I was very happy with the friendly staff here! Good selection and products.

This is where I always go to get my new hair. I always find something nice however I do feel that some of their prices are steep for some of the hair I saw and the way that it is stacked up in the back shelves on the shelves that can use some serious dusting. Overall its nice there.

It was okay maybe Ill tell her I have my way for not even a weekend is looking ready and I know how to take care of a wig and then when I asked the lady soon as you get in the store do you need help Im like hated the wig and hair speak to me first and the next day I do discount the ladies I wanted say bleep bleep bleep.. and Im a lawyer customer. Im being pretty good at a place that fries and my business is my business customer service at that you know it might not be a major what they give you but it does all the account and you know it if you know it just cussed out customer service at no we dont do so no I will not come back

I have visited this beauty supply place twice. And both times My experience was great, I was greeted with a smile and hello. The atmosphere of this establishment makes you feel at home. A welcoming feeling when you walk through the door. The ladies asked me if I needed anything help finding the items I had come to purchase, they were very helpful!

Am a regular that comes to this location. On this particular day Feb 2nd a Sunday it was pretty empty. They had a female security guard following me everywhere when I say everywhere I mean it if I walk down one aisle 15 seconds later she’s there. Even asked the cashier did they have a break in recently.Not going to pull the race card but it’s very annoying having someone follow you around the store. While I’m trying to look for a product for my hair out of 100 or so options. So I left and went down the street to the other beauty empire where they don’t have people Gquaking at you like your about to steal something. Made my purchases there in peace

This is another Beauty Supply in a black neighborhood that DOES NOT OFFER RESTROOM facilities to PAYING CUSTOMERS. I haven’t found one that has a restroom facility for customers. The guy on MLK told me to “Go to the clinic next door it’s very clean” I told him I’m not patronizing the clinic. Needless to say, I left ALL of the bundles (I was purchasing for my daughters and I) on the counter. Understand this, these people DO NOT GIVE BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY! They don’t have fundraisers for kids in the community heading to College or back to school drives. While we are paying their children College tuition while they are driving BMW AUDI AND MERCEDES!!!!!! THAT is the reason why they continue to build in OUR neighborhood. We have to STOP supporting these businesses who doesn’t care about us, ONLY our $$$$.

Warning: I a bought Wig at this beauty supply store and its advertised as the real human hair wigs but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I’ve bought many human and synthetic hair wigs from other places and know the difference. This wig looked and felt real when I bought it but of course the company must put something on the wig to make it stay that way. Took it home washed it as I do my other human wigs that I bought from other places and the wig is a mess. This wig was worse and it was extremely knotty and tangled up very badly. Another lady had the same experience. Wish I had known before I bought the wig. Nearly $150.00 dollars gone to waste and would have been more if I didn’t use the lil points they give you. I actually have synthetic wigs that hold off and look better then this wig they sold me.
