THE BEST gelato, crepes & coffee in Honolulu!! The workers are super friendly and helpful!! A little pricey but worth it! (Defintely share a crepe!)

We ordered the two different bowl options and an upside pineapple muffin. We were first time Açaí Bowl people and I have to say, i loved it! Way more filling than I had expected, and every bite had great flavor to it. Was a good change of pace from our hotel breakfast food. Will definitely go back again for the ice cream next!

The ice cream was okay. I wish that they offered two flavors for one size so that we could try another flavor. I like banana and watermelon, other flavors are okay. The milkshake was a little bit too sweet for me though. The staff are really nice and helpful, too. The store has a really nice location plus it opens late so people can come to enjoy.

My family purchased a milkshake, a scoop of the cookies and cream, and the cinnamon ice cream. The vanilla cake batter ice cream flavored milkshake was creamy and yummy. Additionally, the cinnamon ice cream was also yummy. It tasted like a chai latte. The cookies and cream tasted like white chocolate mixed with a bit chocolate. It was a bit sweet though.

My husband had crepes (bananas foster) and I had an açaí bowl. We both loved what we had. Employees were super nice. Can’t wait to go back and try more menu items.

The pistachio gelato was tasty but nothing spectacular. The caramel almond crepe was my favorite. Friendly service and overall good place to stop.

It is easy to find ice cream but it is hard to find gelato. This is the right place for the latter.

I ordered the crepes with chicken, cheese and pesto (aloha crepes i believe). I generally prefer sweet over savory but the crepes I had were so delicious!! Good service as well!

The gelato is fine for its price. However, the cup sizes are horrible, they get shorter and shorter as the scoops increase. I got the 3 scoop and started walking back to the hotel, and it started melting and spilling.TL:DR ask for a bunch of napkins, and fix the damn cups

Great place to have a late night sandwich and to Serenade the crowd as they walked pass the patio as my 3 cousins and I did.....🎶🎶🎶 some of the crowd even sung with us....😀Funny how good food,music & people go together... Spread the love with a meal and a song....

The person taking an order not listening to the customer and processing one coffee instead of two, the manager’s response:”oh it happens” no sweetie it doesn’t just happens you have to train your employees. Why no gelato samples? When will business stop using Covid as an excuse to be lazy? Place needs cleaning, tables need bussing. Stars for decent size small coffee affago for $6.50 and walking distance from home.

Crepe and gelato was awesome at the Kalakaua store. Service left everything to be desired. We arrived at 7:50p for a 8:30p closing time and were told that we were the last crepe they would make for the night. Fast forward to 8:05p while we are eating: an employee ushered a few kids in the store and closed the doors to close up shop, then turned away another customer well before 8:30p. Not the ideal business model, and we will not be returning because of this.

Long lines. They ran out of our flavour but they have good selection. Highly recommended

Great food, prices, staff, and service. Clean and well maintained. The GELATO is to die for, the quiche is delicious, and we bought sandwiches on croissants to take with us for a day hike which traveled well and were amazing. The Almond Croissant was the best pastry ever. Thanks for making our trip to the beach so wonderful! We ate breakfast here twice and wished we had found it sooner. Patio dining with a beach view is the bonus!

Pretty bad place to go! Be aware your order will take more than 30 mins to be ready, bad service, unfriendly staff and the food is barely ok! I told you so!

I ordered 2 cappuccinos today. I received one. A different girl than the one I ordered from said I only paid for one. Clearly the first girl didn’t listen. “It happens”, the second girl says. That is a miserable excuse. She I insisted I pay for the second. I told her to forget it. “I don’t like your service,” I said. I asked for my tip back. She said she would have to run the whole transaction again. (I put money in the tip jar). Both girls need to be retrace retrained. Whatever happened to an apology and giving the customer something that will make them come back? I will never go back.

Amazing gelato In the heart of Waikiki. They have many different flavors, including my favorites, passion fruit and stracciatella. I tried some pear gelato for the first time today. DELICIOUS! They also serve all different types of gourmet coffee and crepes. If you’re in the area, stop by!*P.S: The flavors on my waffle cone are - guess?! Passion fruit and stracciatella!

