Our Sales Representative Jeffery was extremely knowledgeable about all the sleep number beds. Equal to this was his knowledge of the linens and pillows to go with. My girlfriend who accompanied me to the store is seeking a new king bed and she will purchase it in this store from Jeffery. Please acknowledge his value as an excellent sales person and an equally excellent person. He made our experience fun!

The people here are so helpful and its easy to find just the right bed for you. The beds are a little pricey, Im not going to lie, but you do get comfort and the ability to personalize your sleep every night once you buy one of these beds. You can buy a bed where you can raise and lower your head. You can buy one where you can raise and lower your head and your feet. Or you could just buy a regular flat bed with the air mattress that allows you to adjust the firmness of your sleep.Its an investment to be sure, but it is also an investment in good sleep and thats very important to me.

Our experience was delightful. Our sales associate Nick was friendly, polite, attentive and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy and Nick made sure that all of our questions were answered. A pleasurable experience.

Went to check out latest as we have an 18 yr old Sleep # bed. Mark is very attentive & informed, low key. Gave us brochure 2 look @ ALL the options available 2day. Wonderful 2 take time 2 peruse & decide the next level bed! LOVE OUR SLEEP NUMBER! Great product!

This is a very nicely run store. I went by and met with the manager one evening - she was very informative and accommodating. I came back a week later with my wife and son and his wife, and we met with one of the sales staff. She really knew her business, and patiently answered our many questions. We ended up buying two beds and other accessories. A very pleasant experience!

Nick made our buying experience friendly and he was very knowledgeable about the smart beds. We left feeling very pleased with the whole experience.

Buyer beware. $2000 air mattress( C4) Never explained that you will be charged $199 plus tax return pick up fee. You will be told to read your contract. Not their problem. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you to buy it. Giant waste of money and time.

This was our 2nd visit to this store location. In 2017 we purchased a CA King and was so satisfied with it we decided to purchase a twin for our guest room.Our salesman,Mark Gil, was fantastic! No high pressure to buy and explained every detail on all the items we were interested in.Needless to say we made the purchase🙏
