Cellular Sales is the absolute BEST place to purchase Verizon products. My sales agent, Tess Anifowoshe, was fantastic! He had my new phone activated and all my data transferred in less than 10 minutes. Very professional, courteous and expedient. Superb customer service! Way better than the corporate Verizon stores.

I went into the store to look at a new phone and ended up being quickly led into the sales process. Apparently this is an authorized retailer instead of a verizon corporate store and while the sales person was nice and helpful the process was full of hidden fees and lies.I was charged $120 in fees plus $75 in taxes on those fees [$80 of the fees were apparently reduced but added right back in for the free phone case and screen protector that I had explicitly said I did not want to purchase] and I was enrolled in a mandatory device protection plan without my permission and when I tried to have it removed I was told it wasnt possible except by verizon support. I had thought the amount being charged was the device activation fee and the taxes on the phone but when I saw the itemized bill that was not the case and those other fees were also charged directly to my verizon account.I called verizon to cancel the protection plan which they confirmed was not actually mandatory at all. I was also informed that I had been charged two verizon $35 activation fees due to some technical issues during the setup. Verizon support was thankfully able to remove one of the fees but I had never been notified that it had happened or was even a possibility during the setup process at the store.Overall the experience left a very bad taste in the mouth and Ill definitely drive further next time to go to an actual Verizon store and save myself $200.

I like to take this opportunity to say HUMAIR is one of the best Verizon Wireless salesperson I’ve ever encountered! She was very kind and sweet and help me get the phone of my dreams the IPhone 12 Pro Max!!! I bought it on a Tuesday night and the customer service she gave me made my decision clear to acquire the IPhone 12 Pro Max answering every one of my questions and going ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I was satisfied with the product! Being a first ever Verizon Wireless customer I have to say I was treated very well by this young lady. The next day she assisted me in setting up my phone even more and showing me how to navigate and taking the time to actually having me learn it well. She even returned my phone call to continue to assist me on the IPhone 12 a few days after. It’s very hard to find true and caring help and she provided that with me 100 percent. Came in oct. promised two gift cards for porting over. The rep said we didn’t have to do anything for them. Called no gift cards where sent out. Checked with the store no gift cards where ever done. Had to call Verizon directly and still not a promise of me getting me. Was looking forward for them since we are struggling because of Covid. Not a good experience. If I do get them we have to wait TWO-THREE more billing cycles which will be 6 months since I originally got the phones and 3 months after I should had received them. Extremely poor customer service would not recommend this location.

This place will charge you extra 40 Dollars to open the service. So called Service fee. The Verizon on San Felipe has no this charge!And service is so reckless and unprofessional!after you joined, you will find they give you a broken phone, and mess up your bills for months. all these we have to fix by yourself, they wont see you after you joined the service.And This is just an authorized place, you can just go to the Verizon on san Felipe for much more professional service and NO extra ridicules 40 DALLARS to open an account!!!
