My drivers side window crashed into the door at one of the worst possible times as I had a child in the hospital downtown and couldnt be without a car. I called another company - no answer and no response to their online intake form. When I called USA Auto Glass the phone was immediately answered. I explained my problem and he came out to my home after work hours to make my car safe to drive. When I brought it to the shop the next day between visits, he had it fixed in just over an hour, while I waited in a clean waiting area. Excellent service and polite personnel.

A great place to go for car window replacement. They seemed to be a little overwhelmed with all the business they have. I mean, hey--thats what 4.8 out of five stars will getcha. Its in a location where you cant exactly step out and shop or do things while they do the work (unless you like browsing a junkyard next door!). But the price was reasonable and the work has held up well. Would take my car there again.

I came here because of the reviews. I met Milan at the front desk. I expected a hello I’ll be right with you but he turned out to be a nice guy. He states they use better glue and do an clean installation and that’s what separates them from the competition. Well visually my window looks good and there is little to no glue present. I will see how well it hold up and the warranty based on my review. I will write an updated review if there are any issues but for now I am pretty satisfied I guess not sure about the strip underneath the window on the dash though. I wish I knew if it looked like that prior to getting my window so I can request a favor to press it down during installation. However, I haven’t seen my 2006 window look new like this is quite a while since my little boy jumped on it and broke it.

He did not hesitate and waited patiently until we was able to obtain a police report (which took them 3hrs to get to us). He came to my home and repaired my window. First let me start by saying that I am so thankful that I found this place. The owner here was very professional and easy to work with! I loved my experience here I would highly recommend to all of my family and friends. The service was fast and every one was polite and helpful which made my experience a lot better. Milad was the service guy who worked on my windshield replacement. He was absolutely wonderful and did a great job with my windshield. I definitely will be back for future business with this company.

Took my 2006 Jeep Liberty for a front windshield. They had good price and open on Sunday. Replaced. It rained about 2 weeks later and noticed water seeping in. Took it to them, they inspected and said nothing was wrong. Another week or so passed and more rain seeped it. I recorded and took it back. Again, they inspected and did a bubble test and showed me no bubbles. Took it home as is thinking it was weather stripping. After several rains, decided to take it to another place and they removed it and put it back on. Quality of the original install was poor. I had it fixed and didnt get rain water again. These guys are cheap but not professional regarding warranty. This happened a few years ago and just now posting. My first post just to warn. If you come here, you have a 90% chance of good work. But that 10% for me caused me time, headaches, and money.
