Unfortunately I had a very bad experience here. The staff are nice people but I was told I would receive the bed at the end of the week, at the very latest the end of next week. Here we are two weeks later and no bed. Called customer service and they still have not received it from the manufacturer. I called the store where I purchased it from and explained what was going on and was hoping they may offer some solution. Here were my choices, wait another week, cancel the order, or choose a different mattress that starts at a bare minimum of $1100. There was no I apologize sir let me look into that for you. There was no I apologize sir let me contact a supervisor or management and see if maybe there is another option for you considering the inconvenience and waist of your time. You see the common denominator here is that no one really cared about my time, or how much I truly was needing this bed. Its unprofessional and simply rude. I work in the air conditioning and heating industry and visit anywhere from 3 to 4 customers a day. OC mattresses has their guarantees and I have mine too. My guarantee is that for one year straight I will make sure to let every customer of mine know to never shop with OC mattress.

I am sad to write this review because Ed and Jose were amazing yesterday when I went in to get 2 new mattress.I was told by Jose to call today to finish up some business I still had to complete. Jose said it should be no problem just call and you will be taken care of.When I called David answered the phone. He was completely unprofessional, refused to help me, and interrupted me every time I tried to talk.Common courtesy apparently is not common for David. I asked if Jose or Ed would be back tomorrow, and he said no. I said I would just wait to deal with either Jose or Ed, and I asked when they would be back. David said “I keep trying to say I don’t know!”This is not the customer service I expect. If Jose is at this location please go in. But if David is there expect sub par customer service.I really hope this review helps!!!

Spoke with Ed, whos a really cool guy. Was amazing at detailing the entire situation of purchasing mattress, frames, brands and so much more. I will be returning to purchase what I need very soon. Thank you Ed, much appreciated!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Gerry is cool but the other guy who services only veterans is a complete waste of time, lazy, incompetent, person. I went to pick up a mattress cover that I already purchased and he insisted there was other paying customers ahead of me, proceeded to call customer service while I was there and passive aggressively talk about me while I was standing there and then kicked me out of the store because he couldn’t solve the problem.

Very disappointing. I made sure i wasn’t getting the floor model and my husband picked up the mattress and it was the worn, used floor model. Now I’m returning it and without a mattress for 3 weeks until my order from another place comes in.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Second time I have purchased a mattress from this store!

Staff was friendly but they charged my credit card twice. Its almost been a week and they still havent found out what the issue is. Im lucky that I can afford 1025 dollars out of my account for a week. The people that they used to run my card (Card machine was down that day and had to do this over the phone with another company) still havent found the issue. They dont call me back to update me on the issue. I have to be proactive in making sure the issue gets resolved. Wether thats Orange County Mattresses fault or that other 3rd party companys fault. I dont know. Both ways, Im out 1000 bucks and having to deal with this issue without anyone else being proactive other than myself.Seriously unprofessional in this regard.On a positive note I am sleeping better and got a good deal. But the money thing. Come on guys.

I found this family owned business to have friendly staff. However for what we paid for our families mattresses...the price didnt come close to the quality. I found other places selling better quality equivalents for almost half. Though I liked our sales person...I feel like I should have done more research and feel a little bit price gouged.

Bryan (Brian?) was super helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me hone in on the perfect mattress and gave me a great deal. If you need a mattress in OC - the hunt is over this is your spot.

Service was good.didnt like that nothing was priced just felt like the salesman just made up the prices.

Talked me out of the mattress I wanted then went back t exchange and wanted 600$ For my original choice. Competition has the same model for much cheaper. Caveat emptor...

I really believe its all about the sales person! After having terrible expierences at Leeds and Sit N Sleep my husband and I ventured into OC Mattress with hesitation we only had $800 to spend and wanted a Cali King mattress. As I am 5 months pregnant budget and comfort were our two biggest concerns. Our salesman Phil was so kind and listened to our needs and concerns as he showed us the three mattresses he had that fit our budget. Not only did he LISTEN which none of the other mattress stores sales people had, but he had three different options for us to chose from unlike the one mattress Sit N Sleep had. We wound up purchasing an Englander Level 3 Pillow Top Mattress with memory foam and could not be happier!! They delivered the mattress same day and even got here early!! When you do go there though...make sure to ask for Phil!!!

Major rip off. Worse mattress i ever purchased. Everything they promised about the mattress turned out to be a lie.
