The Asian man in his late 30 - early 40 is very rude. I came in looking forward to buy a HD closure. But I didnt know what texture I wanted because I was thinking of buying new bundle I asked him to bring out all four textures and he caught an attitude.I will not be Patronizing this beauty supply anymore.

They have just about everything. I would give a 5 star except not 💯% professional. Workers eat while talking to you and at checking counter. Low quantity for cosmetologist to buy in bulk and no costmetologists discounts rarely other discounts or sales offered. Lee has always been very helpful and friendly. Always new workers.

One of my favorite supply stores. I wish it were a little bigger...the aisles can get pretty cramped to walk through but thats the same of any supply store. They always have what Im looking for and their music isnt blasting out of control like its a club.

First time visiting this store. I am originally from California. To compare stores....TWINS has a much better selection for a better price. I plan to revisit this store again on my next trip to Houston.

I just left I was literally outside and tried to come and exchange the lady says because of covid you can’t exchange hair are you kidding clothing stores are taking stuff back this is the silliest stuff I have ever heard no wonder it was empty in there because they lack pleasing customers

Very expensive items!!! They have a NO refund policy nor do they give a discount for students with an active student permit for cosmetology. Do not recommend if you are looking to put together class kits for barber school nor cosmetology school.

Went here to get my little sister a closure and had an horrible experience. We got the closure and took it to the beautician and she informed us this closure was terrible quality. It was sticking up and wouldnt lay down at all. We tried to go exchange the closure with no avail. These people did everything and made every excuse of why they wouldnt exchange this closure. Horrible experience and very low quality closures and they will not exchange or return it so I would never do business here again.

Its a small beauty store with a big kick!!! Dont be decieved. They sell all popular hair products your looking for. Curly kids, mane choice, cantu etc. The wigs wrap around the store and have you stepping out like a movie star. The employees here are helpful too. Homegirl working the day I went picked out my whole look, and I looved it!!!

They are very rude! definetly the older man, the owner at antione location. Its bad enough feeding into these types of businesses. These people making so much money off us who care nothing about our kind of people. Theyre all about the money, they can care less about the customer. I drove far to come here after seeing their ig. Service was so bad. This is the FIRST review I ever took the time to write. The one on 529 has higher prices. So dont fall for that either. Found a better beauty supply with all the same supplies, cheaper, much better service, and closer so theres no need to ever visit here again but just couldnt give twin beauty supply the credit they dont deserve. Its so overrated!

They are too expensive! They are up to date with their products, but I dont like the fact that you cant get your money back if there is something u need to return etc.
