They saw me browsing came up to me, answered my questions, got me a appointment date to get my TV mounted, they came and mounted it on time, informative on helping me understand my TV, charismatic installers. The salesman at the cell phone counter lied to me. He told me my phones were just 10$. Wrong!!!!! Wait till your bill comes in. He put it on a payment plan and said nothing to me. Then I give my number to no one. But my phone rings nonstop with telemarketers. They wouldnt stop. Hundreds of calls! Verizon sucks! Best buy too!!

Was able to locate the sale item in the store but the packaging was damaged and the additional item was not in the store. The item shows inspected and I was advised I can bring it back if it doesnt work. When I was able to get assistance, it wasnt like it was pre-pandemic. Please be patient. The few reps on the floor are pulled in several directions.

Drove to best buy for a car stereo tgats about 600$ the emplye took the last one to the front.when I was done shopping got to the register and I asked for the unit. She put the unit on the counter and the box was clearly wet and dried out after. I asked 600$ for maybe broken unit. She sad you dont know that she sad you can return it if it doesnt work and I asked her who will cover all the labor of installing and removing a unit. She sad your risk wow! I sad no thank you with your great return policy. I order the same unit from Amazon 20$ cheaper. Thank you best buy employee for making me look elsewhere.

Go and see Mitch! Young guy with an incredible amount of knowledge. I bought everything I came for and a good amount more due to his knowledge and problem solving skills. Great guy with an incredible skillet when it comes to finding what you need and putting you on the right products. Ask for him directly, he will go above and beyond to see your needs are met. Cant recommend the guy enough. 10 stars!

Great atmosphere, great showcase.Product selection is limited where it counts.Staff follows you around, and sneaks up on you every 5mins.Super annoying.A decent place to get some things.Theyve got walls dedicated to overpriced keyboards and mice, but then barely any viable desktop computers. LoLHuge section for phones, and fashionable laptops.Huge section for TVs, with hard to read and find prices.Still, its nice that theres at least one place left to actually handle certain products.

This store needs some more effective management. It is far from being tidy and the service is slow. I came to purchase an adapter for a Mac and could not find help. It took a while for someone to come and guide me. He sold me the wrong adapter even though I had brought in the laptop. I tried the adapter at home and it did not fit. The experience of returning it was not a picnic in the park either; people stand there in Best Buy for ten minutes in a line just to find out that it is not the right line. The customer service was absent for ten minutes, while at the same time you could clearly see many workers just strolling around the store or gathering in corners for a conversation.

I went to look at sound bars, but standing directly on front of them I couldnt hear them at all because the employees had one of the big sound systems blasting so loud it was the only thing you could hear. The employees were all too busy chit chatting with each other to bother trying to help anyone. My first time at this location, and it will certainly be my last. All in all, a pretty typical Best Buy experience any more.

I ordered online from this place of business. At first I ordered from the same day delivery I received it the next day. The company is good about texting and calling you about your package delivery. I would refer there online service to any and everyone. The toll free number is also great at getting your requests done.

I ordered online oculus for my daughter, but she didn’t like it she start getting headaches so I went to the store and tried to return., there is a lady she start looking the serial number with the box she said the serial number won’t match, so she start forcing me to keep it. I explained to her my daughter didn’t liked it. She called the manager Mr josh, already was in a bad mood, said the same thing oh we can not return it, serial number doesn’t match. I said that’s the way I received it. I told them I can buy right now another one and show me the same serial number, he said we don’t have it. He was very rude I even didn’t yell at him he said leave my store, i fee so bad. How you can treat people specially long term customers. First time very bad experience I will not shopping there anymore. That’s ridiculous. Totally disrespectful employees. Since COVID spread the world changed. Stupid manager.

Most employees are nice. Most are helpful. But theres a few who just geek speak & do so rapidly (I think sometimes they do it to make you feel inept) then walk away. Products are typically in stock. Store clean and inviting. Overall the quality of the store & service is good.

