We needed a replacement for our old queen mattress. We saw that Custom Comfort Mattress was rated #1 Best of OC. Chris Brady, our salesman at the Orange store, was friendly, helpful and informative. All we wanted was a mattress. There was no pressure to purchase anything more than what we needed. We were shown various options to select from. All of our questions were fully answered. We would strongly recommend Custom Comfort Mattress.

My 89 year old dad needed a new mattress, and I knew exactly where to take him, Custom Comfort (Brea store) for a great quality and great price. Chris Brady was our sales associate. He is a great listener and very patient as he guided my dad to the best mattress to suit his needs. Dad is very happy with his purchase. A few months later my 84 year old mom needed a new mattress, so I took her to Custom Comfort. Was happy when we walked in to see that Chris Brady was working. Chris was very patient with my mom. First thing : I would like to take a moment to Thank ~Megan McCorkle SHE WAS AMAZING ~After endlessly looking for an adjustable bed and (nothing seem worth the price) that they cost ? -We took one last go at it, We went into “Custom Comfort Mattress OC.”.just to see what they were offering.. turns out “I was right and wrong ..”Some beds are not worth the money ./ and other beds.. Well when you understand what you’re getting for the money / and the science behind it ..YES it’s definitely worth it & still affordable!!Megan took the time to walk through it step-by-step with us and (not in a sales presentation kind away, in a proud of her product kind of way)~Listen, at the end ..I didn’t know whether to buy a bed or “Stock in the Company” . Amazing Bed and awesome in store experience. My wife and I have been bed shopping for a while. We previously owned a very nice 100% Latex mattress.Between us we have owned a variety of mattressses from spring to Tempurpedic (hated my Tempurpedic).After as much online research as possible, we ventured out to our first mattress store. If you havent experienced a standard mattress store, just imagine a used car lot, but instead of a car, you lay down in a bed and the sticky salesmen lurkes over you.After not finding the right mattress, we came across Custom Comfort. We figured we would just pop in and check it out.Night and day experience. Chris Brady was the employee working that day. He was awesome! Super informative, helpful and he gave us our space to experience the options and talk to each other. He would check in with perfect timing as needed.The mattress combo we chose is AMAZING. We are super picky. My wife and I both have off and on low back issues (herniated disk) so comfort and support was a must. We made the purchase, they delivered right on time with ease and we have honestly slept better than ever the past week. Waking up with no pain at all and sleeping through the night.I would go into details on the specific mattress we chose, but it wont help you. They are very friendly and helpful! They also know their stuff, and let us take as much time to feel the beds out. At most furniture places they make you feel pressured to buy something, but they never made us feel this way! It was honestly one of the best experiences Ive had at a furniture/mattress store. We are very happy with the bed we purchased and are excited for it to come.

Customer service and delivery was 5/5. The reason Im giving it a 2 star is because since day one, the top cushion layer of the mattress shifts downward every time we raise the bed up. We have to move it back up 3 to 4 times a day. The security bands are completely in place and it still gets pulled down. Honestly, if I new this would happen, we wouldnt have spent over $6k. Im pregnant and its so hard for me to readjust it.

This is my second mattress made by Custom Comfort and even more comfortable than the first. The newer one has a detached 2 inch top section which even this not very strong old lady can flip without help. Brilliant idea! Staff members are super nice, knowledgeable, and truthful. They dont try to push customers into buying more than the customer needs. I dont hesitate to recommend both the products and the sales staff.

I cant begin to say enough great things about our recent purchase from this store. Our salesperson ( Chris Brady) was absolutely wonderful in helping us. He was very professional and courteous. We were overjoyed to find out our previous purchase from several years prior was still in their computer system. We choose 3 more of the same mattress we had bought before. Delivery went smooth. Delivery personnel were great! They were professional, on time and set up went perfect. We plan to purchase a few more in the near future. I dont see the need to shop anywhere else! The quality is superior! Everyone loves their new beds!!!

My husband and I couldn’t agree on a mattress, but they were able to assess our individual needs and help us to make a decision on which mattress would serve both our needs. I never write reviews but I had such a great experience with Custom Comfort Mattresses I had to share. The staff especially Jeff and Gary were extremely knowledgeable about each mattress and really helped to educate me on my final purchase. I had struggled with lower back pain for years and had tried several varieties of mattresses from other manufactures, but never felt that any of them did the trick. I went in to Custom Comfort Mattress and purchased the adjustable frame with the natural mattress, and have never slept so well. My back pain has all but disappeared, and I wake up feeling rested and refreshed. Definitely worth the price!

We started looking at the usual places for a mattress until a friend recommended Custom Comfort to us and told us to speak to John. From the minute we walked in the Custom Comfort difference was on a whole new level. We were nervous that is was going to be out of our price range but John worked to ensure that we got a bed that was going to meet our wants for our price range. Once we made the purchase I instantly felt better about buying with them over the run of the mill mattress stores. I will be steering anyone their way who needs a new mattress. Go see John, you wont regret it.

I found out years ago when I bought my first and second mattress from CC that all the mattresses are made in their factory-- brand new ! If you dont know already, old mattresses can be recovered and sold as new in stores. Secondly, I had to re-schedule my longer distance delivery twice and both times they changed the times to fit my schedule being soooo nice too!
