I bought tinctures for pain, anxiety and sleep …the relief bottle had been used. No packaging. Not even sealed. They don’t have the ingredients listed and the person didn’t even tell me the actual differences other than they all have different flavors… something fishy is going on… they aren’t even listed as doctors on Weedmaps but distributing 329 cards… be weary of this placeEDIT—Why would I and how could I “grab” anything from the express store, if it’s all behind glass??? Weird. I was given what the cashier gave me… so cringy to try to make this my fault. Horrible customer service.

Friendly staff and easy to find and walk to once you find parking. I suggest the post office. Tasty hawaiian latte also!

Please check this store out! It has some really unique gadgets and really nice hemp oils and lotions. The prices were reasonable...and they have a version of Dole-Whip that is pretty good. The employee was very nice and friendly...bought a couple items, if I ever come back... Im stopping in.

Wonderful place for your CBD and smoking needs, coffee or yummy Dole pineapple drinks! This place has a great vibe with a very friendly staff and knowledgeable manager (Sunny). Dont miss it if youre in Waikiki.

Why does a hemp place have a better barista making coffee than most coffee places on island? Super friendly staff, lovely vibe in store, knowledgeable of cbd products and great staff.

I came in 8/3 for a 329 card evaluation/sign off, appointment was at 1:40 PM. The booking process for the appt was quick and easy. The cashier and the provider Aure DNP were incredibly professional and helpful, especially when silly me didnt fill out what I needed to fill out on the Hawaii DOH website before I showed up. When I was ready to be seen, it was 20 minutes after my appointment time, but Hemptuary staff and Aure DNP worked hard to get me taken care of. Aure DNP listened to what I said, and made me feel like I was her only concern at that moment. Aure Kraemer DNP and the Hemptuary staff helped me, I am better for having visited them yesterday, thank you :)

I seen Dr. Benjamin Anderson ( available Wednesday & Saturday appointments are from 12noon) today for my renewal. Amanda checked us in, she made everything seem so easy. This is my first time in 10 years that I didnt feel anxiety and stressed over renewal. The doctor we seen (we had two in our party a renewal and a new patient ) was so patient and compassionate. Went here yesterday to pick up a cbd vape, runs out of battery within 2 hours, I go back to ask for a refund or replacement they so No. I bought a second vape from them runs out of battery after 3 hours. What a rip off, they sold me 2 defective products and wont even refund or replace. All they did was give me business card for theyre general manager, who did not answer my phone call. I feel so ripped off, Im never coming back here again!

Top-tier customer service and products - I highly recommend Hemptuary to my friends. I am very pleased with their products, but let me tell you how happy I am with their service. I placed an order, which was packaged on the same day and shipped next day; it arrived to my local USPS hub two days later, then it did not move for a week and a half. When it finally arrived, the box was not taped and three of five items were missing, and one of two items left in the box was damaged. I contacted Hemptuary when the package didnt show up after few days; Tai and Sonja responded immediately. As soon as I received the package, I sent them a picture of the damaged box, and Sonja and Tai shipped another package the very next day. Thankfully, the second package arrived safely in less than one week.Now on to the products. Their house brand is really high quality. I have injured my left shoulder to the point I cannot sleep on my left side - their muscle rub and balm helped me a lot to deal with pain. I know Hawaii is a bit far away, but it is worth waiting for the delivery. (Of course, when you are in Waikiki, definitely visit their store. It is a bright and airy, beautiful store with great selection, and everyone is very helpful. )

Awesome CBD shop, and a great place to get your medical card! Staff is super friendly and helpful.

This place is super fun! The staff knows tons of information on CBD and show you how to pull up lab results right on your phone. I went in on Thursday night for a coffee and ended up with some gummies, then when I walked by again later I popped in to see the Henna Artist they have there on Thursday Nights. Check them out!

Hemptuary is a wonderful little store. The retail specialist was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Went for some last minute Christmas shopping and took advantage of their BOGO sale on CBD lotion/cream. Theres also medical professional on site for assessment and treatment including obtaining the dispensary access Rx / Card. Parking is metered street parking on adjacent street.

Everyone at the Hemptuary are excellent at what they do. It is a pleasure to work with anyone there. Very knowledgeable and patient.

Some cool smoking goodies like grinders, pieces, stash jars and papers. They also carry handbags made out of hemp fibers which is super awesome. So much hemp in one store never seen one like it! And all the cbd oils, so many different local and organic brands had to get myself one. And that Marley bong is 👌🏽

Love this place! I got the coolest art works from local artist and some CBD cosmetics edibles and drinks. Staffs were very knowledgeable and friendly! Definitely worth visiting when you are in Waikiki.

I went for CBD oil.We purchased oil and massage oil with much content. Tasting is also possible, so you can choose your favorite one.As an aside, there are other cosmetics such as lip balm and scented oil for sublime that handle CBD, but there is no oil with a high CBD content, and Belvie quits handling as far as stock is concerned With oil was the last one. The reason is that the law in Hawaii is a little stricter. According to a Belvey clerk, products that are now available on ABC etc. will soon be no longer available. is what they said.
