They have totally remodeled the store. Just one big open area now. They have reduced the number of products they carry. The physical store has not changed but 1/3 of the store is now a stock room. They have stock rooms on both sides of the store now.

Well stocked with current merchandise. Large selection. Coupons come in the mail often for 20% off, which makes it more attractive.

The only Beyond here was the giant area behind artificial walls, because what used to be a huge great store full of specials and fun stuff is now just a sad little shop with a few kitchen tools and some towels. Sad to see this place end so badly, guess the decision to cut out half the store backfired since I just read the company is closing the location.

If you love kitchen gadgets, now is the time to go. They were having a great sale. Didnt check out the whole store, but Im sure other things are on sale.

Just notified on black Friday that all the stores close to me are closing and everthing for sale 40-60% off except the walls and the floor. Its Always been favorite stores to shopp at . Now it was one of my favorite.

The cashier was very nice to me. She engaged in conversation. I didnt get her name. But she was a lovely black girl. It was 1pm or so. Anyway I found the gifts I wanted and she showed me an app for the store and she talked with me. She didnt just rush me out the door. Great job!

Love this location. While its a bit small, the customer service from all of them employees and managers is simply amazing. The fact that its small means it usually only has one register open and limited available stock, though. The friendly employees make up for it, though. As well as its accessible location to North East Mall.

I love shopping here. They have some really nice kitchen gadgets. They have a good selection of everything from kitchen to bath and personal products. I have bought several sets of cookware and dishes here. When the cookware had an issue they gave me a full refund even though it had been more than a year since I purchased the set. I was pleasantly surprised.

They have everything, weve shopped at several different Bed Bath and beyond stores in different cities for weddings, dorms, first apartments, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and they either had what I wanted or was always helpful in getting it for me. I do recommend getting the beyond + which gives you 20% off your entire purchase every time you purchase. I have saved hundreds of dollars setting up dorms and first apartments for my children and my own household.The personal was always kind and extremely helpful no matter which store we were at!!!!I also love the order online and pick up later. It has helped me out of jams when we needed things in a hurry but were down a car. Id order and my husband would pick it up on the way home. PERFECTI VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND BED BATH AND BEYOND

The lady at check out was very rude. Didnt even wrap my candles. Stuffed over 200 $ worth of things in 2 bags over spilling. Just a very very bad attitude 1

The store is great in Hurst. They are down sizing stock and discounting.They are moving a lot of big ticketed items out. I had them shipped items to my son and daughter in law.Great price and shipping is free over 40 dollars. Are they going to close the store? Kinda looks that way.

This is a nice store. It’s laid out nicely and well stocked with an assortment of items. There are the go to kitchen items, but then they have the new gadgets. There are household items, some electronics, cookware, and coffee, to name a few. Great place to look for gifts for the hard to find homemaker or cooking enthusiast.

Very helpful staff. Lots of inventory but also able to order things out of stock with free delivery to your house. They have some great gifts at reasonable prices.

Store has been remodeled since my last visit, looks much nicer.

First time I came in here, I was like... What is this place? What does it actually sell? lol...It has a ton of random nonesense!Its like the store where Made-for-TV products go to die! Hahaha...The products are also place quite high, on the walls, so its like youre surrounded.It really sucks you in.Kind-of exhausting shopping here, but it can be worthwhile, sometimes, if you need to get something really nice for your bedroom, or something.

Theyre closing this location, signs show everything 20% or 40% off, didnt see anything more than 20% off and they cant honor BB&B coupons, so youre not saving more than going to a location that has inventory and can honor any coupons you may have. Staff was friendly.

Store was clean and in good order. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. The merchandise is quality and because of that, the prices are a little higher. This is a great place to shop for household needs.

Fantastic inventory of most of what they carry. limited in Knork cutlery on display. prices arent very competitive. dont forget the 20% off coupon everyone gets in the mail because they will NOT give you any discounts (they tell you to come back in for adjustment which is just piss poor customer service). if they had honored coupon, we wouldve purchased high dollar items in addition to the few small things we got. amazing variety of bedding, bath accessories & kitchen gadgets. very clean & organized store except for front window (old tape & cheap signage) & counter area (very cluttered).

Customer service is horrible on the floor. Took forever to find somebody to help. Betty I believe was her name cashier at the front barely sweet. Samantha manager knowledgeable as well and kind.

