I dont know about those older post but I can speak for myself. Roberto was a such a nice guy and super helpful. I love the fact to the attention of detail that was given throughout my time in the store. When I visit again, I will definitely go back.

I was looking for a specific bag i saw in Tokyo, and the staffs have been so kind and helpful to me ever since i asked them about it, purchased it through them, and each time i’ve gone back to see what other products they have. Whenever I ask them about a vague description of a product I’m looking for, they help me in every possible way. Very good service, very friendly atmosphere, and all in all I just love walking in there because of it :-)

The staff there is very unprofessional. Doesn’t seem like they are willing to offer any service.

Popular products were hidden behind the mirror and there were many kinds.I wonder whats hidden.The clerk was kind enough to speak Japanese.
