SHOPPING HERE IS A MISTAKE. I asked for a side sleeper. He gave me a back sleeper. Been 6 months. Feels NOTHING like the model. Already a dent in the middle & I rotate every 30 days. This is seriously horrible Im miserable. This was literally my only hope. Its 1000s of dollars its not like I can just go buy another mattress and Rafael totally just did the yes man routine and sold me a POS mattress. DO NOT SHOP HERE. HUGE MISTAKE MIGHT AS WELL SLEEP ON THE FLOOR

DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS HERE.I got a mattress here 6 months ago after having a hand me down. It feels the same as my hand me down. I told him Im a side sleeper, he gave me a back sleeper. He told me it wouldnt feel like the floor model at first but its been 6 months and it still feels awful. He said its double coiled so it wont sink. Not only does it sink but I can FEEL THE COILS IN THE INDENT. Shopping here was a HUGE mistake. Rafael only cares about commission, he doesnt care about you! I wish I went anywhere else literally

This location was great. My boyfriend and I came into Ortho Mattress today and got great service from Rafael. We both have lower back issues and Rafael showed us mattresses that fit our needs. He told us there was a sale for an upgrade on the mattress so we were definitely interested! Instead of rushing us, he told us to lay on mattresses for several minutes as oppose to moving from one to the next. I also liked how we werent pressured to buy a mattress which was great. Its always nice to be serviced by someone who doesnt care about the sales. Rafael found us a mattress and an adjustable base within our price range and we were set to go. Unfortunately there was a mistake made on our order. The next day I called and spoke with Rafael and explained the situation. He was patient and understanding listening to what had happened. After speaking with his manager, Rafael let me know that they were willing to correct this error (all with no extra cost to me)Bottom line is that Ortho made it right.