Worst Best Buy!!! I have been calling these people for days and cannot get through to anyone. Finally, a woman answers the phone just to tell me that shell get someone to help me. Then proceeds to put me back on hold for over an hour. This has happened over days and days of trying to call them. They dont care about their customers! I cannot leave my home right now because of a recent surgery. Otherwise, Id drive up there and give them hell! Going to shop elsewhere now. Terrible way to treat a customer who has spent probably over $100K at their stores over the last 30 years!!

I am becoming more of a shopper to the store. Some years ago in another town, we had a disagreement over$50.00 and I hadnt been there since. Lately, it started with a microwave which is a very good one and now it has extended to laptops and their Geek Squad. There are still some things I dont care about with the store and will probably never shop there like I used to, but as long as the wife is happy with the service, I will periodically drop in.

Had to pull a tooth to have my security cams installed after 5 attempts finally had it done if it wasnt for a manager named Preston Abello....he cared so much by following through making sure that every step of the way went through smoother...he even gave me his personal work number for easier contact...since calling Best Buy is not an option because incoming calls are not answered....that is First Class Service....thank you, Preston Abello...I definitely will be a returning customer.

Usually nothing but great experiences here. Although, the last time I made a purchase from here, I attempted to take advantage of their curbside pickup. I was at home in my pajamas, working on my laptop against a deadline to complete an assignment for school, when my network adapter failed. I had to purchase a USB network adapter to continue using my laptop. Thinking I wouldnt be getting out of my car, I drove there as I was. Unfortunately, after several attempts to check-in upon arrival, I was forced to get out of my car and go into the store to pickup my purchase. It was a bit embarrassing having to do so, twice, because I left my ID in my car, but these things always tend to occur at the most inconvenient of times.

Went into store to use a gift card that I had on Google pay. Supervisor (Nicole) in store refused to take gift card. She claims they received a email from corporate to only except physical gift cards. I asked Nicole for store a Manager. Nicole stated there is not one available but his name is G. When I asked her to spell his name she said G. I asked can you please give me a full name. She told me I could walk outside and look at his name on the window. I asked to speak to someone else since Nicole is obviously going through something in life. Another supervisor brought Guillermo Trujillo (Store Manager) card to the front for me. He stated this is above his pay grade and left. The customer service was ridiculous and you could tell the store supervisors need training. I sat in store and placed the order online just to get my item.

Quick in, quick out. Price matching is AMAZING. Store only had about half as many as I needed but at least a couple pieces on hand. Lots of empty peg hooks, and missing items or maybe just 1 item in store. Business team is awesome, as are store personnel, but stock in stores is abysmal. Ive almost quit considering BBY altogether because I just cant find what I need in the quantity I need it in and their shipping is slow. Again, pricing is good, people are good and helpful, but stock, ship and selection is not.

I decided I would buy a new computer. I first went online, and the website informed me that my computer was available for pick up right then at my local Best Buy. I went to there and bought the computer even though I found out it wasn’t actually there, and I would have to have it delivered.I was told it would be delivered on Saturday. I have spent all day from 8 AM until 7 PM at my home waiting for my delivery. It has not come. I first spoke with customer service around 4 PM. I was told that they stop delivering at 7 PM. I then called at 6:30 PM. After I was disconnected and had to call again, I was told that they deliver until 9 PM.They cannot tell me if the computer will actually be delivered today. The only thing he told me was if I don’t get it today, I should just call tomorrow to have it either re-shipped or cancel the order. Wonderful.I have bought appliances many times through Best Buy. This is my first time buying a computer with them; it will most likely be my last.Update. I forgot to mention that the first customer service rep said I didn’t need to be home to sign for the computer in direct conflict with statements on the order email.The second one said I did have to be here.

Wanted to look at some Beats headphones that were on their website but its only open for curbside pickup? I had to order them sight unseen in order to see them. First I tried logging in with my email and that wasn’t working. So I decided to just go in, because it was easier. I get to the door and they closed 10 min. ago.... But Curbside Pickup is open for another 2 Hours!!! So back to the car I go. Park in a spot, figured out my account issue, and waited....and wai.... just kidding! I normally like to look and make my purchases online. I went to the store in-person today, looking for a car radio. I stood there about ten minutes looking. There was no associates around. They seemed to be a lot of workers, group together on one side of the store. I needed help. Ive been patronizing Best Buy for a long time. This is common. (There are some great workers at some stores) But online is what works best.

