I had a very specific design request. Daniel was able to find me high quality tanzanite in New York and make me a custom ring at a reasonable price (took about 3 weeks).The quality of craftsmanship is very high which is extremely important with tanzanite. The stone is soft, so any movement can cause inclusions. I’m happy.

Highly recommend House of Diamonds! From the beginning Daniel and the staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I have made two appointments to look at diamonds and design an engagement ring. Daniel is very open, honest, and helpful. He is very good about educating you on all aspects of diamond shopping and provides honest opinions without being pushy. He understands that everyone’s taste is different and does his best to find the perfect fit for you.After our first appointment we shopped around at different ring stores but nothing compared in quality, price, and customer service.

Do NOT buy here unless you want to get completely ripped off!! Daniel is nothing less than a SCAM artist. My husband was referred to him by a mutual acquaintance because he was looking for a surprise 10-year anniversary ring for me. Daniel completely took advantage of him and sold him a 5 Ct diamond that was clarity enhanced and didnt disclose this honestly. (It would be the equivalent of a selling a car with a salvaged title and not telling someone.) My husband had no idea what he was doing and unfortunately trusted him because he was referred by a friend who didnt know Daniel professionally. When I took it out of state (couldnt get back to HI because of COVID) I looked into getting it mounted differently or trading it in for a different style (I wear & love my original wedding & engagement ring and didnt see the need for two solitaires). I took it to multiple jewelers and appraisers, all told me it was more or less worthless and that there was hardly a market for a diamond that had been clarity enhanced. One jeweler told me he wouldnt even put it into a different setting because those clarity enhanced diamonds are a nightmare to work with. My husband was completely heart broken because he thought he was surprising me with a gift of a lifetime and spent a lot of time and obviously a LOT of money on the ring. Now were stuck with a worthless diamond that has bad memories and an awful back story. This shouldve been a beautiful, lifetime gift and Daniel ruined it all to scam a customer. Hell do anything to make a buck.

Me and my wife had such an awesome experience with Daniel and all of his associates! My wife loves her diamond and they really explain everything throughly and clearly which made it easier to make a decision on my ring. Let me start off by telling you that I had bought a ring already and I just came here to get a resize since they offer SAME DAY RESIZING! I wanted a second opinion from this jeweler since I was already there, This Guy I believe he’s the Son of the owner, helped me out and told me the ring I bought was a good ring and gave me full information on this Ring he didn’t make it seem like I should trade it in he just gave me the information on the quality it was and I honestly didn’t like it after the information... mind you this guy wasn’t looking to sell me anything he was just trying to get my ring Resized, me that I didn’t know anything He took his time educating me on how diamonds work and the quality of diamonds. He even took out diamonds to show me examples of the best quality to the lowest. Any other place is just trying to make a quick buck to make a sell, Just him giving me information on how diamonds work sold me out, I got a huge VVS2 J diamond That was not comparable to the one had. ALSO I had that ring resized and set within 3 hours, he respected my budget and did everything he could to get it done since the next day I had to fly out . So many great things to say about this place from the receptionist to the jewelers to the owners everything was great. I wouldn’t recommend any other place than here to go for your diamond . I had been looking everywhere for a ring for my wife that would make her feel special. I went to all the big box outlets and those that have lots of commercials and was just not happy with the up front experience or the selection. After stumbling onto Diamond Syndicate I decided to take a look. It was located in a very private setting that made me feel at home. As I waited 2 minutes to be helped I learned a lot about jewelry and diamonds. I was taken into the office to talk and was shown amazing diamonds that met my budget then was even more surprised to be upgraded to an amazing ring. The feeling was even more amazing on Christmas Morning as it was dark and my wife opened her gift. We came in by chance looking for a replacement diamond to one I had that was lost by the USPS when it needed repairs. I was never good with the mode of travel the diamond was to take. Sure enough, it was lost (HA!) having never left Baltimore. It was insured, but it was a beautiful, unique piece I bought at Milano Jewelers in St. Maarten. Each time we took a cruise, I kept trying to replace it with not a lot of luck. Last cruise, we just sort of gave up.Hubby and I came to Hawaii for a retreat/vacation. While showing him a piece at Tiffanys that was not even where I was thinking with a price, House of Diamonds popped up in Google. I lost a diamond which fell out of worn prongs in a ring. Diamond Syndicate replaced the diamond with one of similar shape, size, color, and new prongs. I wear the ring daily. It is beautiful!

Absolutely outstanding experience with Diamond Syndicate. This is a family-owned wholesaler that does personalized retail sales as well. I called with a short notice need for a set of diamond earrings and was blown away by the professionalism of Doron, his son David, as well as the whole team from the front desk to the back office. After looking at all the big retailers for something special, I met with Doron after talking to him on the phone reasonably hopeful that he would be able to help me. The lady at the front desk knew who I was when I walked in, and within a minute I was sitting in front of Doron at his desk who already had some options ready to show me after our phone conversation. He let me take my time examining the diamonds and didnt push me on any decision - he let me make my own decision and easily answered any questions I had along the way. The quality of what I received for an extremely fair price was outstanding, not to mention Doron was able to work with his jeweler to have the diamonds set in a matter of hours knowing that I was on a tight schedule. Dont be put off because there is no fancy downstairs storefront with a bunch of flashy signs - if you want quality, honesty, and professionalism this is the place.
