Visiting Honolulu last summer, I of course had to visit the Omega Boutique.I enjoyed talking with Alan, who was kind enough to show me some special pieces. In the end I found one of the Omega bracelets that I loved and bought. Quite a nice store! The entire staff was friendly and professional. Thanks!
I was fortunate to have visited this OB while in Oahu, particularly because there are only “regular” AD’s near me. While there, I worked with Andrea, who was both patient and extremely helpful in answering any questions I had across the entire Omega collection - once we narrowed in on the Speedmasters, I was blown away by her expansive knowledge and enthusiasm around them.Despite living thousands of miles away, Andrea helped me over phone and email to order a charming Speedmaster that coincidentally had to arrive on a #SpeedyTuesday.I suggest visiting the boutique in person if possible and most definitely recommend asking for Andrea!
I have dealt with only one gentleman at this location. I have had much better experiences in other boutiques in NYC and LA. Kind of unfortunate. I love the brand however don’t look forward to visiting this OB again.

The whole experience was amazing. The store is beautifully appointed, but its the staff that sets the ala moana location apart. Camy T. and Andrea L. took their time to explain the intricacies of the brand, the story behind the speedmaster, and the complications of numerous watches.We ultimately decided that the Aventurine Speedy was the one for me and its been hard to take it off my wrist. They absolutely nailed it.There was no high pressure sales pitch. There was no judging me in my board shorts and slippers. There was nothing of the sort. Patient. Kind. Knowledgeable. No pressure & no arrogant high-end boutique sales attitude.The Store Manager (Camy) is an outstanding organizational leader and it truly reflects in all the employees Ive encountered.Large selection at this location, especially since the Waikiki location is closed.Highly recommended!
EXCELLENT SERVICE! Took my vintage solid 18k case and band Constellation in for restoration and service about a year ago. When it came back after about a month it looked brand new! I waited to post this to see if the watch would keep time and function as well as it looks and it does; flawlessly. Moreover the watch still looks great. The staff was very knowledgeable & even told me a few things about the watch that I did not know (the band turned out to be a very rare one which was only made for a few years) and helped me with my restoration. I explained that I was restoring this watch in honor of my Dad who had owned a Gold plated version which was beyond repair and the staff really went the extra mile to help me do it right. Highest recommendation for this place. Too bad I only own one Omega!

I have been a regular visitor here for the past 2-3 years and have never been treated with anything other than the utmost respect, courtesy and friendliness.
Excellent service from the crew. Went in looking for the blue strap of the Omega Seamaster 300 Professional. They had it but without the buckle. They were very honest about not having a timeframe to deliver the buckle if I had just bought the strap. Ultimately, though, they diligently located the hard-to-find buckle at a different store and put it all together for me. Thank you, Christian.
Ok first of all, i’m sick of the workers always acting all uppity and “looking down” on people when they pass by or even go in. This time I was by myself with my friend though, and this security guard just full on rolled his eyes at me (an old man with grey hair) fix your attitude because I told my dad about this and he’s a regular and guess what he’ll never spend his money here again. ☺️ ATTITUDE SUCKS!
