Top-notch service every time I visit this location, and today was no exception. I almost had a mini-meltdown from the heat indoors + mask, and the gentlemen helping me smartly suggested we chat outside in the cooler fresh air. Brilliant.The associates here are always knowledgeable and friendly—something I can’t say with complete confidence about the other locations. Kudos to the leadership and management and for choosing the best! The Memorial store is my preferred location in all of Houston, thanks!

The customer service is excellent at this store. They have become MY VERIZON store of choice. I drove over 20 miles in Houston traffic to this store because they had the phone my wife wanted. wasnt happy about the drive, but I will tell you, it was well worth it. Great bunch of guys here!!!! Thanks for the help!!!

I was having a huge issue with the transfer of my old phone to my new phone. I booked an appointment and was assisted by Mathew at this location. He went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong and assist me with the transfer of data. He could not have been anymore pleasant and patient with me . It was one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in sometime with any company . I reccomend this location for its customer service and the amount of time spent helping me out with my phone! Thank you Mathew great job!!!

Smaller store but well presented. Only been once but the service was excellent. Employees were incredibly friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Would definitely recommend for product issues

Would give fewer stars if it was an option. Stellar customer service happens only when you fit a certain criteria. Any issues outside of that and its almost non-existent. Ive been trying to get a phone upgrade for over 2 weeks which should be a fairly seamless operation. Somehow the ball keeps getting dropped.

Someone went into this store and purchased an IPAD and Airpods under my account, on Nov 30th. I dont even live in Houston, come on Verizon check your sales associates. It was an inside job !!!!

I am new (5 mos as of Dec 18) to Verizon and am pleased with the cell service. However, when I switched from AT&T I wanted a moderately priced phone (until I was comfortable with Verizon and was simply tired of paying for overpriced phones) and was sold an Asus ZenFone V for $300. I dont believe Ive ever wasted $300 so badly. What a hunk of junk that phone was. If Verizon was smart theyd look long and hard about pawning those paper-weights on unsuspecting customers.Theoretically we (customers) rely on the salespeople to do the research on products that we dont have the time to do. Well, I gave this store its chance, and they failed miserably.If I trust a company (in this case a specific store), Ill be a long-time loyal customer, but if they fail me as this store did, I wont purchase another thing from them, and if asked, Ill be sure to mention such to friends & family.Advice to future purchasers, beware if you want to rely on the expertise at this store.--------In response to owners responseThank you for your response. But perhaps I should have been more clear.I am pleased with my Verizon cell phone service at the price I am paying for it.However, this cell service I could have bought at any Verizon retail outlet, or a Best Buy, other, etc.; it was not a unique aspect of your retail outlet.As for your store in particular.Everyone has been very nice each time Ive walked in there, but then again, when someone wants to sell me something, my experience that being treated nicely happens quite often, so again, nothing unique.With your store in particular I am disappointed that you sold me the piece of junk Asus phone.Now to be fair, I dont know if you had to push these because big brother said so, if you were simply unaware of how bad these phones are, or you were aware of the lack of quality and still pushed them, etc. Ill never know.This is where my initial comment about at the end of the day customers rely on the expertise of the local retail establishment. For me personally its a simple yes or no equation. If its a yes and proven i can rely on the retail store Ill be a long term customer, if no, then I wont spend another dime.So while I have no idea why I was sold that horrible phone, it really doesnt matter, its not my responsibility at the end of the day, in the long run, its the sellers (at a restaurant, a cell phone store, whatever) choice.Given that you likely rely quite a bit on your local market, Im going to assume you understand this trust. Either way, capitalism, the market, will eventually sort that out in time. Always has, always will.End of the day for me.Im pleased with Verizon cell service but I could have bought the same product in Houston, Texas or Boise, Idaho; for me theres no uniqueness to where I spent that money.The uniqueness with your store was with the phone I needed when changing over to Verizon, and while its just one experience, it was not good; I completely wasted a good amount of money, something Im not overly fond of. And will take this into account with potential future purchases, when discussing with friends and neighbors in this neighborhood, etc. Hopefully you understand.I hope this clarifies things a bit and helps provide you with one input with managing your business going forward.
