I love this location personally because its clean, someone is always there to help, their registry and curbside is fast, and most importantly their customer service is very friendly. I come here often though I live closer to others. Thank you for your service!
There’s this lady that works here, she’s so loud and rude to her customers. Took my children to get their passport photos and she said that they don’t take photos on children 2 and under and to go somewhere else..

So...Walgreens hours are listed from 6am to 12 md today, however, when I arrived today at 6:50 am, the store lights were one and the gate behind the doors was only half way elevated. I checked the hours on the door again to confirm that they were open today and they were SUPPOSED to be. I then called and a male who I presume was the manager answered the phone. I told him I was in front of the store and yet they look as if they are closed. He says, yes, we are waiting on the cashier.If you are the manager, why cant YOU play cashier until your cashier arrives???? Its almost an hour that you are supposed to be open---and you KNOW I am outside of the door. I hung up and left. This is lazy and unacceptable. I will not shop at this location again
The staff always helps you until you are satisfied. They are so knowledgeable and very pleasant makes me have more trust in my Walgreen...
My review is specifically about the passport photos. Worst passport photos I have ever had. How can they use such an obsolete camera. You can see how unclear the pixels are and charging $16 for 2 passport photos which are of such bad quality. Never again.
There are occasional issues, but some of the bad reviews make me laugh. Ive been to the pharmacy when quiet and had excellent service. Its normal for them to ask if Ive had the flu vaccine or shingles, and they are quick to serve. When busy, its a madhouse, and Ive seen them try to work through issues with insurance, prescriptions sent to the wrong pharmacy, and more, all calmly and patiently with cars lined up in the drive through and customers waiting inside. My only gripe is that they cant figure out how to fulfill my 90 day prescriptions, and dont seem able to always get approval for my approved prescriptions. They dont work well with Aetna apparently.
I was here for flu shot. All pharmcists are super kind and they smile all the time helping me. Especially Jamie was so kind and she got me a coupon for the discount. I really like the service. Good job Walgreens!
I tried to call the pharmacy to tell them to fill a prescription even though my insurance does not cover it. I waited on hold for 15 minutes and at 1:30 they answered my call and said we will re open at 2 pm and hung up on me. I understand you close for lunch, but I called 15 minutes ago and sat on hold How about you take my number and call me at 2 when you reopen?

Horrible, I went to print out pictures and they came out looking super ugly. They really gave me messed up pictures, and the lady was so rude.
I came here to get a TDap booster which should have been covered under insurance. The pharmacist claimed it wasnt and I had to pay $77 out of pocket since I didnt have time to go somewhere else. My insurance company confirmed that it should have been covered and as I was submitting the claim I noticed the pharmacist had just filled in random information under my name, such as the wrong birth date and a penicillin allergy which I do not have (he did not ask any information from me). I will not be returning here for any reason, instead I will be going to CVS or H-E-B pharmacy. Walgreens is unprofessional and dangerous, and this particular pharmacy looked dingy and unclean, and the room where I got my injection looked like it was being used for storage.
Stereotype pharmacist! She removed my prescription without asking me because insurance company would not pay for it and also because of my name and kept me waiting for more than necessary! I know this because a white lady had a similar issue but she was attended to promptly. When I voiced this to the black lady with nose rings instead of apologising she decided to exonerate her self...I didnt do that she said. Seriously Walgreens? You cant train your staff to accept responsibility and make things right?
I understand that the pharmacy department have to take a lunch but all at one time. Ive been in pharmacy departments and its only to people and they do a wonderful job. The person I spoke with was the manager I do the all go to lunch at the same time. Yes because we need them at the same time. That was a rude way of saying it. Ive been in retail for 27 years never have I talked to customer that way.
Wow. Looking at the ratings, totally understandable! Pharmacy going to close I. 10 minutes so unable to process a simple script for someone from out of town. Why even post hours if theyre invalid? Walgreens lost my business.
This store used to really suck, but it is finally getting better, now, finally... Just barely already most recently though.
Went for a bottle of Mucinex and noticed it was way more than I normally pay. Went down one light to Kroger and got it for almost $3.5 cheaper. Everything is overpriced especially health and beauty. The only thing cheap is Walgreens brand and that’s not what people want.

This is a review on the PHARMACY: Long waiting periods just to pick up and the staff hardly acknowledge you. One girl there seemed bothered because I asked a few questions regarding my prescription. If anything goes wrong with insurance or contacting the doctor, they wont help you, youll just have to figure it out yourself. I understand its busy but it doesnt take much to be polite and try to give good customer service.
Ive frequented this location for several years. Both the pharmacy and front cashiers have been kind and helpful. Ive watched patrons speak with the pharmacy workers so badly only to still receive the help they needed. No one is perfect but this store is now and will continue to be my go-to location.
Since you have stopped putting your circular in the Sunday Paper, I no longerfeel the need to shop in your store. CVS still has their sales advertised andeven though its further for me to go there, at least I know what they havethat is on sale. Shame on you Walgreens, for being so cheep! You dont think about your customers do you?
I had an oral Typhoid vaccine sent here October 16 for a trip I had planned Dec 2nd. I went multiple times to check on the prescription and eveytime somebody told me they were going to order it since it wasnt something they had in stock. At least twice that was completely untrue, as the third time I asked for it to be ordered it seems it finally was. Unlucky for me the instructions state to finish the medicine a week prior to being in the location. It was an expensive medication and practically pointless now.

