Annabelle was wonderful when I called about my moms hearing aid. We were visiting Oahu when one of my mom’s hearing aids stopped working (so we thought). She walked us through how to clean the hearing aid, but that didn’t work. She helped us figure out that mom had wax buildup in her ear. She recommended urgent care to get the wax cleaned and that did the trick. Annabelle did all of this patiently over the phone at no cost! We were very grateful that after calling 6 audiologists, we found Annabelle. Because of her extra effort, mom was able to enjoy the rest of our trip (in stereo). Highly recommend this office based on this experience.

We were on a family vacation and my grandfather forgot to bring his wax guards for his hearing aids. I called Annabel and she delivered them to my hotel for FREE! I wasnt expecting this, I was ready to pay for them but she told me it was no trouble and not out of her way. Working with Hawaii Mobile Audiology is a wonderful experience. The first afternoon in my home, when the hearing aids were first put on, I ran around listening to all the things I could not hear before, or that my family had complained about. This included the hearing oven timer, the television volume, the constant huh? and what? on the phone, and communicating my husband! Having Annabel to help me, while in my home, to address these communication situations was great! No only am I very happy, but so is the whole family. I highly recommend this business The owner Anabel arrived with the newest high tech testing and adjusting equipment and recommended the right hearing aid for me at a reasonable price, adjusted it perfectly and I can hear much better than with my old hearing aid.
