BEWARE!!! they will tell you the glass is in stock. Come to find out it’s not in stock it is at a completely different location and warehouse. I was told it would only take 3 hours we are going on 5 hours now. Much cheaper places with a much better business practice. I’m not the kinda of guy that likes be lied to if you say your gonna do something do it or be up front about it and I’m fine so…. Good luck if you take your car here. As we made our way across Oklahomas never-ending road construction en route to Houston, a rock inevitably found its way onto my windshield. The small ping quickly became a large growing crack. So I started making calls. No glass in stock, nothing available for two weeks, etc. Then I found A+. I checked reviews--great. I called and spoke with them. They said they had OEM in stock and could even come to my hotel and install it--the next morning! Manuel shows up, treasures me hes got it, and says hell text me in an hour or so. 45 minutes later, done. He even got my custom car group decal off and on to the new glass. Who does that?!Trust them. Nobodys perfect, but when it comes to my car, it had better be close. This one was just that. Thank you, A+, for renewing my faith in car services.

Optimal service. I came with the idea of eating my lunch and watching a whole movie while I wait. When I got there they were working on another vehicle. So I made myself comfortable started a movie and ate my lunch. By the time I got done eating my windshield replacement had already been completed they even put my new windshield wipers on for me at no extra charge. Sean (with his fine self) was very professional and I loved that they were fast so I could be on my way. Happy with the windshield and pricing. Not so happy with professionalism. The glass install is great. I have no complaints. But they forgot to tighten the wiper blades. I was picking up a car in heavy rain. The driver side wiper blade flew off right in the middle of the freeway in heavy rain on my way back from them. Had hard time avoiding collision. Watch out for details. Leave alone the fact that I had to buy new wipers...

I’m not one to write reviews, normally. With that said, I am writing this one for Sean and his shop. 6 months ago I had my windshield replaced. Recently with the heat I noticed my ac not working properly. I discussed this issue with two different dealerships near me. Both gave me different answers for the fix, blamed the guys that replaced it. I called Sean for advice and he said bring it in. It was repaired in mins. My ac cools perfectly. That’s fantastic customer service if you ask me.

Everyone was quick, thorough and professional, my truck had been broken into, and another glass company screwed me around, never called back etc, but Shawn and his team set me up, repaired everything the same day, this was great in itself, but the most amazing was it was a last minute request, literally hours before the Memorial holiday! I needed to replace a rear passenger door window and they were super helpful in helping me figure out the correct color of glass to order. This place is AMAZING! I called at 6:30 PM on a weeknight after i noticed a rock hit my windshield. They scheduled me in for 8 AM the next morning even though their shop hours were technically closed. After confirming with insurance, I was able to make sure I was covered. I came in the next morning at 8 AM and was done in about 20 minutes. The service was quick and most certainly, excellent value. I highly recommend this shop to everyone for their glass/windshield repair/replacement needs!

Everything is done correctly and take time to work on your windshield, I went to a different place to get work done that my dealership recommended and they did half a— work.. Here he showed what he did wrong and even fixed my clips that hold onto my window, very happy with the work and will come back to this establishment to have any window work done on my car.

Had an audi a4 with a massive crack. Very reasonable pricing, my gasket was bent from a previous window install he was able to finess it all same day. My VIN under my windshield had become faded and hard to read. When I came back he had put a new vin label on there without me mentioning it. Little things like that are what make me come back. Just make sure you are not heading to dead end when you try to get to this place as i searched and went to couple of location that doesnt even exist except on internet. Any way after 2 trips have found the correct location. I should have ignored them but my curiosity took me there. The person at shop told me it would only take 1 hour to replace my windshield since they have it in stock and since i was the only customer there at the time it made sense. But nothing make sense at this place. It took them 3 hours to get my windshield replace and at the end the price jumped from $200 to 500. They didnt even bother to discuss it with me or get my permission. All i heard was that i had some other features then rain sensor. Arguing was pointless and i decided to pay and leave. When i got to my car there was finger print all over interior and huge scratches on the dash and side covers. I was so upset and left. So unprofessional.

A Plus Auto Glass fixed my car window when it was smashed in by crooks who got into the parking garage of the apartment complex. Many cars were vandalized, and it was very upsetting. However A Plus made a bad day go better as the staff quickly replaced my window and were very kind and helpful about it. The manager himself fixed my window and did a great job even though he was so tired from fixing several other cars beforehand. I was so impressed by the company’s service that I went to their store so that my glass could be re-tinted. Also, their prices are very reasonable . I highly recommend A Plus Auto Glass!

The service I received was great. I told them the wrong door window, but the gentleman was so nice, even though he had to go get another glass. They cleaned all the scattered glass and it did not take them long to come to my location neither did take long to replace my door window. I was very pleased with the service I received. Im an attorney. When I was at work, I left my car parked in the underground garage. At around 5 PM I came back to see me and some of my colleagues vehicle windows completely smashed into pieces.I called these guys and they ordered the glass from California with overnight shipping. They then replaced the passenger rear window the next morning. Their price was less than half of what the dealership offered me on my 2017 Porsche Panamera. Absolutely seamless install, and 1:1 with what the dealership offered.

Then I found these guys on google and I checked their reviews and saw they were all positive feedback. So I called them and gave them the make and model of my car. I got a quote over the phone Like everybody else. The price was the same as others. So I told the operator that Im getting the same price from everybody. He offered a coupon for 10% off which was the main reason for me to hire them. Other place that I called didnt offer me any discount. So I order it to them. We set up an appointment and they showed up with my windshield the same day. It was done in 30 minutes. One thing that I really cared about was the final clean up. They removed all the broken glasses and cleaned up the new windshield. Next day I received a call and they asked about my experience. I told them that I was 100% satisfied on everything. They asked me to write a review online and share my experience. I usually dont have time to write reviews but when it comes down to helping a small local business that is doing good work, why not. I dont like big corporations.

Had a crack in my windshield and another company told me I would need to wait two weeks. In the hot Houston sun that just was not going to work because the crack was spreading daily. I called A+ Auto Glass on Friday night and they were going to send someone the next day. I told them Monday would work better for my schedule so they put me first thing in the morning. Showed up on time and replaced the glass within 45 minutes. He was very professional and made sure the glass and wipers were perfect before leaving.
