Nami and Jay were absolutely excellent. I went into the store today with just the intent of looking around but the customer service was so good I had to support the business. Jay took his time really making sure that I got the watch that I’d be happy with and had me trying on plenty of styles. I’d highly recommend stopping by this location if you’re looking for that extra something for your outfits.

The Ala Moana Fossil store is great. Good selection and helpful employees.Fossil has reasonable prices for quality merchandise. Its too bad theyve discontinued their line of clothes. I dont like the latest trend of watches that seem to be too large for a normal size wrist. Apparently other watch companies are designing similar over sized watches. Watch merchandise has become ONLY a decorative item. Many people use their cellphones and smart watches to tell time, not a wristwatch. Its interesting that established hi-end watch manufacturers do not follow this oversized trend. Only lower end and middle of the road companies.With the increase of discount outlet stores and surplus merchandise stores, FOSSIL is a manufacturer that will face stiff competition for personal disposable INCOME. With a huge variety of models, I think sales can only be made through heavy discounts or limited production or custom watches.

Purchased from this location once. Called ahead before visiting, and the person who answered was accommodating and friendly. Another person assisted us upon our arrival, and was very efficient and professional. Store itself seems well stocked and very clean, smaller than other stores in the mall but doesnt feel stuffy.
