I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! I went to get my phone screen fixed a couple months ago and they put a used screen on my phone that had 3 black bubbles. When I went back to show him the bubbles the next day he refused to fix it even though there was a warrantee on my screen. Over the past few months those black bubbles got bigger in size and I could no longer see certain icons. I went to fusion cellular which is also in harwin and they fixed it perfectly with no hassle and at a reasonable price. BEWARE OF HORIZON WIRELESS and expect to be HUSSLED!

I had my iPhone 11 Pro and Apple Series 5 watch screen repaired here. It was done in just over an hour and perfectly!! Good as new! Prices were more than reasonable with friendly service. I would recommend.

I came to get a car charger and check out the new cases to come back to a locked car with my keys inside, which they helped me to unlock! Jose Romero wrote a review below (10 months ago) and complained about the ‘rude repair lady’, and the owner responded that she was a temp and had been let go. Well, apparently she’s back folks and she was extremely rude to me as well when I took a couple of devices for repair. Spoke with the owner and he said that she won’t even listen to him (yes, I was surprised to learn that too). I ended up getting my devices repaired elsewhere and will never take another repair job to them as long as she’s there. Last thing I need is someone insulting me in response to my repeat business. Beware when you approach the repair counter and see ‘the rude lady’ come out..

They sell refurbished phones. Dont try to argue please because you guys know exactly what yall doing. I had a very bad experience with this store. I bought an iPhone 6 plus from you guys and told it was new but I had to come again and replace it like 4 times because Everytime you guys gave me another one it had issues. Either charging, battery, or screen. The screen was opened and you can clearly see that and the phone charges and doesnt sometimes. This happened a long time ago and I just gave the phone to my dad because it was in so bad condition even tho it was just purchased and I bought a new one from the apple. However, Im only saying this because I was thinking for an upgrade and wanted a Galaxy note 10+ but I remembered I shouldnt buy from you guys because all the phones are refurbished, and I thought I was the only one but going to through the comments I can confirm that you guys do scam and just try to justify yourselves somehow. I mean not all of us are wrong ? There are way too many people complaining about these refurbished phone issues so please dont argue because I swear theyre refurbished no matter what youre going to tell me I know what Im saying Ive been an employee of Samsung and I know what refurbished phones look like. I already got scammed from you guys but Im just writing this to inform anyone that is willing to buy from you guys that its a scam, you can hate, reply with rudeness, or justify yourself however you want but all these people that are complaining are not wrong and its kind obvious by now. Just had to get this out of the way and trust me there is no one that is just frustrated for nothing and just trying to make you guys look bad Because its pointless but the truth is that were all frustrated for a reason and you guys really a scam. I wouldn’t even give one star if I didn’t have to in order to leave a review. My wife bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S7 active and it lasted only 7 wks. It started having software issues right after day 30 which is there return window. She emailed the store after several attempted unanswered phone calls and they didn’t reply

Wireles cell phone repair department lady is rude. I got a backup phone repaired and had issues within a week. I tried to explain the problem, and first thing that came out was that it was ok when you took it and I have to wholesale price. I was honest when I first took it for the repair that I had damaged the phone before the repair and then she tried to use that on me that I damaged it again. Why would I damaged it the exact same way again. I think it was the repair guy that damaged it accidentally when taking out the Sim card, then she tried to blame it on the r post because I brought my own. I didnt ask for wholesale price, I asked for proper repair. No customer service whatsoever. Its a shame because Ive been going there for years and never had somebody be so rude. Is like she was just taught to say no and be rude. Ive been going there for years and would recommend people over there all the time for phones or accessories.

Quick, fast & easy!Update:Cons: Phone screen was not glued correctly and bottom screws were missing when I first picked up my iPhone X after a back glass replacement.Quality of glass is not great whatsoever, my back glass broke with alittle bit of pressure that I applied due to the front screen not being glued.The replacement touch screens are a bit smaller than the originals, and they don’t tell you till you see it yourself.They racially profile anyone who is not Middle eastern or Caucasian. “They follow you around”Pros: Large selection of unique phone cases/covers.Ps. My original post was kind of forced upon. I was pressured to give a review while they stood in front of me. I would not recommend getting your phones repaired here, but I do recommend purchasing nice covers.

They lie about the warranty information; they supposedly provide Standard Samsung Warranty which is one full year, but this is not true.I tried to obtain a warranty review from Samsung, and I only needed to have a receipt from the company, and they failed to provide it. Beware, now I have a broken phone with nobody to fix it.I contacted the owner and wrote him an email to find help, but he did not help me.

If I could give zero stars I would.Purchased a Galaxy Note 8 from Horizon in March 2019. They advertised the device as new. I was assured by the seller the device was new and had a warranty, I even got a voice recording of him confirming this. Once I got the device home and activated I noticed the poor sound quality and screen burns, so I took the device into the Samsung store and they verified the device did not have a warranty and was not a new device. I contacted Horizon in fact, went into the store and instead of trying to rectify the issue, one of the associate (an older gentleman) became defensive and stated the device was used. This is not what I was told when I purchased the device or what was in the ad. I will be filing a civil complaint at the Harris County Courthouse against Horizon as well as the contacting the BBB. This is a place to avoid, they sell devices to customers under the impression the device is new. If you decide to do business with this company, make sure to check the IMEI or serial number before you purchase, just to insure you are getting a new device. Unless they disclose to you the device is refurbished or used, always triple verify anything they tell you over there. This is a place I will NEVER do business with again as I cannot tolerate a dishonest business.My mistake in my previous response to the business I referred to them as Herizon when they are in fact Horizon.I just saw their reply and I must say I am quite surprised. My advice to HORIZON, is when someone writes a bad review on your business, take the time to probe and ask questions as to why a person is dissatisfied with your service as opposed to going on the defense and responding in CAPS like a child on a tantrum. From your response alone you have proven to viewers how much you value their business and that you cannot take criticism of your customer service and business practices. Furthermore, from your response, you havent the slightest clue who I am. At no point was there any sales negotiation or incident of someone LOW BALLING anyone (as you mentioned). Nor at any point did I call you and ask you for a refund. In addition, I know and have proof of what was disclosed to me. Keep in mind I have a copy of the craigslist posting which you have now mysteriously removed that declared the device as new with warranty. At no point did you indicated or say There is no Manufacture Warranty on this device, however we will provide our own in-house warranty. Had that been said I never would have purchased a device from you.Please get your facts in order before you respond to a user that gives you a low rating. When you reply in this manner it makes you look foolish and poorly reflects the company you represent. The number of years you have been in business is irrelevant to my review.Have a good day!

I’ve been dealing with Horizon Wireless for 10 years the customer service is awesome, the cheapest prices in the market and best quality.

Do not trust these cheating people, the are scam, their products are used and in poor condition, I bought an iPhone 6 plus as new and after 2 months it stopped working, I took them to be reviewed and they told me it was the battery, I bought a new battery a few days later the problem persisted, I went back and they told me that it was a problem of IC chip reader and everything remained the same until I decided to take it to the Apple Store where I realized that in fact they had never made any repairs to the phone, and the phone had been unlocked in the black market because it did not appear on the date of manufacture and for that reason they never wanted me to make effective the guarantee of the 3 months supposedly given in the store. They gave just lies to get more money. Long story short I paid around $ 700 for a phone that only lasted 2 months.Beware these people just want to steal your money.
