What a beautiful location! So much to see in store and the staff is absolutely phenomenal! Store is perfectly polished, seating available at counters and parking has been available each time weve visited.Very very pleasant experience each and every time! I cant imagine going anywhere else and experiencing this type of genuine customer service! Id recommend this place to anyone looking to buy practically any type and style of jewelry.

I had my diamond reset in a 6 prong solitaire simple setting here. It didnt come out good, a couple of the prongs werent even touching the diamond. I only noticed it a couple days later when I looked closer.I brought it back and they had me pay for another setting... I dont really think that Im the one the messed the first one up but okay.The second jeweler set it much better but I did have to wait a couple weeks for him to get to me.My advice...ask for that BETTER jeweler when setting your diamond. Also, put your foot down if they are the ones that make the mistake, or they will make YOU pay for it.

The people are very nice and talk story while doing business with you. its a very relaxed atmosphere with free coffee or water. the prices are reasonable with maybe slightly higher than the chinatown area. I would think that the quality is more guaranteed here than other places. theres lots of parking as it is not in a mall like the commercial states. I would go here again.

Love the place and customer service. Had my engagement ring custom made, and its beautiful. Sophia is superb as a sales associate. The only thing is the expected time of jewelry pick up can be delayed, so you expect to get your piece, but wait for a few more days. Just have to be patient for quality, Ive learned. However, overall the service and quality is great, and what a selection to boot!

Alysn went above and beyond to find exactly what we needed and actually saved us a few hundred dollars from the choice we were going to make before contacting Pacific Diamond.Keep in mind that this was also a rushed order that they did not have in stock at the time but was available with their supplier. I would agree with Roush Ford’s review. I went into the Kapiolani store to sell an engagement ring. The manager promised the moon, “the ring will sell, if after 30 days it hasn’t, he’d make an offer between wholesale and consignment price”, when we called the store his staff either didn’t know where the ring was or told us the price was too high (manager recommended price) and they weren’t motivated to sell the ring. In the end, he offered $2400 BELOW wholesale. When I stated this wasn’t the agreement, he just said, “come pick up your ring” and then hung up...Chump!

The manager is a complete chum. He claims a reputable diamond company 1000x the size of his little business is a scam. Quite a ballsy claim. Gives low ball offers on jewelry. Hes lazy and untrustworthy.
