Everyone was very nice, the coffee jelly is very good and the boba is very tasty. The orders were made quickly as well even if it was custom. Reminder, only 5 people are allowed in at a time.

I rarely write one-star reviews and thats after Ive given them more than one chance. First one I bought a month ago was the taro smoothie which was bland and today the twix crumble which tastes like water.Sorry Teaspresso.

Liked the seals on the top of the drinks; secure until you pierce it with your straw. Perfect for throwing in your car and driving back to the office or your place, leak free.In the same complex as Like-Like Drive-In, parking is tight, but spaces are not overly small, like in some other strip malls along Keeaumoku. Free parking.Shop looks clean. No outlets easily visible, unfortunately. If you want to hang out here with any devices, bring an extra battery pack. The is the 4th Teaspresso location Ive been to. Being a couple blocks away from my work, its extremely convenient. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is both friendly and helpful. With a wide variety of flavors, options, and add-ons, it was nice to have someone guide me in choosing the beverage for me and my tastes that visit. I tend to fancy the blended drinks, so Ive tried the Matcha, Matcha Kit-Kat, and Mocha Frappe (this one I tried twice). Each beverage was made promptly and was delicious! I love having the large Boba added to my drinks. One staff member got creative and put a chocolate drizzle on the walls of my cup! The location is on the smaller side, but very clean and there is plenty of parking - either in the connecting lot, on the side streets or across the street in the Walmart parking. Since its in the middle of a bunch of shops, its a great place to stop for a cool beverage while running errands or shopping. I would definitely recommend this location and will be returning! Oh, dont forget to sign up for their rewards program and discounts!

I bought the Waikiki lemonade with boba inside and it came out as 18 dollars. I couldn’t hear the lady inside the store at the time, but I checked my bank account after and saw 18 bucks was used to buy this drink. I have no idea why they charged me that much money for the drink and it ended up tasting way too sweet for me and my friends. I’m definitely not coming back to this bum place.

Well-meaning but barebones staff are in dire need of management. I have visited this store on 3 occasions, and customers were experiencing long wait times for orders as staff was either making drinks incorrectly, could not handle incoming drink orders efficiently, or completely forgot a customers drink order while working on other drinks. Hopefully they can improve upon efficiency and accuracy.2021 update: a big improvement - better trained staff, friendly customer service. Ended up stopping by frequently in the past few weeks and noticed consistently being greeted and the accuracy of my orders.

This IS my Boba Tea spot-of-choice while in Honolulu. Always fresh, always friendly, always delicious!

Its a little overpriced but I like that you can choose your tea, amount of sugar, any extra flavors, as well as tapioca, fruit jelly, etc.Also they have tons of teas including Hojicha♥️

The atmosphere is very casual and friendly, which makes the whole experience very enjoyable, along with the kind staff and quick service. A variety of drinks are offered to cater to many different tastes, yet each one is flavorful, made with organic ingredients which is fantastic.

Recently, a friendly staff member messaged the owner or manager to ask about ingredients in the house-made taro mix. This was very kind of her and I hope she is complemented for her willingness to ask. The ingredients include gluten, which I cannot consume. The stores should include a symbol next to gluten-free drinks and the staff members should be aware of ingredients and cross-contamination. That said, if Teapresso reads this, please know how thankful I am that you offer gluten-free drinks and the trouble you go through to keep them on your menu. :)

The cover doesnt fit the cup. When I was drinking, coffee leaked and my cloth got wet.

Tea was delicious! I came way too late in the day to be able to try it, so unfortunately I cant say anything about the boba

I ordered my drink through doordash and it arrived on time but when I went stick my straw in my drink there was a hair in the cup I could see it through the clear seal on the cup I was so grossed out. I just trashed the drink.

My favourite tea place, that actually uses leaves to brew tea unlike other milk tea places. My favourite cold drink is the Tropic Osmanthus, definitely worth trying with Lychee jelly. Their lemonades are also delicious!!As for milk tea, cold Teapresso Milk tea is my go to drink. A blend of Hojicha and Assam, it is a fantastic blend that really shows the quality you get in each cup. I also like to get their black tea or Assam tea hot.If youre not happy with your drink, let them know and theyll remake it just the way you like it.The workers are relatively young and are bubbly! One can easily become addicted to the good tea and the warm welcoming personalities of the workers.This branch in my opinion is relatively small, but there are games available for the use of customers. A good hang out spot and perfect place to have a post lunch date with the ladies, if you wish to skip the dessert. Perhaps one day Teapresso may sell desserts that compliment their fantastic tea! Just a wish of mine.

Very friendly staff! Great drinks!The staff were very accommodating, I brought my niece and nephew to this tea shop, for a break and to get some of their home schooling done. The barista (with blue/green hair) let us use her hotspot since our computers were not connecting with the WiFi. Had a great experience here, literally the best boba that Ive had, you can tell the teas are made fresh right before your eyes for your drink, each time.It really was the best boba that Ive had, comparing to Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, full of flavor but not too sweet, soft and chewy but not overly so.Im looking for another excuse to go!

One of my favorite boba places on island. They make the best and the most consistent boba around.Highly recommend the sea foam caramel, the ginger lemonade, the hojicha milk tea, the genmaicha milk tea, oolong milk tea, the tropic osmanthus.Great flavors and I love how many different flavors of tea they offer.

Best teapresso location in Hawaii and the reason for this is because the boba is consistently on point. Ive been to the other teapresso locations in town and I have yet to have boba as yummy as this one. On another note, Ive had boba at around 10-15 places on island and nothing really quite measures up. Ive been to twice Taiwan (place where boba originated) and teapresso is the closest it gets to their quality. I wish it was a little cheaper price wise but honestly the quality makes up for it. I also enjoy how many options you can have for your boba (coconut milk, almond milk, sugar type, etc.)
