There was a large variety of wigs to choose from and they were pretty good quality for the price. The store attendant was very nice and helpful when I told her I was looking for my first wig and I ended up buying two very beautiful wigs. Ill definitely come back for more!

EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here I get EXCEPTIONAL service. I mean these girls and guy, go above and beyond to get you set. So much so that on a hot summer day the cashier gave my daughter a cold bottled water, such a kind gesture. This is the reason why I keep coming here.

My favorite beauty supply. You can set up an account not for credit but for discount on TOTAL purchase! Anybody i can refer i send. Unfortunately i cant recall her name but she is the Mamma Bear of the shop and if you need to know dont know or any questions she has it. Also prices are so remarkable my regular items can be sold out but you can have them pre-order to guarantee you have your needs. If not mistaken a order comes in atleast twice a week. Please correct me if im wrong but not! Lolz miss yall & glad the Covid has settled down. Please still wear mask as a consideration for them and customers cant afford another shut down my hair all over my head now abd need re-up on my lashes... Tge struggle has been REAL!

DAVIDA!DAVIDA!DAVIDA is awesome at cuting, shaping, and styling wigs! SHE IS THE BEST IN TOWN. I pray that God continues to bless her in every way through her talent. Visit her and I swear that you will NOT be disappointed. She has been styling my wigs for almost 2 yrs now, after I was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism /Graves Disease. She knows what kind of style you want before you say it 😄

I had an amazing experience today while at the Wig shop! I have been searching for a wig store compatible to back home (Florida) and I found one!!! They had a wonderful cosmotologist in the store assisting with trying on wigs. This by far has been my best experience purchasing a wig.

I went this afternoon, 2/11/15, and had the most helpful sales associate. Very clean, organized and a lot of fun stuff and beautiful wigs. Good prices too!Edit: I purchased a $130.00 wig and wore and washed correctly one time. Knowing the signs say NO RETURNS, I brought the wig to show them how horrible it was...a person looking wouldnt have a clue what it was. I even emailed the company. I was ABSOLUTELY AMAZED HOW WONDERFULLY THE STAFF AND MANAGER HELPED AND CORRECTED THE WHOLE SITUATION. I chose 3 beautiful wigs and lots of goodies! !I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO EVERYONE!

Love this place. I have a membership here. Sometimes the ladies that work here are extremely nice and helpful other day their attitudes are horrible. The man that work there which is probably the owner is always 100% nice and helpful.

I live in NW and after coming here once, I make special trips simply based off of their kindness and attentiveness. Extremely clean and well put together... Great prices too! First time going to buy a wig- the staff were super helpful and very nice. They brought us several different options to try on, and were more than willing to help out a first timer! Would recommend them to anyone.

I wish this place wasnt so far away. The pricing is the best in Houston, and the loyalty program with extra discounts makes the trip worth it. Wouldve given 5 stars but one employee has the WORST attitude. I always spend $80+ when I come not to mention my long drive she really sucks. If they get rid of her or tell her to get her attitude in check I would rate 10 stars if possible

I love that this place has a variety of natural hair products for POC. shelves werent overstocked making things easy to find. Also half the store was dedicated to wigs. Mostly synthetic. The human hair wigs looked okay. Would definitely have to work with them so they dont look wiggy.

Like others I was greeted upon entrance but other than that the wig specialist did not ask if I needed anything. I walked around the wig selection for about 15 minutes without any help or suggestions. It was a waste of. 30 minute drive and I will not be returning.
