Got my iPhone 11 screen repaired yesterday, excellent work and quick service.

Ran over my phone with a forklift. Brought it in for repairs it took a wile and two trips but the pretty much rebuild my phone. All at a great price and very professional and nice staff. I will be definitely go back in the future.

I needed a new iPhone battery for my XR. There was also an issue with my screen after they diagnostic it. Both was done at quickly and still now I have no issues.

I had my screen replaced by them. Im not entirely sure but I think they reviewed the information I had on my phone. So if youre worried about your privacy at all, Id go somewhere else.They replaced the LCD and sometimes it looks like it glitches with a random pop-up that only appears for less than a second.My keyboard dictionary is also ruined now and I cant fix it. I took my phone to them with this concern and they just told me theyd do a reset which I already did, and problem isnt fixed.The LCD works, except for that random pop-up that appeared after it was replaced.

I gave them a two because that was my child second time getting her phone fixed the first time they charged her $50 the second time they charge her $59 they need to have one price. When her screen was cracked both times.

This place is amazing, the person that greeted me was very very courteous and kind.I wasnt too sure why my iPhone 7 was shutting off randomly when it was on full battery as well as with a full battery pack. So the gentleman was very nice to let me know that they will take a look at it and see whats wrong with it within 15-20 minutes. And as you know it, they were able to fix it within a amazing turnaround time. Thank you so much, my phone is working to its full capacity and i dont need to have a fully charge battery pack.

Perfect service. I was second in line on a Sunday afternoon. A second employee came out to take my wifes iPhone 7 back to start the repair while I waited to be checked in. Great customer service! I went to have my iPhone 6+ screen replaced as well as had them install a new battery. I was in and out in a very short amount of time and the technician was kind enough to inform me about another damage that I thought was normal and made the repair at no extra charge. So, I came here with my crack screen, they fixed it in few minutes which was great, but when I saw the image on the phone, the quality was far from what the phone usually has. They changed it for another screen, and explained me the first screen they used was not the best quality, they put another screen. Ive fixed other screens in other shops, and never had this problem. The service was very good though, the staff was very friendly.

To be honest I was skeptical dropping my iPad off to get the screen replaced when I knew I could do it myself. However the people here were so nice, so quick, and so inexpensive Im very happy I built up the courage to take it in. What I waited months to get fixed took them only a couple of hours even with other customers products ahead of mine in line. They even gave me a quick quote on some other repairs for my iPhones and didnt try to pressure me into making the repairs right then like some shops will do. All in all I was very pleased and will be coming back.

Ive been here half a dozen times. Often my phone (and kids) is done within a couple hours.I recently purchased a Huawei phone and broke the screen. They said it would be $55. Then they didnt have it with their supplier. It made me nervous that they had to order it online. Within a day I had my phone and they stuck with $55 price. This place is amazing. Im sure Ill fix another 10 phones here.

I got two of my phone repair here, iPhone x and iPhone 8 plus. My screen look perfect and I have no issue.

They have the best tech in the area. I brought in two galaxy s8 for repair both was not turning on. They quickly diagnosed the issue and give me the fair estimated price on both.

I am very disappointed in this place and wish I never went there. I took my sons brand new iPhone for a new screen and that was the end of the phone. The 2 techs there claimed something was very serious internally and needed to be replaced, each time I went to pick it up it had one issue right at pick up and ended up leaving it for further repairs. I was very clear to them that the must have changed some parts of the phone cuz the phone was brand new no issues, it even worked perfectly with a cracked screen. I ended up paying almost $500 in phone repairs only to turn around taking the phone home the same day it shut off and would not even go back on. When I took the phone back the next day I was told no work on the phone is guaranteed. I was like REALLY? You just did repairs of about $500 and you cant guarantee your work, that’s insane. Well I left it as that, cheated, robbed, and with a non working phone. I was angry to be honest. All said and done I ended up buying my son another phone and the other one was garbage. I would never recommend anyone to this place and I never been back since then.

I think I ended up talking to 2 employees there and the owner. My son had extensive water damage to his iphone 8 plus. I thought it was hopeless. I dropped the phone off right as they were closing and asked them to call me. They called to give me an update and what work they thought the phone would end. It did need a lot of help, but these guys can bring a water damaged phone back yall! They stand by the work they do and they are just good hearted kind guys. While I hope I dont have to go back, Im glad to know there is a trust worthy business that actually has a customers best interest in their heart. These guys are great!

I like to share my experience with Katy cell phone repair. I repaired my iPhone x front glass at very affordable price not to mention theyre extremely fast. This is the only place I will take my phone from now on.

After briefly visiting with Ali he quickly diagnosed the problem with the power button on my Galaxy note 2. Fortunately he had the parts available to fix the problematic button and had it back in working order within a couple of hours. He exhibited professionalism and quickly resolved the issue at a very reasonable price. I would without hesitation recommend him and have already done so to several of my friends. Dont waste your time and money going to other repair shops in town go see Ali and get it done right the first time.

I came to this store few weeks ago and they repaired my iphone 7plus screen for 50$ and this time when i came to fix my wife iphone 7plus screen they said it will cost you 70$. I argued with them and showed them the last time bill. Be careful this store rips you off, find a different store if you can. They don’t give value to customers and treats you like they are your boss. They needs to understand that customers pay their rent, their employees pay. They need to be professional. Even the manager was so rude.

The employees at this place is not very professional and the girl working at the front counter there that works in copy center is rude. She needs to learn how to talk to customers coming in for paying service. She was talking bad about customers to another customer in Spanish right in front of them. They do a decent job on phone repair but they also want to switch up the price they gave you over the phone once you get there. Not planning on going back there for phone repair due to employees not knowing how to talk to people. If you are paying for a service they should at least know how to provide excellent customer service as well if they want people to continue coming back.

Jun-2014I went in to get my iPhone 5 battery replaced, and I was thoroughly impressed! Ali and his father run a fantastic business. Aside from cell phone repair, they do passport photos, have keys made, cell phone accessories, mail packages, licensed notary, etc...Anyway, this was the first time I had ever been in their shop and they treated my girlfriend and me like we had known them for 15 years! Very welcoming and friendly family-owned business. Ali was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within 2 hours of me walking in the shop, very reasonable priced for the repair too. They absolutely have a repeat customer with me!

I had a broken screen on my Galaxy S5 (both the top screen and the LCD). These guys had both in Stock and were able to replace it the same day. It only took about an hour and they were priced very reasonably compared to others in the area. They also offered to put on a protective screen for a discounted price, but unfortunately were out of stock on that day. Not a problem though because I came back two days later, they had received some. Not only did they put on the protective screen but they honored the discounted price from days before, no arguing or anything. I couldnt be happier with their service.