Aside from the fact that things are over priced like a gas station the cashier was rude! I dont know her name because her tag was flipped around. I was already having a really bad day I didnt deserve for her to just throw my items in my bag like i didnt matter and tear it on top of that. I wasnt rude i didnt even speak to her! She didnt say hi she didnt tell me my total she didnt speak at all but clearly shes not mute because she spoke into the intercom just fine. Thanks for making my day worse 😒
Picking up at drive thru, I dropped my debt card on the ground. I had given the guy my date of birth as I was getting out of the car and he asked for my address as Im trying pick up card off the parking lot and not bang my door. I said, Im getting my card and he responded, oh you cant give me your address because you are getting you debt card. Really I just told you my date of birth. People that work there are getting more and more ghetto., scary to walk in.

When it first opened, I bragged about this Walgreens. Its not very long ago, really. I havent come back because its not a 24 hour store.Yesterday, I had the worst experience. There was an electrical interruption in this area. I guess the cash registers at the usual line were down. They didnt bother to post a sign or announce it. I waited 10 minutes and no one said a word. Then I looked at photo department was open, I walked there.Then, it was cash only because their credit card machine was doen, too. I managed to find enough cash in my wallet to pay for my purchase. The worse part was not a single person in charge of situation like this.
The young woman who works the window here is and has been a huge detriment to this Walgreens. Worst customer service ever.Once I was lucky enough to deal directly with the pharmacist. That went smoothly as can be. I hope her dumb little butt gets canned over this.
Workes in the front are great the pharmacy on the other hand is incompetent, rude, and anything but consistent. Every time I wait either in the car, in store, or over the phone Im on hold for 30 minutes. The annoying thing is when I call because somehow theres always something wrong with my prescription Im place on hold with music and itll start ringing and when the person who answered before says hello I explain again Ive been waiting and they tell me the same thing we have a long like its okay you can wait I know work gets busy I get it if waitresses and worked in retail I KNOW what customer service is and this place doesnt have it in the pharmacy. They always look so upset

Drive thru pharmacy slow. Be very careful at this location. Always homeless men standing at the entrance hustling people for money. The same guy is usually there and is either drunk or on drugs. I only go here when I am with my husband. Inside the store is clean and has good sales.
We scheduled appointments online for biometric screening with the pharmacy. When we arrived, we were told the person who is qualified to do that wasnt scheduled to work that day and we should come back the next day. When we did come back it took two hours to get the two of us through because the pharmacist had to run the pharmacy, answer phones, AND deal with walk-in customers. He also wasnt familiar with the equipment and it took three or four tries to get everything working. I dont think this is a problem with the personnel, but the system.
Dropped off a prescription last night and was told the dosage was incorrect and they would need to call the doctor to confirm and give us a call. Well today I received a call around 3pm stating the medication was ready for pickup. I arrived at 8pm to pickup my sons medication and the lady in the drive-through almost skipped us on our turn to be served until we pressed the help button repeatedly and waved to let her know we were there before the car in the lane next to us. During the outrageous 10 minute wait to receive my credit card back after paying for the prescription, another pharmacist came to the window and asked how could he help us as if we hadnt just asked for medication and paid for it with the card we were still waiting for. Never will I come back here, CVS never makes these mistakes.

Theyre a pretty nice store but I wish that they carried more, lots of times Ive visited and they didnt have a common Walgreen product. Something simple like pampers. Their warehouse is small, and sometimes its very annoying that Ive made an inconvenient blank trip considering the bad traffic.
Pharmacy told me to return in 1hr 45 minutes. When I returned they told me they couldnt fill the prescription because the insurance wont pay. I told them the insurance was just verified at the doctors office and I still work for the employer so the problem is with their system.I had to call the insurance company, who called Walgreens to tel them to release the medicine.They still had me sitting there an extra 30 minutes to prepare the medicine. If it wasnt being prepared the first 1 hr 45 min, the courteous thing to do is alert the customers immediately of the issue.You never know if a really sick person is in the car.
They generally have what you need, but the lines can be long and slow, and there are constantly homeless people lounging or begging in the vicinity. Park in a way that you can easily get out if youre getting shot at, which could happen on this corner.
Here picking up my prescription for daughter. Young lady at drive thru window was very rude. Dropped prescription of at 5, was told to come back at 6, now 730 and instead of good customer service, the first thing out her mouth was, youre gonna have to wait 10 more minutes, as I give her an ugly look because of the rude nature in which she was responding to me, I informed her of the time frame I was given. Again same deal, followed by, is this what you want to do?? Plain rude!!! Theres no need for that. I will be calling cooperate because there was no need for that.
My doctor called in my medications after my last visit with him over a week ago and also called and talked tk the pharmacy manager multiple times to authorize an early refill as I travel often for work and I was leaving the following morning. They declined because she had to do her checks and balances and because she called the doctor back and didnt get an answer because kt was a Friday and the doctor was working remotely. So even with my doctors authority to fill early multiple times, theyve refused to fill for me and said I can pick up on the 9th. Now its turned to the 10th and now the 11th. I picked my last months scripts up on the 12th of November so even with their 2 day early policy, I should be able to pick up on the 10th... after I get my prescription today I will never return to this location. I advise you to consider going elsewhere.
Went to pick up a photo at 7.50 in the morning and the manager told me they opened at 9am. But clearly on their website it said 6am....if I didn’t have to go to work I would of went right back in and showed her! Oh and their pharmacy takes forever