Made an appointment For Geek Squad, showed up and the guy asked if anyone had an appointment. I was the only one in line with an appointment. He sent me to sit down while he talked everyone else in line!! They finally helped me and I stood at the counter for over 20 minutes needing my screen repaired. He said he had to do a diagnostic. I waited and he typed on the computer for minutes then ent and got a laptop. I wake several times wha was going on because he was not giving me updates. I left when my other phone rang. I came back an hour later for them to tell me I need to replace the entire internal portion of my phone because it has water damage!!! Water damage? I asked them to fix the glass on my phone!!!! I quickly took my phone elsewhere and paid ***49.00 and my phone was literally FIXED IN 12 MINUTES!!!!!!!! Thanks Best Buy, you saved me $100.00

Do not shop here I bought a washer and dryer unit and received damaged unit without power cord then they had to reschedule and bring the new unit we ordered with power cord husband took off 2nd day of work showed up after they reschedule delivery 3x for that Sat and my husband went to assess unit delivery driver turned on water and flooded our laundry room and hall and bedroom. But delivery driver who caused water damaged refused to help clean up stating it was against Bestbuy policy My husband had to uses towels shop vac and fans to dry area the whole time the delivery keep telling my husband to hurry so they could put the unit in and leave. Will after 3 trips to store manager compensated me 100 dollars and discounted watch then it took 4 weeks for Bestbuy insurance company to assess damages but thanks to my husband quick clean up no damage. We lost 3 days of work due to Bestbuy neglect and improper training and then to top it off we received our 1st credit card payment from Bestbuy credit for 400 we were approved for 1600 which was financed for 18months which makes payment less than 100 we put down 900 will I called Bestbuy they said cant do nothing about it call Citibank they told me we over limit and the Bestbuy salesman should have collected more at time of sale so now it will ruin our credit. Dont shop Bestbuy they care nothing for customers all I asked was they credit my Bestbuy card for 400 dollars due to salesman mistake and all the inconvenience and water damage and lost wages caused by Bestbuy but they refused and have lost a customer and will continue letting people know how horrible of a business they are never shop there .

The GM mr.G made the daunting task of purchasing a new computer verry pleasant not only was he knowledgeable but also verry attentive, he noticed my fiances nails and personality and quickly pointed her to a rose gold laptop that was adequate for her needs. We had previously gone to the store in South hulen location where we waited near hour for a rep, but with Mr. G the whole process took about ten minutes.

Fantastic service. I came in looking for some screws to attach a motherboard to a case. Chatted with the Geek Squad guy, and he found me some in the back that they use. He could have just turned me away as they dont sell them in the store specifically. I was also promptly greeted when I walked in. Really nice store, I highly recommend!

Had my own measuring tape to be sure the tv fit before my purchase, but she wouldn’t help with that either. (Can’t reach it? So how did it get up there? This is for the Best Buy in Hurst. I would have given 0 stars if I could have. On May 1st I checked online to see if an item was in-stock in-store. It said it was. When we got there,there were none to be found. I checked online,it said the item could be delivered to the store in about an hour. I placed the order online. It took the funds out of my account. After a while I received a email saying my order was delayed. For the next 11 days the funds were put back in my account, then taken out,then put back in a total of 3-4 times. The item was finally delivered on the 12th. On the 15th finds were taken out again causing my account to be over drafted. They need to get their business straightened out. The online store is never correct.

No customer service no willingness to help, but they were sure to tell me if I bought the extended warranty thru them they could do some thing for me..I was told HP turn around in 4 to 6 wks but the geek squad turn around is 3 to 5 wks..ok so but a 200 dollar warranty to save 1 wk...all the do in store is exactly what I did at home...so they are no help at all.
