I honestly cant say enough good things about this place. Matt was so incredibly patient with my fiance and I. We had to make several schedule changes, and he was always accommodating. He was never impatient even when my fiance changed his mind about the original ring that he wanted. Matt went out of his way to find custom quotes to try and match what my fiance wanted. He was NEVER pushy and never treated us like we were wasting time. I am very glad that we found this place. I also cant go over how tastefully decorated it is. The collections they have are elegant, and there is so much variety. If they dont have it, theyll try to see if they can get it for you. Best place ever.

My fiance and I live in Oregon so he had to order everything over the phone. Chanel was so amazing and helpful. They were able to nail the design I wanted perfectly! We were so sad Chanel was home sick when we came in earlier this week to look at wedding bands. Wish we could have finally met her in person! Ask for Matt..Ok so Im not big on writing reviews but thought I would make an exception for this place.. Heres the deal, all jewelry places have nice shiny products.. Walk into any jewelry store and everything looks beautiful.. This place was the same way, but after speaking with Matt I had made my decision before the matter of price was even discussed.. I went to almost all the jewelry stores on Oahu looking for a wedding band for my wife.. I wanted an eternity band and I needed a size 5 ( I thought anyway).. Every other place was like yeah, lets get something on order for you .. Estimated pick up date and price will be .. Blah, blah, blah... Matt told me look man, I know you want to surprise her but with eternity bands you have no room for error.. I couldnt borrow her fake ring without ruining the surprise and there were no other rings I could swipe and take to the store for sizing so he said you may want to seriously think about bringing her in and just let us take care of her... I appreciated that.. So I made the trip to the store the surprise, introduced her to Matt, and after about 3 hours ( my wife had a blast trying on everything in the store and Matt was very helpful and patient) we made our decision... I t was a great experience.. I couldnt be happier.. Oh, as far as price goes, they also had the best deals in case yall were wondering... HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Wedding Ring Shop! My husband and I visited the Wedding Ring Shop to look for a new band for my engagement ring. Eric helped us and he was amazing. He really took his time with us since I was debating on whether or not I wanted a halo or to stick with a solitaire. He was very informative of the different brands offered and helped to show me a lot side by side so that I could really decide on what I wanted. After about an hour we finally decided on a sticking with the solitaire because its so classic, can never go wrong! After much debate between Tacori and Michael M, we went with the Michael M Collection because he stated the focus is on the diamond quality on the band and not so much of the design, and boy does it sparkle no matter where you are! From beginning to end Eric was very helpful and even helped to speed up the process of getting the Jeweler to work on inputting my diamond into the band once it arrived, quicker than expected. He knew I was so excited about wearing my new ring! . From the customer service, selection and just overall experience - 5 stars, I am beyond happy. Thank you Eric and the wonderful team at the Wedding Ring Shop! This is for sure my ring for life.

Lorah Ashley helped my fiancé design the ring of my dreams! Its been two years and I still catch myself staring at it and feeling soo lucky! My fiance and I went to pick out our wedding bands last night at the Wedding Ring Shop and were very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience! Everything about it felt right. Nancy was super knowledgeable, welcoming and straightforward which is nice in making us feel comfortable and like we were surely in the right place. I absolutely love my engagement ring from the Wedding Ring Shop. I try to make it in every few months to get a complimentary cleaning and inspection and Tam has helped me on two separate occasions. The quantity and quality of the diamonds are amazing, but hands down the experience, that can be overwhelming, was a breeze thanks to the wonderful staff there. Tam Plong went above and beyond to ensure I got the right ring for my wife. He searched for the diamond (for weeks), helped me pick the right setting, helped me personalize it to make the ultimate moment perfect. I could not have done it without him. Even after the sale was complete he continues to surprise me by actually remembering who I am when we went in for a cleaning 6 months later. I tend to forget what I had for breakfast yesterday so that means something to me. I would definitely go back if ever I need another diamond and would ask for Tam.

Great personality, easy to work with, and he’s aware of who his customers are - it’s been about 6 months since he’s seen my husband and he remembered to ask how he’s doing since my husband has been away for work since June. He takes great care of my ring when I come in for my 6 month inspections and cleaning. He also updates us personally via phone calls to let us know of upcoming events/sales we may be interested in.

Great place to shop. The Wedding Ring Shop carried hard to find fine jewelry. Best part of this place are the people who work there. From the receptionist to the manager, everyone was very professional and catered to all their customers needs. We were so very lucky to have worked with Lisha Wu! AMAZING! Tam did an outstanding job when he first contacted me about my wedding ring. He told me that they needed to get it repaired. When he told me it was gonna be expensive to repair it. Tam gave me some options. Adter all the options i decided to get another ring. Tam put all his resources together. I gave him a description of the ring i like then he came through. Though it was supposed be done after our anniversary which is this Monday. He again came through it came in on Friday. We picked it up on Saturday. Just in time for our anniversary. We worked with Nancy and she was great! She was very knowledgeable and patient. She understood what we wanted and stayed within our means. We loved the selection at the wedding ring shop. They gave lots of options from customization to financing.