Went to pick up a prescription with new insurance. Brought all policy info, but pharmacy technician told me my policy ended last month. I told her I had just confirmed a everything with the insurance company days before because I had a doctors appointment. She told me I would have to call the insurance company, so I did, and they told me that the technician typed the ID # in incorrectly. Mind you, I had to leave Walgreens for an appointment. So still no medicine and have to make an extra trip back to the pharmacy.
Pharmacy is horrible! Its the customer service that is nauseating. If the customer service was at least better than extremely rude, then people wouldnt mind the long wait as much. Unfortunately, this pharmacy has a VERY rude staff. Is this a reflection on the Pharmacist? Is that who does the hiring? Well, whomever it is, they must not care about people. Horrible industry to get into if you dont like working directly for lots of people. This pharmacy should be shut down!
Nice service but very getto. There is often homeless people outside the doors asking people for money. Parking lot is often dirty.
I come here very ofte and the cashier by the name *April, some muslim girl is very rude and has no customer service what so ever. Some times she will not even talk to you nor even look at you, she completely ignore the customers. With this kind of employees I strongly advise people not to come here youll walk out the door very disapointed.
My daughter who is uninsured went to pick up a very needed personal female prescription. The prescription was $220. Since my daughter was surprised and unable to afford the prescription, she told the pharmacy she couldnt pay for the prescription. All of sudden, this became an issue and everybody in hearing range became aware of my daughters condition and the fact she couldnt afford her prescription. My daughter requested to speak to a manager. The manager simply kept repeating Have a nice day. Shame, shame, shame on you and your Company. Remember...Good customer service gets told to a few people..Bad customer service gets told to EVERYONE

This is most likely to be the worst pharmacy in regards to service time i have evee been to. I have been going here for over two years due to the location convenience. I have been skipped in line multiple times through drive through and in store in which i have had to repeatedly inform the staff. They never have anything ready within the conveyed time needed. They dont tell you they are out of stock until after you wait an hour. They have given me kid medicine without kid syringes. They have forgotten to tell me that a kid medicine is not tasteful therefore forgetting to ask me if i wanted additional flavor. They always, i repeat always short staffed.One of the staffers skipped me in line in drive through. I haf been waiting 7 min...yes thats right 7 min for to even come to window after being called and when she did she helped people who just drove up. I flagged her down to tell her. After the pharmacist told her i was next she proceeded to help the other people anyways. Yep you read right. I was stunned. She said because their order was easy and ready. Im thinking wow.Now that being said i began going to the 24 hr walgreens off memorial a few streets west and let me tell you...this pharmacist is fabulous and on point. I asked him how does he keep up with the orders since its 24 hours and a high capacity store. Its usually just him and one other person. He says it gets it done asap as soon as it comes in. I told him about the wilcrest walgreens and how bad they are. He couldnt even say anything.So skip this pharmacy and call your meds in to the 24 hr walgreens. Its worth the extra 5 min drive. Eve cvs memorial target is faster.I will never return to this pharmacy they are that bad.

Lol, @Landon this is Houston, give me a break. Ive been going there for years and while they arent perfect, theyre good. They are located on Westheimer right by the beltway so expect to wait if you go after 5 on week days. Typically its not bad though. I can just say when I pull up I have my prescription in hand or my prescription is ready and they already have my information so when its my turn it doesnt take long. Most my experience its one or 2 cars that cause the back ups most the time and everyone else goes through like me. I dont think they deserve 5 stars but they definitely dont deserve the 2s below. Overall Id say real close to a 4 star.
1 star is to much for this location pharmacy always give you one of the medication and by time you get home you got your self suprize you have to go back and get the outher one i even call the store 15 mint to my arrival by time i got to stor phone was ringing but no body give rat a.. about it i know wallgreen dont give sh.. about this review but please help your self get your medication some other place
