No wonder this place has so many great reviews. First, the selection of clothing and souvenirs are great! Clothes, magnets, pouches and hand crafted items are perfect to bring back home to loved ones and friends.Second, the customer service was great. No one followed me or profiled me as if I was unwelcomed. We needed help looking for an item we already had in our basket and she simply just showed us where we got it from instead of wasting time wondering why we forgot where we found it.The prices are amazing. Been shopping around Waikiki and honestly this place has the best prices! So glad I came here first before being let down at other places. Should be a 5 star!

We bought 2 pairs of earrings, and both sets were broken. The lady at the counter blamed us for the damage even though we’ve never opened the boxes. However, there is a no return policy which only allows us to exchange. Most of the other earrings were broken as well. The lady at the counter was extremely rude even though the quality of her products were lacking.

Buying souvenirs...this is the place to buy them!!! Prices are the lowest I found in town! Great selection!

Larger than the surrounding stores that sell similar, and with a bigger range. Makes it very easy to get a family matching set of Hawaiian wear.

Walked in and headed to the nail polish section right near the front door. The worker lady walked straight over and kept saying “I smell nail polish”, “these are not testers don’t test them”, etc. we then had to keep saying we know and we haven’t done anything. She then left but stood on a box and stared at us over the counter. We left straight away. She was very rude. Disappointed as we wanted to purchase some nail polish that we couldn’t find anywhere else.

Very rude to vacationers and would not exchange two shirts for different size even though shirts still had their tags and never worn or even unfolded. Will not reccomend them to anyone. Intended to purchase more shirts but left and made purchases elsewhere.

It was affordable and had a good selection, so it was better to buy it here than ABC Mart.

There were a lot of cute kites.I also bought Hawaiian One Piece

It seems to be 1-2 dollars cheaper than many gift shops