Horrible experience. The engagement ring, Tan gave my husband was a size 9 and so I never got to wear my engagement ring until Tan sized my finger which he sized a 5. When my engagement ring came back a month or so later It did not fit. I told Tan that he was not the right size and he assured me it was supposto fit that tight. So I kept it on and when I wanted to take it off itd have to come in and give a couple associates a try because my husband and I couldnt inflict enough pain on myself to take it off. Our wedding ring arrived a day before our big day and we sized up to a 5.5 because of our problems with the engagement ring and again it didnt fit. My wedding ring literally cut my finger when my husband put it on me during the cermony and my mother ripped the thing off which made my finger bleed. My wedding was ruined, I could bare the pain of wearing my ring on my bloody finger because it was so painful. After my finger healed we came in with my mother who wanted to see what horrible jewlers sized my finger. The Wedding Ring shop staff told us there was nothing we could do. We were told to pawn my rings and come back with the money and buy new ones or just hang on to them for memories. I was never was able to wear my wedding ring or engagement ring. My husband and I are so disappointed at the lack of professionalism. Everytime I look in my jewlery box I get SO upset at The Wedding Ring shop for ruining one of the most important days of my life and never even attempting to fix their mistake.Fast forward to a year later (on our anniversary) we took a trip to the mainland where we went to my mothers jewlers to buy a wedding/engagement ring the sized my ring size as a 7.25, which fits beautifully.I cannot express how horrible my experience with The Wedding Ring shop truly was. This was my first ring buying experience and I want to beware any first time ring buyers not to trust the professional opinion of the associates at this jewlery shop. I truly believe they value money over people. And for a wedding ring shop specifically this is not the business you want to depend on for your big day.

He has always helped us and been there for us every step of the way making the process a breeze! I was customer many years i went no where else i cant believe i bought a diamond ring for $600 cash 2 years ago at this place and they would only give me $100 for it also they valued the ring at $1200 dollars i wanted only $300 dollars spoke to owner ted gonsales myself he sold me the ring 2 years ago and told me same thing as his staff my only option was a $600 credit toward another purchase i felt it was a take it or leave it option so now im convinced that his shop is no different than wedding ring or any other shop all that fancy talk about being the best and honest is not true im a business man my self and i would have given my customer half his money of $600 because i still would have had $300 of the purchase and i would have had at least a happy customer who would have had a fair deal lesson learned i think that the smaller merchants are more trustworthy and sincere teds thinking should have been more sincere other than a ruthless business man like the other shops sincerity is earned by being honest and in my business people know me for giving them a fair shake in business dealings at least i got my experience from the owner himself proving that his shop is no different than any other

Poor customer service u less you want to buy something. We needed to cancel a purchase and instead of greeting us at the door, they were rude, the original sales rep wouldn’t even look at us, and all seem irritated. We also needed work done on a ring and they messed the ring up and molded two rings into one. This was even after we explained what we needed done multiple times. Unless you purchase an item from them be prepared to be treated as you are a burden and inconvenience. May be the best rated on the island but we have no problem taking our business to the mainland.

I CANNOT express just how wonderful my experience was! I’ve known for many years that for my 10th wedding anniversary I wanted something special, and knew from keeping a watchful eye on ring styles that it would have to be custom. I fell in love with the feminine style of Kirk Kara’s creations and was pleasantly surprised to learn they do custom work as well. Since The Wedding Ring Shop is one of very few jewelers lucky enough to carry their designs, I flew over from the Big Island to meet with Stephanie F. who helped me through the whole process with ease and assurances. She really did all the hard work - I just designed it - and she stayed in touch with me the entire time. I flew back over once my ring was complete and was blown away by how amazing it looks. To see my design come to life was worth the wait and uncertainty. I am absolutely in love and awe of it!! Tam was so helpful and patient. We came here couple times to find the ring. Each visit, he took the time to explain each design and allowed us to to try on rings multiple times. My fiance and I are so indecisive I dont know how he put up with us lol. But after multiple visits we finally decided on the one! I highly recommend you schedule an appointment with Tam hell make sure you know all your options.

Fantastic place for all of your jewelry needs! A small diamond fell out of my engagement ring (not their fault!), but we moved to the Mainland earlier in the year. Within hours of calling them, they had sent me a shipping label to send it back for replacing the diamond and cleaning/doing standard maintenance (tightening/etc) on the ring - all at no charge. They also sent me a list of retailers within 50 miles of my home for future cleanings, tightening, etc. I love the Wedding Ring Shop, especially Lorah who went - and always goes - above and beyond. She sold us my engagement ring and wedding band, and next time we need jewelry a trip to Hawaii will definitely be in order so that we can get what we need from Lorah and The Wedding Ring Shop!

I came into the Wedding Ring Shop, had a very nice greeting by the receptionist. Then was assisted by Hae Yon & Eric. My wedding ring had one of The prongs break. Hae Yon, was concerned even know the diamond wasnt moving, she came up with a substitute ring until mine gets fixed by the jeweler. Im so impressed with the customer service, if you need to ring you should come here they are the best !!!!

Showed up at 6:15 PM and left there by 7:30 with a custom hearts on fire ring. We set an appointment with Lisha who gave us an amazing buying experience. She stayed past their closing tims for us to get me the engagement ring of my dreams. We went over the details of the ring as well as financing options. She clearly knows what she is talking about and made us feel at home. Although I basically showed up in my raggedy swimwear clothes because I came straight from the pool, she didnt make me feel like she was hesitant to help us because of how we looked. I would recommend the wedding ring shop for the true engagement experience to any couple.
