answering all my tedious questions about the process of getting my phone fixed and what the costs were for.Hes located in North East Mall which is kinda cool. I havent been to a Mall in over a decade so it gave me an excuse to walk around like goofy kid for an hour.His location is so easy to find if you enter in through JC Penney. Once you walk out of Penneys, into the mall proper, its a straight shot and about 5 or so stores down. Right in front of EarthBound.Sony is amazingly professional and patientI even got a great massage at the booth next to him while I was waiting.This is the spot to go to get your phone fixed if you wanna just kick it around the joint while your phone gets fixed. Okay.

My brother and I came to Sony, a manager for this cellphone repair place right in front of Papaya, and he fixed the unfixable. We thought his phone could not be fixed, but Sony fixed my brothers phone and explained every detail. Great customer service.

They charged me 150 to fix my phone. a week later it stopped working. I took it back up there and they fixed it again. once again the phone is broken. the screen will just shut off. the phone works but you cant see what your doing

The young man is professional, polite, and most importantly works fast. I researched the prices for neighbouring repair places, and the were telling me from 139.00 to 189.00. Verizon warranty would have replaced the phone for 200.00, so it wouldn’t have made sense to use those repair places. The young man here fixed the phone and only charged 102.84.

Had an S9 broken screen. The guys had the screen replaced, the phone looked new and it was the best price point I could find.

Sony changed my screen .it looks brand new.its in infront of papaya.i will not recommend because after few days my speakers don’t work.They will tell you if are not agreed with their price they will say “we will not take any warranty if your some phone functions doesn’t work,and they will ask check your phone” my brand new phone is worthless

This is the worst place to get a touch screen replaced... You pay $130 and comes with a gurantee.... Two days later your phone is laying on the desk and you watch it slowly begin cracking again... They say as it was perfect when we left they wouldnt repair it....

Went in to get my phone screen fixed, was helped by Subash. While repairing I also got into a conversation with another gentleman who worked there who was really nice. Subash was really fast on fixing my phone, took him no more than 10 minutes, which is faster than the last time I had it fixed.

Dont take your phone there for a screen repair. I took my sons iphone se to get the cracked screen replaced. They replaced the screen and as soon as we got home my son tried to charge his phone and it would not charge. Took it back and the tech Sam S. said the battery was messed up before he worked on the phone. Which was a lie because it worked fine before we let him work on it. After almost 1 1/2 hours, he told me to come back Monday and let another tech work on the phone. I told him it was a huge inconvenience and asked him to call his manager. Of course the manager was not available. After I pressed him he tried to put the cracked screen back on the phone and refund me my money. He wasnt able to put the cracked screen and had to put a new screen on the phone and give me my money back so now I have a new screen but the phone still will not charge. Its basically useless. I contacted the corporate store in Dallas and was promised a call back and still have not received that call. There is no customer service and I would not let them touch my phone. Go somewhere else.

Tariq sold us a phone case that we were told was $20. When putting it on, he also added a screen protector which he misled us in to getting. We did not ask for it and were told after that it was $15. When going back, we approached very kindly and received a response saying “we do not do refunds”. Trying to get further into it, he eventually said you are right this is my fault. However, we still did not get a refund.
