I received an promotional email about phone deals and went in on a Sunday to check it out. I had the privilege of receiving service from Jeanette Eaden. She was very professional and personable and explained the promotion to me and I decided to sign up. Took a bit to get things set up due to old provider issues. I’ve been happy with my internet and service received and looking forward to cell service at a great savings. Just can’t say enough about Jeanette though. Great service and definitely insured my continued patronage.

This store is the best location in Houston, Service is quite fast here. If u are a walk in don’t forget to sign in at the front desk, and then wait (10-15) mins for them to call your name. Depends on day, wait is quite longer at peak times, but they do a pretty good job.

Super Rude employee s they charged my card for item purchased. Transaction went through deducted from my bank account. Then employee stated do I have another credit card? Because item did not go through. I checked my bank account and it was already charged and deducted. Then employee tells me to call my bank Wells Fargo. After speaking to my bank reassuring them item was charged and deducted they still would not give me what I purchased. Zero customer service at this store super rude employee s.

The cable guy that came To install did a great job doing the lines and made sure i was set ! The internet how ever lags some times and i paid for a 1tg … that’s a lot and fast speed down fall is. Some of the channels they CLAIM you have you don’t … they need to fix that

I called and I spent 20 minutes trying to speak with a representative. I tried calling the local store bet it reroutes back to 800 number. I tried for 45 mins and finally got to an option to speak with a representative, but they were busy and would call back between 16 and 20 mins! What the heck!Covid hit and Im working from home. I need my internet working. It went down while I was leading a team meeting. Thanks Comcast!

Went in a week ago to resign up for service. The guy who was working that day was very friendly towards me who I thought was going to be my agent. not like this black girl who was getting me set up and was rude. Not only did she misspell my name on the bill but she didn’t care at all. Her customer service skills are horrible.

I was sent to this Corporate store to exchange my device due to them not having the phone in stock. The manager Mike clearly didnt know how to do the exchange and told me I had to call Assurant to update my IMEI on my Xfinity account. Long to short I called Assurant and was informed that Xfinity has to update my IMEI and they dont have access to customers account. Mike then tells me I have to call customer service and he the Manager could not help me at the Corporate store. Xfinity definitely needs to reevaluate Management at this location so they are able actually assist customers versus referring them to customer service for something they are able to do. Just sad when Management is not knowledgeable of their own processes.

They take hours to do simple tasks. Many people should wait while employees chat and laugh with each other. The front desk lady is rude and doesnt give clear answers to your questions. She has attitude toward customer. If a person is not good at answering simple questions, she doesnt need to work in front desk. Comcast needs to train the right employees for this location specially front desk position.

Got internet set up today. First time.at a Comcast store in Houston. I was greeted promptly, and waited less than 10 minutes for assistance. They have seating, most are low sitting. However they also offer pub like chairs, which are taller. I wasnt excited because either option doesnt work for me. To my surprise the pub chairs were extremely comfortable! This was good, as my short wait was very nice. Service.was quick. I was out the door within 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, Im giving them 4 stars I stead of 5, because I dont lime being called Sweetie, especially by someone young enough to be my child! I feel good customer service training would instruct employees on the appropriate way to greet customers. For example: Mr. Ms, Sir, Maam, etc. Outside of this, everything was great, and Im half way through the self-installation...😊

Worst service ever. I have been in that office three times for the same issue. They have not solve it yet. Their answer: you have to contact them by phone. Why do they have an office if they do not do anythere there?? The staff is incompetent and not helpful. Why do they have people in customer service who cannot provide customer service? Do not get a contract with them, when you contract finishes, they will charge you for months after and make sure you get a receipt when you return the equipment. They will charge you for that even if you already returned it in.

Steer Clear of Comcast!!Total nightmare from the beginning. Ordered XFINITY on 12/13 with installation time of 8:00-10:00 am on Saturday 12/19 CSR (Kenny) did not request porting the phone number then although he said he would. I changed my schedule to be home in the morning for the installation but when I checked the porting request on Tuesday 12/15 it still had not been done. The CSR I spoke with put in the request and it was approved but they changed my appointment to 2:00-4:00 pm so I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the technician. He was a new contractor with zero experience and had to keep calling someone for help. Another contractor came to bury the line today (Monday 12/21) and now no service. They will not come until tomorrow so I have to miss work to accommodate them.

Not happy, since we have started paying for our service. Our billing is so messed up and no one you can talk to to explain the situation. Last month billing $149. This month billing $175. And nothing has changed or i didnt add another TV. Truly need a human to speak with that understands what has taken place. We need the supervisor who knows the situation about the grandfatherfree cable and then now we have to pay for our own but we had free cable up until May fifteenth why are we getting charged for the Met bill

Unfortunately, there is no way to suspend your account. My mother is currently staying elsewhere, so I first tried to suspend the account online.It wouldnt let me do it there, so I called.Went through the phone tree and was never able to talk to someone. So, for the past three months a bill has been growing for a service that is not being used. My 82 year old moms credit is not in danger, so there you go.If you can find a different ISP, go with them.

When you go to an Xfinity store to speak with them about your Buisness account there eyes usually glaze over and you might think you were speaking alien language. They will tell you that you need to call Comcast Business. You cant go in and switch out hardware. I paid my bill with reluctance at the pay machine it still uses a phone number I changed on my account to look me up. What is wrong?? No wonder my internet is hacked!

Came in and asked for a specific model iPhone watch. Waited 20 minutes, store associate was nice enough but said he doesnt think they have any in stock. He then went to the person who I told what I wanted and set me up in line to wait for final word on if they had the product in stock. She told him offhandedly, no they do not. Why did she make me wait in line for something she knew they did not have when I specified my sole reason for being there?
