The store had a lot of inventory. The sales associates were friendly and helpful. I worked with Carl Saito, he helped me select the perfect fountain pen that best fit both my needs and my budget. He also assisted me in finding a good color of ink as well as a notebook. He spent a great amount of time in giving me a complete tutorial on how to fill the fountain pen with ink and also showing me how to clean and maintain the pen so that I will have it for many years. I spent over $2,000.00 for the fountain pen, ink and notebook and I do greatly appreciate the amount of help and time he spent in assisting me and he also said that I can call him when I need more ink and he will be more than happy to order and ship it to me.

The Asian man who works here is very rude. He refused to help me while being adamant about it, gave me a glare, and obviously did not apologize. Above all else, I dont appreciate his attitude.

Montblanc produces great and responsible products. The quality of their pens, wallets, and other accessories are second to none.

Their return policy sucks big time. Tina will tell you no refunds or returns after the sale transaction is done. She will even make you sign the no return paper. Thats bad for business. Can buy those pens elsewhere and get better discount. Not going to shop there anymore.

I was trying to buy refills for my pen and a similar pen for my girlfriend. The two employees were helping other clients so stood quietly by the case I wanted to purchase from. Two groups of people walked in after me, one of which was obviously friends with one of the employees, as she greeted them before talking to me, she also offered them chocolates. After her friends finished chatting with her she went over to the other group of people who then pointed to me telling her that I was there before them. The employee looked at me and then told them, its ok, which one (pen) were you looking at? I said nothing and left. Bought myself and my girlfriend two meisterstucks online and saved about 150 dollars. I was initially very upset with the service at your establishment, but I must thank you for turning me away... I saved a nice bottle of wine thanks to your reticence to provide me with the courtesy, service, and etiquette that accompanies the Mont Blanc name, or even a greeting. I will happily take my business and that of my colleagues elsewhere.
