It took me about a week to get the appointment, because they needed to order the part.The guys that came out to fix my patio door were courteous and professional, and their price was the best that I found in the area. Will definitely use them again.

I broke the glass top on our square cocktail table and looked on the web for companies that could replace the glass. I found 3 with very good reviews but Glass Doctor of Houston was the most responsive.Their phone is answered by a person and their digital footprint is excellent. I was able to send pics of the table and gave them the measurements. Of the 3 companies, they were happy to send out a tech to measure which Gabe me a greater peace of mind.Justin showed up in time and his communication was professional and timely.He took his measurements, snapped a picture if the table and took my deposit. He told me the glass would take about 10 days. When it was ready the company texted me and we agreed on a delivery time.The glass needed a beveled edge and it came in perfectly cut. I highly recommend Glass Doctor of Houston.

So I wasnt a huge fan of the website, but I called and got my answers. They were able to give me a rough estimate over the phone. The conversation wasnt pushyand he answered all my questions with obvious knowledge of the glass industry. I was glad I didnt have to explained much like to some trainee.I will be honest the price was a bit higher than I was expecting for some simple single pane glass. So I will be continuing to shop around. However if I was limited on time I trust this company could get the job done quickly and correctly. If you dont have the luxury of time this is a good choice.

Ive used Glass Doctor for several years for shower glass installation on my remodeling projects. Finally dawned on me that I could get them to come out and replace the auto windshield that had been cracked. They put up with my crazy schedule until I could finally keep the appointment. Crew (2) came in and protected the floor underneath my broken window on the 2nd floor. They installed a new bottom section window in less than 30 minutes. Now the window matches and is just like when it was new.

All around pretty bad experience with this company. They ordered the wrong glass and the techs who arrived to install it did not inspire much confidence they could actually perform the work correctly and professionally. Once they realized they had ordered the wrong glass, they tried to tell me the correct type of glass would take 8-10 weeks and asked if I would accept ending the contract for a full refund. I took their offer and have now found out the glass vendor does in fact have the glass in stock so what Glass Doctor told me was a lie to get out of the contract. Theyre probably fine for auto glass repair on an old beater or a cheap fix but nothing too complex or creative where craftsmanship matters.

David came by for a leaking window and then a few weeks later for a double pane glass replacement. Very professional but most importantly, highly knowledgeable. Appreciated his honesty that the leaking window he sealed up may not solve the problem completely, but we agreed to give it a shot and go from there. Fair price and timely service. Good to find a good and reliable glass company after some terrible experiences.

Glass doctor replaced all the balancers with my windows. The windows are 15 years old and they couldn’t even open anymore. Now they are all great and work just like new! I am very happy with the quality of work and materials. Highly recommended.

So... they promised 2 day turn around... was not done after 3. thats fine i guess but when I ordered they said theyre open 8-5. Now that my order is ready I try to go pick up my order and they say I can only pick up early morning because the guy isnt there during the day. Meanwhile they are very hard to get a hold of and am always sent to voicemail. Of course they offer to deliver but will charge me an arm-and-a-leg to do so. I would take my business literally anywhere else except they made me pay half up front... I still havent gotten my glass. not happy.Update: they offered to deliver for free to make up for bad service. That was nice except the delivery was 40 min late and they couldnt get in contact with the technician to let me know.Glass pain was slightly larger than ordered and didnt fit :( Technician said it wasnt their fault it didnt fit because they didnt do the measurement. I measured and showed him that the glass was not the size I ordered but he didnt seem to care. It wasnt worth arguing at that point. I will NEVER use this company again!

My husband and I donated commercial glass doors to our children’s preschool and hired Glass Doctor for the job. They were the best value by far. They came out and did the job in less than a day. However, removing the doors and installing new doors left an unfinished trim area, which looked bad, so we contacted John, the owner, and he immediately offered to make it right, even though this isn’t part of their typical job and was not included in our invoice. We paid for the doors before they corrected this, and at some places you worry about them following through especially after payment. But not John at Glass Doctor. They came out a few days later and left the job looking tremendous! They had cut out some trim to match the doors and the finished look was awesome and just what we had in mind. They are reliable, good, and cost effective. Highly recommend!

Glass doctor used to be my to go provider for all things related to glass. This time, they really let me down regarding the quality of work and timing of promised work finished.I was very disappointed how the installation was made to my front door and the quality of service received with delayed timing. It took more than 1 months of work and back and forth with them to get my front door glass repair.

I called on a Monday, scheduled a windshield replacement for that Wednesday, which ultimately got rescheduled to Thursday because there was a storm and I didnt have a covered area for them to work. Every step of the process was laid out for me, the quote I was given is what I was charged, the technician called when he was 15 mins away, showed up in the scheduled window, was extremely friendly, and finished within the hour. I have already recommended them to my dad who also needs a replacement! All in all it was a very pleasant experience!!

A double-pane window in the front had developed a leak and had become dark and cloudy to the point where it was difficult to see through. This company replaced the window and matched it perfectly to the adjoining window. Looks great now!

We had a great experience with Glass Doctor. They installed a custom glass pool fence at our new house. They were great communicators, explained the whole process, gave us a quote quickly, and scheduled and executed the fence in one day. It looks fantastic.

Spoke to them on the phone. Scheduled an appointment for three days from the date of my calling them. They called the day before to verify I would be there and they were confirming their arrival tomorrow. When tomorrow arrive they did not arrive and I did not receive a phone call from anyone and it has been more than a week now and I still have not received a phone call from anyone, nor do I intend to do. Unfortunately because of this long wait I still have a hole in my window.

I called to have someone come out. They said between 8-11. David calls my phone I called him back he sent me to voicemail 8 times. Then when he finally answers tell me I’m rude for him sending me to voicemail. Wow really. If you going to be late when your at work be more respectful to the resident your going to. Your job is to info the client you would be late not have an attitude when you talk to them. Most rude person ever.

Too many people for one job. First two to measure. Then two others show up to install; window measured by the first doesnt fit so new window breaks. New measurements taken. Yet another two people come out to install the replacement when that one is ready. It fits, but what a mess they leave, including broken glass strewn in our front bushes and next to the driveway.I know glass work is not easy, but this this format creates no ownership of the job and must drive a huge amount of overhead into the costs (then passed on to the customer).

Great work and very good finish work. They came back about a week after installing the doors with custom jam trim-out materials and made the final product look amazing! The trim out work was above and beyond really! This was for a childrens pre-school building.

Called three separate times throughout the day to schedule before finally getting Christy on the phone. Asked about pricing and availability to come by only to be met with attitude and hung up on?! Really, because I asked what their pricing was? Called back thinking it was an accident and the line was picked up and disconnected immediately. What a bunch of clowns. Guess they feel guilty about the $59.99 charge? Oh well, its because of them I discovered Juan with Need A Fix later on that day. Best $45 Ive ever spent and highly encourage you to as well if you need windshield repair.

This is the second time I have used Glass Doctor to repair 2 seperate rock chips in 2 of my vehicles. They are always prompt when arriving to start the work, and when theyre done, you have to look to find the original chip they repaired. Highly reccommend.