My daughter and I were looking for a specific item. We walked in the store, found it and was out within 30 minutes. Clerk was friendly.

A large portion of the shelving was completely empty and they were understaffed. Other stores in the area have a much better selection. I will not be returning to this location

Always love visiting Bed bath and Beyond. My husband and I were looking for a juicer. Someone was quick to ask if we needed help finding anything and we walked out with a juicer we are very happy with!

I got some pillowcases for $4 a set on clearance and a really nice sheet set that matched my bed. Oscar the cashier was amazing super great guy friendly helpful.

Bed Bath & Beyond is a greatest place for women to go because they spend hours in there and my wife is no exception they have all kinds of gadgets and cool things I normally try to sit in my truck and take a nap because I know shes going to be in there for a while but the people were really nice very helpful considerate and had a had a good time I dont like shopping that much but when I go there its okay

I really LOVE and enjoy Everything about this store! Might be a wee bit pricey but its also worth it because of the quality of everything there. You might find same thing elsewhere a little bit cheaper but the quality wont be near as good and youll save the extra traveling time taking items back to other stores and end up going straight back to BB&B do get what u should have gotten there to start with!!! BB&B I ROCK!!!!!!

The store is always clean, and stocked really well. Now If I can go into the store and Not spend half of my paycheck that would be the icing on the cake. But hey thats a personal problem ;)

The staff handled my in-store pickup like professionals. When I went to pick up my order, I browsed the store, and was greeted with warmth by many staff members. From the time I arrived to the time I departed, I felt like a special guest. Its clean and organized, and their selection of kitchenware is a delight (Oxo and Pyrex galore!).

If you need to get some free home this is a great place to go they have lots of everything and the people are very helpful

Who doesn’t love this place! I always go in for one thing and find something else I didn’t know I needed. While price can be a bit high on some thing’s, you can sing up and get coupons by mail, text and email. Oh and if you forget to use one of your mail coupons before it expires. Don’t throw it out they will still take it!

Ok 3 stars for this reason...i bought queen size sheet set for $99.99 regular price for queen sets, i went back toget another set and they had marked them down. Now to explain they had the regular prive on there as being king set price if $119.99 and marked them down to $71.99. So to me they mark things up before they mark them down and therefore get 3 stars. Otherwise Ive enjoyed everything i bought there but i wont buy the so called mark down or closeout items anymore.!

Worse I had ever seen, manger should not be running the store. Ask him about item, it is over there nothing more. Items not marked for price. Three people trying to get help, one of the help came out of the restroom, sees all the people and walks through and does not help any one and that includes the cashier. Manger needs to step up and run the store. Will not be back go to Bed Bath that cares.

I love bed bath and beyond selections but a little over price for some of the same exact sets u can get at Walmart for half the price. Biggest issue here was very little customer interaction in people trying to help the customer.

Open aisles in store with large & varied inventory. Easy to locate items and yet still intriguing enough to explore for treasure.

One of my favorite places to go to get my candles or anything else is Bed Bath & Beyond, and I love the friendly staff there theyre very helpful... thank you again for everything that you do and tell me about new products that come in every so often.

The bed bath & beyond at Northeast Mall area has turned into a junk store. The isles are too crowded to even get a shopping cart down the aisle and the store merchandising is a total wreck. You cant find anything and theres very few people working in the store to help you. This chain of stores used to be my favorite place to go to shop but now its a nightmare! I dont want to shop there anymore!

Normally I get asked a million times if I need help but nobody was around this day. Went to ask the cashier where a item was but she had no clue and directed me to the wrong area.

Large Clearance area in this store (back right side of store) and a few returned/floor display product racks at the front right side as well. Service is alright (from time to time someone will ask if we need help), store looks well maintained, and the prices are good, but not great either -unless you remember to bring your BB&B coupon-.

This place has almost everything youll need for your house. Very clean and organized.

Wifey and I walked in to Bed Bath & Beyond today and felt like someone was watching me.👀Everywhere I went I kept seeing the same store manager with all black clothes and red nikes almost like a spy.😎She looked as if she didnt want to be there to begin with. Her service was lackluster and she mumbled.💬As we walked around she kept hovering to include showing up at the cash register and outside as we left. 👋I was the only handsome black man in the entire store at 3:30pm and it sure was suspect behavior for a manager.👔I think she may need just a little more training. I was dressed extremely casual with shorts, sandals and sleeveless tshirt but still no excuse.😡Yall gotta do better!
