Roy has real integrity; the free consultation lasted over an hour, and after testing me and providing me with valuable information, he assured me that I did not need his services after all but could contact him again. If only every businessperson were this honest and helpful!

I’ve worn hearing aids for 30 years. I’m not impressed by nice buildings or offices. Competence and service impress me. Dr. Roy’s building has seen better days. Dr. Roy is the real deal. I called this morning as my hearing aids finally died. He saw me the same day, reset the Bluetooth on one hearing aid and replaced both amplifiers. I was in and out in 20 minutes and my hearing aids are like new. He didn’t try to sell me anything. He was super helpful and clearly an excellent audiologist. I recommend him highly.
