I went there and no one waited on me after 5 minutes I left. What Im not going to do is make you take my hard earned money. Because there is so many other establishments who would be more than happy to.

Im always buying hair there. These are some of my hair that I bought from them. Prices are reasonable and you can find something whether its a sew-in or a wig. I think I am on a first name basis with the workers there. I would go back again in a few weeks

Horrible customer service! Return to this store to purchase a second pair of house shoes. A woman asked me what I needed and proceeded to ‘help me’. She was loud and unprofessional in her conduct, but I was more concerned about her literally being right on top of me with her mask below her nose. We are in a pandemic. 2500 people DIED yesterday! When I stepped back from her and asked her was she okay, in that manner was more that if a ‘street dude’ on a corner, she asked ‘What chu mean?’ I explained that her mask was down which was of concern, given that she is towering over me and near yelling. She became defensive and just started going on and on in a ‘thuggish’ manner. The person at the register chimed in with the same infantile behavior.When I called back to ask for the manager or owners name I was told she was the manger. When I asked for owners name they refused to say. When I asked specifically for the name of their name they refused and carried on in a childish manner.Obviously this business has ZERO customer service standards. I do appreciate that given that they service a predominantly black neighborhood, they do employ black people. However the caliber of individuals is questionable at best, and substandard at the least.

Its posted that they close at 9. They close at 8. And are exceptionally rude when they tell you as much. I kept passing by that store and really had wanted to go in to see it and my initial side of it was that it was absolutely huge inside but I was quickly deterred by the super rude attendants behind the register.

Had exactly what I was looking for (Freetress Water Wave Hair) and such a big supply at that! Clean, not to crowded, helpful staff.

Usually they have a great selection but today I didnt find any hair I liked. Still shop there but yall slacking

Went to get a human hair wig in a pinch... I was told I would get a discount of 20% because I got the one on the Mannequin head the last one. Continued my shopping paid went home checked my receipt I did not get my discount I went back and they claimed they didn’t say that and the girl was new who said 20% off. The new girl was very helpful only reason why I’m giving them 1 star. Really upset that they ripped me off....

Ask for Destiny, shes great. The selection of units could definitely be improved, they dont keep up with the newest items available. When they first opened they had a loyalty card program that only lasted for a month which is quite disappointing.

Had the pleasure of being assisted at this place of business this afternoon but once my stylist saw my choice of product she suggested that we EXCHANGE it not REFUND it. Get to the store with receipt and product and was told because it is a drawstring ponytial where the seal is broken they dont except back or refund it is state law. I am wondering where I can go and find out the truth to this policy. Also it the owners who were there and suggested this. The employee who helped me earlier in the day was not present. In the meantime I do not plan on giving them anymore of my $.

Do not shop at any of these stores. Just had a terrible experience. They do not respect their consumers who, by the way, keep them in business. Please spend your dollars elsewhere. Certain people who DO NOT live in your community and will NOT approve of you living in theirs are making a lot of money off of your hard earned dollars. Please find a business who supports and respects you as intelligent individuals. Long story made short: A purchase at the Fondren location was made, not even two minutes later, I wanted to get my money back from the purchase. They did not do it. I will NEVER spend another penny at this business!RESPECT the community!!!

MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!! ON TWO SEPERATE OCCASIONS THEY MISMARKED PRICES ON THEIR INVENTORY. I GOT TO THE REGISTER AND ITEM WAS $3.50 MORE THAN WHAT IT WAS MARKED. THEY WILL NOT, I REPEAT WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK! Oh wow, where to start! This was one of the worst experiences Ive had anywhere in a long time. And being a black woman that says alot!! This place has some of the rudest, nastiest black females that Ive had the misfortune to come in contact with.Needless to say I will never set foot in that den of evil let alone spend my money there. Its ten minutes till closing and she shut down the register while another one turned out the lights. Theyre not costing me a thing, there are too many beauty supply stores that will gladly take my money and be nice about it, they are costing the owners of Beauty Sensation money and a lot of it!!!

This beauty supply has the worst customer service ever the manager there is very rude and talk to people in a rude manner she needs to be re-train on customer service. She talk to people like trash and she doesn’t even own the establishment if you ever try to ask for the owner of the business she won’t give you the number because she doesn’t want you tell them the truth she said herself she’s had the police called on her multiple times yes she still works there and that is a sad case I will never be giving this my business any of more of my money ever. And Everyones that I know will never go to this establishment to do any type of business. I would advise you if you’re reading is never to go there . Worst experience of my life.

My favorite beauty supply store in Houston. They always have good deals on hair.

When are we going to learn to stop patronizing businesses in our community that does not respect us? This beauty supply may be well stocked but it is not worth me giving them my money. The women in this building are so disrespectful. I have walked in on two occasions only to hear them cursing at one another!!!! It was so degrading I had to leave. Willing to give them another try I revisited this establishment two weeks later only to walk in on the same thing! Its very sad to see women with no self respect. This is a reflection on the owner as well, especially since she was unwilling to come to the phone when a customer calls. If we all would just drive down the street to the next beauty supply they would be out of business sooner than later.