We went today to buy açai bowl for breakfast. It took them more than 20min to have ours ready, even if they were giving the açai bowls to other people. Nevertheless, the food was good.I was thinking to go back to try the amazing gelato flavors they have, but I doubt it because of that bad service.

Will never come here again. I think her name was Ambere, she was so rude. She doesn’t need to be working here if she’s so unhappy with her job and hateful to little kids and people in general. Ice cream was great! But the crepe she made me was awful. It was raw on the bottom. Bad bad service!!!

I was very impressed to see so many offerings of gelato. There was more than I have ever seen before in any gelato shop before here in Hawaii. All sorts of flavors to meet just about anyones tastes.Everything was brightly lit and very clean. The cold cases for gelato were all beautifully arranged with the different gelatos and decorative toppings. It was nice to see such a well kept grab and go type eatery and especially in Waikiki were you can get a lot of foot traffic to dirty things up.They also offered Lilly coffee. I was impressed with how well made my flat white was done. Sometimes places get lazy between a latte and a flat white, but they got it just right.There are some basic sandwich and pastry offerings as well, but nothing extra ordinary to mention. Suitable for your coffee in the morning or if you need something to put in your tummy beside gelato.The young staff were both very friendly and attentive. They even took extra care to make sure that my table was clean when they saw that I was going to enjoy my gelato and coffee at their outside seating area. Defiantly will go again when I want something cold and sweet.

The gelato looked great, no doubt. However, it really didnt taste that great. I had the salted caramel that I just tasted like super sweet cereal milk. I was disappointed in how it tasted nothing at all like salted caramel. Sorry.

Pastries were delicious. Pricing is good if you consider how expensive everything else in Waikiki is. Savory crepes were great and very filling. Two people could easily split a savory crepe and a pastry and have a filling ~$16 breakfast/lunch.

Best ice cream / gelato in Waikiki.I love their coconut, passion fruit, and pomegranate flavors.Small cup 1 flavor, medium cup 2 flavors, large cup 3 flavors. Servings are too big. Wooden spoons are pretty cute, surfboard shaped.They also have coffee and croissants.Indoor and outdoor seating is available.Owned by a French couple and an American guy.

Establishment was clean and the staff was friendly. I had a sweet cinnamon crepe and my friend had the Nutella and banana crepe. The crepes were made one at a time. My friend finished his crepe before I got mine. The crepes were big and very tasty. They are a little expensive but totally worth it IMO. My suggestion would be to have more than on crepe iron since it is a little more time consuming than scooping gelato. Would recommend to others and return there myself.

The gelato here is seriously to kill for. Every sample I tried made me want to go it! I wish I could really, but there isnt enough time, money, or space around my waist to pursue that passion. Wonderful place, well priced, although a tiny bit much in my opinion, although you forget about that once you start eating.

Dont get the crepes. no flavor, so skimpy on the toppings. Literally tasted like just dough. yuck. Cant speak on the ice cream, I did not have that

Service is what you should expect from a shop with mostly ‘young adults’ running it. The product is really food, the price is a bit much at over 5.50 for a single scoop. It is refreshing on a hot afternoon or after dinner. I suppose it’s what one should expect in a tourist town. Worth a stop if there aren’t more than a few of you, otherwise a small scoop of ice cream is going to cost you as much as dinner for four at a decent restaurant.

Absolutely amazing! Smoothest gelato Ive had in years and the cappuccino flavour was to die for! I dont even usually like coffee or coffee flavoured things but I tried some of my husbands and then went back for my own!

Amazing Gelato, especially the “Rocher” flavour of they have it! Don’t overlook the milkshakes they are made with the Gelato and are a much easier to eat in the heat.

We were on a family vacation from Maui to Oahu, we were walking by in the morning, and decided to stop in for a coffee. We were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness, coffee was superb! Had great non dairy creamer options as well! I noticed their Breakfast croissants looked phenomenal! Really great to run into a sweet shop in the heart of busy Waikiki, that still had a true Ohana style welcomeness!
