Very good friendly service. There is a street entrance and another entrance from the Hyatt lobby. Wide range of foods but Im a vegan and its a bit limited for vegan eats. No vegan tofu spread for bagels.

First time ever having this place and I love it! Was thinking about going to shipleys instead but so glad I decided on this instead. Much healthier option lol. I got the farmhouse and it was delicious. It is located within the Hyatt so its open 24-7 which is amazing. Staff is very friendly. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Of late, this store has mixing up old Bagels along with few fresh ones. I started noticing difference in the taste, texture of my Bagels - though they all come in the the same Box.I realized, sometimes, the store staff mixes up the old Bagels in your to-go order! Something has changed at this store - Check your order before you leave!

Not terrible but really long wait to not get the sandwhiches I ordered. I was the only one there, and the sandwhiches had numerous substitutions and missing items. Very disappointing.

They got one bottle of water for $3, but hey at 2 AM a lot of things seem reasonableAll jokes aside the food is pretty good, and it’s good for breakfast

After arriving back from The Hobby Center to the Hyatt Regency Downtown. We were a little hungry. I love Einstein Bagels, so I was excited to learn the hotel had one opened 24hrs a day in the lobby. The gentleman, Shane, was so nice, welcoming and helpful. The bagels, coffee and extra little grab and go drinks & snacks are a welcoming site at anytime of the day or night.

I saw on their menu coffees, hot and cold teas but no water bottles or sodas. Am planning on going to Downtown location. Give me a heads up please.UPDATE 7/14..on 7/5 I went there for a quick snack before a show. Yes they have fountain drinks but only Dr. Pepper and Pepsi products. They had other sodas like Coca Cola but in bottle form but not cold enough. So I asked for a cup of ice. I got the hash brown bagel but I tasted no hash brown of any kind. The bagel itself was good but I tasted no potato.

The bagels are not that great... had a cinnamon raisin bagel, just warmed, not toasted and it was super hard to eat. Once I able to gnaw a piece off it was like chewing rubber.. also had a smoothie, that was good and is the main reason for the 3 stars.. prices aren’t bad at all and they have a ton of other stuff to eat.. just beware of the rock bagels..

Was here for a conference in Houston, and our group hadnt eaten since like 4 PM so I grabbed a sandwich to go from the grab and go section and got back to my room it was already like 1:30 AM long story short the same which ended up being soggy but I ate it anyway and I mentioned it to the cashier and he made it right the next day that I was in there!Dennis is awesome and hes super friendly! And the service is amazing!

Great place to get your bagel on. Theres only one reason that I dont give them five stars and I know its not their fault, but that day, there was no parking anywhere when I went to buy some more bagels😜

If you cant afford to stay at the regency, avoid this Einsteins. First they wouldnt take my gift card (apparently its under Regency, not the regular chain of resteraunts...) Next, for a sandwich, a bagel with cream cheese, and a bottled Starbucks frappaccino, was $16.76. Finally, my debit card registered a final bill of $20.11. (They had tipped themselves another $3.50 without asking, even after I had dropped a buck in the tip jar in spite of the price and rejection of my gift card. ) Add $2 for downtown parking, I paid $23 for what I had hoped to be a cheap lunch using my gift card. :( To be fair, food was ok, and large bagel with cream cheese was under $3.50 which was what I expected; BUT sandwich was small, turkey tasted old, & toasted Bagel was barely toasted at all.

I wanted to love it but hated the fact the bread was hard. Not sure if they are microwaving the sandwiches to heat them up but Ive made bagels plenty of times and never had one so chewy. I will try this places out again thou with the Hope it was just a bad day.

I’ve gone here for past 2 years and the past two times have been a terrible experience. Today I got an everything bagel w/ one egg, bacon and cheese. The bagel was dry, the bacon feel apart in tiny pieces and the egg was paper thin. I’m not sure what changed but the quality of the place keeps going down.

I went to Einsteins the other day and Erica and Taylor were my servers and they were unbelievable! They were very hospitable and really brightened my day. Plus they also made the BEST PIZZA BAGEL IVE EVER HAD! I would not think twice about going back there and know that I would get the same type of quality service in the future.

Ate at Einstein Brothers located in the Hyatt Regency, downtown Houston. The bagels were great. I took my bagels inside the hotel and ate at one of many tables located in the lobby. Assorted liquids from coffee, to smoothies (excellent), Perrier, Monsters, sodas, protein shakes, juice, etc. The ambience was nice. It may take a few minutes to get your entire order but it is qorth the wait especislly if you are not in a rush. Would recommend making sure you have your cell for tunes or whatever. Stairs inside hotel links you to a huge chunk of Houston Underground, the McKinney Tunnels, so instead of going back out on the street, you can bypass alot of traffic and beggars.

Coolest bagel shop ever. Einstein Bros. offers items not seen anywhere else at this convenience level, like the Bagel Dog and Pizza Bagel. The best frozen coffee anywhere. Much wow.

Bagels are good. Coffee is just OK. Its a convenient place just because its open 24hours. In downtown its hard to find a place open for dinner.

Conveniently located inside the Hyatt hotel downtown. Open 24 hours and offers all the expected fare for an Einsteins. Just be warned that they dont accept Einstein gift cards at this location.

Ordered an untoasted bagle with butter this time, got a toasted bagle..... wait was long too so didnt feel like waiting longer for them to fix it!21-Mar-19 This place used to be great, not sure what happened. Just ordered a bagle extra toasted with butter and got untoasted with butter, now I cant even toast it myself. Wish they would pay attention.

Rating 5 stars baised on their variety of bagels, coffees, and other treats. As well as the sole fact that they are open 24 hours. Their nova lux is my all time favorite.Im not sure if this was the manager that was taking orders ( he looked like he was checking inventory ) or what but he was very inefficient with a dash of snarky.I ordered my usual, (and after giving me a snide look) gave me my total. My sister ordered her usual ( a plain bagel with cream cheese ) and they told us they had sold out. So she ordered something different, which they were also out of. They had her third choice, and we didnt have to wait long for it to be ready.Considering he knew they were out of plain bagels before I ordered mine, he should have given me an option to pick my base instead of giving me whatever he felt like. 1 star for this guy.

Do not go here! The service is terrible. They messed up my order two days in a row. Yesterday they didnt give me half my order and today they gave me the wrong drink. When I inquired about it they told me they didnt serve that type of drink there even though its on their menu. Its not worth waiting 30 minutes and overpaying when there are other coffee and tea shops down the street.

Only place in the area with decent coffee and a very convenient selection of food for vegetarians.

Place is inside the Hyatt hotel very slow slow service. I placed and order and waited for 1hr then I asked can you check on my order and for my surprise they did not even have my order ticket with the cooks. I was really upset . Then the girl was like let me work on it. It took another 30 to get 3 bagels. The cooks are very slow and orders are mixed around and people at the end of the line were salk ilng our before us. In the end I called the hotel front desk and advised of my experience and requested a refund I am still awaiting credit.
