I’d give 0 stars if I could. After speaking back and forth with Javier and expressing how their location was an hour long drive, I set out for their location. With only 10 minutes until I arrived, Javier notified me that no one was there and that I’d have to come back another time. NOPE..NO THANK YOU! If you show that you are open until 8pm, it should be staffed as such! BAD BUSINESS...prices may be right, but business ethics need a major overhaul!

Bought a refrigerator with NEW manufacturer warranty. They did a great job on the delivery including set up. They did everything they said they would do. I had to contact them AFTER THE SALE for a problem with the unit (not because of them). They did respond with suggestions and ways to resolve. This was over and above their immediate responsibility, so it made me glad I had done business with this company. Based on my experience, I think you can trust dealing with these folks.

Went to the store at 11:30AM on a Tuesday, doors were locked, knocked on the door with no answer. Called the number listed, also no answer.

Had an appt at 11:15 got a text at 11:12 asking was I there. I was driving I text back at 11:14 and said I was there I am back home at 11:30 and still havent heard back. They wasted my time and gas. 0 stars
