Put the wrong glass in my elderly parents truck, refused to correct it without charging them again and refused to refund them for the wrong part. They are in a fixed income and can’t afford the added cost he now wants to fix it correctly. Aramco sends out “mobile guys”, which they now claim they don’t have, without the correct parts, and they do not verify the parts with the VIN or visually. The installer doesn’t care, he just puts in whatever he’s got on the truck. The installer had to know it wasn’t the right part because he had to leave off the electric controls for the missing slider window. As you can see below, there is an obvious difference in the window they installed and the proper window with the slider. Do not use these guys.

This is by far the most affordable vehicle window/ windshield repair and replacement in the Houston area. Ive had big trucks and vehicle windshields replaced with no quality issues.

Timely service and quality product. Also they let me stand and watch as they explained what they were doing and why when they replace my windshield. You cant even tell I ever had a broken windshield.

It has been many years since I had to replace my windshield so when I googled auto repair and replacement on Williamsville I was surprised to see the place. It is hard to see from the street, but when you see the Pick Your part sign turn into it and the place is straight ahead with the work bays on your right hand side. The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to give assistance. The owner was quick to come out and look at my windshield and quoted me a price. The wait was about 30 minutes and then it was done. I will continue to use Aramco for my auto glass needs and I will recommend them to everybody. I have been going to this place for years. My entire family goes here for all of our autoglass needs. The service is always good and the prices are the best in Houston.

We had a windshield crack that was spreading on our way home from Louisiana. We stopped here because their website and Google said they were open until 5:30. We arrived and 5:10 and the guy told us they were closed. We explained the situation and he told us that once a crack starts to spread the only option is to replace the windshield. That’s bogus. I have had a guy working under a tent at a gas station on Westheimer stop multiple cracks from continuing to spread after they started.

The place is pretty grungy looking and the sign outside is not very noticeable when trying to find it, but they are fast, efficient, and inexpensive. Drivers side window was busted out, and Safelite quoted me 345 bucks! Low price auto glass (aramco) charged me $110, and there is no glass left in my car or door panel. I have used them twice and will recommend to anyone.
