Don’t recommend for people looking to buy clippers but the young lady was nice and helpful can’t say that for the older lady tho.

So yesterday I went into this store and two employees that were working told me if I buy the extensions if I didn’t like them after I used them or didn’t use them I could come back and exchange them! So it turns out they weren’t what I wanted so I went back today and tried to exchange them and the (owner) was very rude and disrespectful to me and told me she couldn’t do anything because once I opened the package that there was nothing she can do! Like how can you not accommodate to what your employees told me! Never shopping there again! And now I’m out a hundred dollars for hair extensions I can’t even use! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

This is the worst beauty supply I’ve ever visited in the cypress area. They sold me a hot comb that didn’t work so I returned it along with the receipt, I didn’t want money or anything just a store credit to buy other products. The lady gave me such a hard time. Then plugged up the iron and said it does work and sat it on top of my hand. I almost went to jail for beating her upside her head....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEEEEEE DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOUR AFRICAN AMERICAN!!! And yes it was witnesses in the store thank God!!

I used to shop here a lot years ago, but stopped because I moved. I went in today since they are one of the only beauty supply stores open til 7 on Sundays. I shopped for concealer right at the front, while the lady behind the register watched me. As I walked off to go get another item, she asked to hold the concealer at the front while I shopped.....so basically she thought I was going to steal some $4 concealer. She saw me with it, so if I came back to the front without it, she would have known I took it....I can understand holding jewelry from the case at the front, but $4 concealer?! I don’t need to steal. I left and did not spend my money there.

I think it is very rude to follow paying customers up and down every isle and constantly ask what they are doing. I work retail and understand the necessary steps to deal with possible theft but profiling a specific type of person (normally of color) every time they enter is just wrong. I have been coming here since I was a young girl and never experienced such profiling before. That definitely needs to change.

Stopped in to get some products for my scalp & was looking at ponytails when the lady came from the back, eating her lunch. She stops in front of me with food in her mouth & grabs the box I had in my hand & proceeds to tell me it’ll be at the counter. I tried telling her I hadn’t finished looking & she told me, still with food in her mouth, that it’ll be at the counter. I let go & said “Fine.” When my mother was finished looking, I told her that I wasn’t buying anything in here bc of what she did so she put her shampoo back. I was walking towards the door & the lady came & asked if I was ready. I let her know that she wouldn’t get my business & she could keep it since she acted as if I were going to steal it! $5.99... give me a break! I won’t go there again. If I can’t shop freely w/o being looked at as a possible thief than I won’t spend my money there. I found what I needed at Twins anyway. She needs to learn how to speak to people. Had she asked to put it at the front until I was ready, it wouldn’t been better received...

Ummm these people tried to play for my money!! They only gave me change for a $10 when I gave them a whole $20 and when I questioned the lady at the counter she sat there and argued with me and checked the cameras and everything. Turns out I WAS RIGHT she was trying to scam me outta my money!!! Do not go to them unless you have exact change or something because they will try to steal your money.

Love the ladies here.. We as a SOCIETY need to be conscience of other cultures. I was followed as well but they were more than happy to work out deals with me 😁 Thank you for the great deals ladies 💖💖💖💖💖 Any business wants your money of course. We will NEVER return to this store. If I could I would rate negative stars. The employees of this establishment were rude and racist when I was here with my two daughters and a friend. Just for context I am white, my daughters are Hispanic and our friend is African American. My friend and daughters went in before me because I was in a phone call outside. When I came in the lady in the front was following them around and then questioned them about the items they had picked out. She made them give her the items to hold at the front. Then she questioned me about my daughters really being mine and not in a nice way. More in a tone like she couldnt believe two beautiful brown skinned girls could be mine. It was SUPER unfriendly and I felt like a criminal even after we paid for our items. Its hard to explain in writing just how blatantly rude she was to all of us. I dont know how they are still in business.

They hardly take credit cards they definitely dont take American Express and you have to spend $5 or more for a debit purchase.

This place is trash the workers are racist they are overpriced for the items they do have and they lack inventory. Being natural and new to the area I am looking for a beauty supply store this will not be it. I will not return

Good customer service. Large variety. At times I have run into the fact that they are still displaying products that they no longer carry, but they are usually apologetic and appreciative that I brought it to their attention.

Good wigs! The lady is nice and gentle with helping out with trying on wigs.

I enjoy coming to this store even though I stay on the other side of town now. They always have a variety of what Im looking for and someone is always checking up on me but not to much to where it is annoying in case I need anything.

The sales lady in the wig dept.gave me excellent service she even talk to me about the last wig in the store with a discount

Ive been to this establishment a few times over the past few years. Some of the staff is friendly and some are not.Recently, when I went to this Beauty Supply, I noticed that they raised their minimum for Debit/Credit card purchases to $10. That is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all cost.

Pretty decent selection of lace fronts, but overall dont except them cheap. Almost everything is overpriced, its just the convience of getting what you want now versus waiting for it to be shipped.

It was great, the clerk was very helpful in finding the right products. We were visit from California and went there twice.

Big store, good service. Although beware they double charge sometimes if you use a credit card. My bank refunded me so it wasnt a big deal.

The worst customer service ever. The employe charged my credit card twice for the merchandise. After charging me the employee kept the merchandise behind the counter and refused to give it to me. I was forced to contact my credit card company to confirm the charge. Once the charge was confirmed she still refuse to give he what I paid for. It was not until I told her that I was going to call the sheriff that she gave me my merchandise. I am disappointed with their customer service, honor, values and common courtesy. It appeared as if the store clerk wanted to steal my credit card number and personal information. I will never return to the store and I will tell as many people as I can what happened at the store store today.

I wouldnt recommend anyone ever purchasing anything from this particular beauty supply store. They sold me a defective product and are not willing to take responsibility for the product. I understand the no refund policy but that only applies to products that are not defective upon leaving the store. Then, after trying to return the product the police was called on me. Even the police found the store to be erroneous, they advised me to file a small claims case.

I would give zero stars if I could. This store cheats you out of what you pay for. I bought several packs of Kanubia Bulk Snap Spring Curl 24 and I could not believe what I saw when I opened it. It was evident that the owner of the shop took her or his time to TAKE OUT half of each bundle inside the pack! You could even see where it was taped to make it look new again! The worst part is, I was still charged full price for it! I am EXTREMELY disappointed in their business practices and I will NOT be shopping there again! Take this as a cautionary tale! Go here at your own risk!

There are lots of good products to buy,I actually got what I wanted.

A floor attendant followed my sister and I around as if to make sure we werent stealing merchandise. I use to enjoy coming here because of the variety in selection and the contemporary Christian music playing, but their prejudices are very evident.

I slipped and fell in the store, because there was only a rug outside and nothing inside the doorway for traction due to the tile floor entrance.
