Everyone super nice in this place. Even had full load and super nice Asian-American male staff member (12:30pm 3/24/21 -wish I knew his name) offered to get me cart. Very cool staff

BB&B is always a great experience. No matter what you are looking for, theres 10 other items you forgot you needed. (Or wanted?)

Way less people than by the UCI campus yet all the necessary items one would need for campus living!

Bed bath and beyond is no longer one of my favorite stores to shop at. The return policy has gone downhill. I tried returning a $700 espresso machine that stopped working in less than a year and they refused to return it and told me to contact the manufacture. The manufacturer charges a minimum$ 200.00Bed bath and beyond used to stand behind its merchandise.Another incident, there was a rug for sale an area rug. It was a return from an online order. There is no description of the size of the rug. I asked the sales person to open it so I can see if there was any damage and see the size and they refused. And there was no return policy once the item was purchased.I’m back to shopping at home goods!

I was helped by two great employees. Kim and Wana. They were both very helpful offered additional services to order things that arent in stock, listened to my cries of my needs. They helped me get everything I needed. I got exactly what I needed from their great hospitality. Exceptional employees. They really went up and beyond, no pun intended.

Clean shopping environment.Everything was well organized.Someone was constantly cleaning.

Store is clean. Lots of items to choose from. Two things. They need more staff to answer questions you may have about items. And two. The inventory is low. I know its the holidays. But some shelves were empty. A better track of inventory might help that. Overall a good store.

Prices not displayed or incorrectly priced on items, which is frustrating. Employees dont care about customers, giving attitude like one is disturbing their very personaldiscussions about daily life with other employees; The Checkout was WORSE, as NO ONE was there for 15 minutes, and when I went to see if maybe they were accepting checkout at Customer Returns I was disrespectfully practically yelled at to wait at the Checkout area. I explained no one was there, the woman angrily explained, Well! Were SHORT OF STAFF!!

Good service but the coupon aps is horrible to deal with in store. Printing it out before going into the store is the better alternative. I was unable bring up get offer coupon while shopping inside the store.

This place was not well stocked. I was looking for bedsheets and there were so many empty holes. I ended up at the Buena Park store there and there were plenty of bed linens in the right spots.

Wonderful store! Tons of neat stuff. Store is well-lit out and very organized. Great selection of just about anything you could want or imagine. Friendly, helpful staff. Great pricing, great selection, great service, great location. Easy and convenient to get to. We absolutely love Bella Terrace right off the 405 at Edinger.

Huge store located on the second floor at Bella Terra shopping plaza. You enter through the front next to the REI entrance. Youll see an escalator and that takes you up to the store.What I like about this store is the huge selection of bathroom and kitchen items. They sometimes offer sales which I would recommend keeping an eye out for.They also have a huge selection of scented candles.

Really cool stuff a little bit of everything. Lots of home goods for every room in the house. Plus tons of other stuff. The price is reasonable and you can usually find 20% off coupons in things mail every week. Be careful, you could spend hours browsing. Its upstairs, but they have a cool escalator that carries you shopping basket down. Plus you get a ride up and down. Its located at the Bella Terra right of the 405 Beach Blvd exit.

I honestly believe in if you cant say something nice, dont say anything at all but after my visit to this store I have to question why the even have a customer service department. Great store with good selection but will never waste time trying to purchase from them again. Service like I did not receive today is why I will purchase online.

Love B, B & B! I had made large purchase the end of November...one of those that requires your receipt to validate your warranty. Well, of course, I misplaced my receipt. I went back & the manager bent over backwards researching the transaction & getting me a duplicate receipt! Great customer service!

Gus was super helpful, very attentive, and full of information to help my fiancé and I with our registry. He was very genuine and caring and an overall great person to work with. The manager and rest of the staff was very kind and personable. Definitely enjoyed our experience at this store

I did a shower curtain return, smooth as can be.I was looking for stall sized shower curtain and was a most helpful your lady. She helped me find what I wanted ordered it and I ll have in a few days.

I went here for pillows and air freshener. I left out with those plus sheets and Tommy Bahama pillow cases. There was a sale and I felt comfortable perusing the aisles studying the price vs product and it’s value to me. I used a discount with the cashier, who was kind and patient.

Shelves werent fully stocked looked kinda messy like store had been open all day already.

Judy, Ronya and Boon (sp??) provided excellent customer service to correct an issue. Errors or routine oversights are bound to happen in retail but its the cross training and superb customer service skills to remedy any situation that will float the boat.

Bed Bath and Beyond is a little pricier than other department stores, unless you have their coupon... that being said their coupons are not easilyelectronically accessible when youre in the store... I find that getting cell reception is not that great! They need to upgrade their wifi as well as remodel their brand... the one thing I like is that they actually have a little bit of everything in the store, so you have a variety to choose from!

This bed bath and beyond is kind of hidden on the second floor at the bella terra shopping plaza near the core power yoga. You take the escalators up and then as if by magic you enter the kingdom of bed bath and beyond.The store is phenomenal with great selection on kitchen items. We almost bought a new set of Japanese knives for our kitchen but decided to hold off and shop around a little bit.Great store with good staff and good quality products.

A good place to get misc stuff for your home

The Bella Terra has improved a lot, over the last 5 years, so I decided to stop by to checkout the options. Bed Bath and Beyond is clean with good customer service. I was able to find what i needed. Its on the second floor and bigger than I expected it to be. Ill be coming back here.

2 ladies at customer service doing nothing as I walk up, they both ignored me and went about answering phones. Im patient so I waited, they both kept giving me dirty looks. Finally one decided to help me. She said there are signs posted everywhere that you no longer return aerobeds (sign was very small and obstructed and there was only one). Both of these ladies were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Told me to contact manufacturer but they had no clue how to do that. The bed nonsense is understandable but the audacity of your two employees was infuriating. How can they be so rude and disrespectful to customers and still have jobs???

I was able to buy everything I needed to completely redo and upgrade my wardrobe closet by shopping here at Bed Bath & Beyond! I am so thrilled with the outcome and the extremely fair prices were an added bonus!

This store is very nice to go to. It has a lot more items than others I been to have.The only thing that I hate about going there, is that the area is full of traffic and no where to park.
