I am amazed astounded and cannot comprehend the level of high-quality service that I received at Chanel Ala Moana. From the moment that I entered the store until a transaction took the service was excellent. They listened to what I had to say and provided me options for exactly what I asked for. They are perfect examples of social distancing and availability of hand sanitizer. It is perhaps unfair to mention names because EVERY person in the boutique must and should be recognized for excellent service. Even after the transaction was complete they took an equal amount of time to make sure the purchase was beautifully wrapped fit for presentation to royalty. Even as I was about to depart they wisely shared with me new fragrances released on Saturday August 15th. I highly recommend you take time for indulgence in yourself. Take time to treat someone regardless if its you or a loved one something wonderful from this boutique. Go there and indulge yourself. You deserve that. Stay safe. Aloha. Quite possibly the worst Chanel out there. I dealt with 1 manager (Caroline) and she is awful! I recommend shopping anywhere else!

Very excellent service and if course their products are very well made. Its all about the style, quality, and the detail which Chanel is known for.

Very disappointed with the SA (Brenda). I was looking for a pair of sandals and wanted to join the pre-order waitlist. Brenda said it’s pointless because there are already 6 people on the waitlist but they only ordered 2. I said it doesn’t hurt to join the waitlist, what if other people cancel? She was very reluctant to add my name to the list and said, FYI we won’t inform you if they’re gone. I said it’s fine. And a month later they texted me saying that the sandals are available. But thanks to your rude staff I decided to buy from another boutique.

Me and my daughters were looking at the shoe window display of the Chanel shoes as I have been eyeing their espadrilles. I went to LV and Dior Waikiki the previous days and is always intimidated by luxury stores. To make the story short, as I was looking at my google maps on my phone (we live in Kauai and have only been here once before) to find the store where were supposed to go, my 6 yo wandered off and was no longer behind me. I went in circles around this area and was so scared as even with covid, there were a lot of people at the mall shopping for Christmas. I kept going back to Chanel and guess what? She was inside and cried as soon as she saw me. I felt so bad and so grateful at the same time. A very nice lady said she asked her to come in and wait for me as that’s better than let her wander off. I wish I could go inside and buy the espadrilles I wanted but so embarrassed after. Mahalo for your help. Maybe next time we go I can finally buy the shoes I want.

Cocky and rude elder Japanese and Korean sales people. Giving out hate vibe why this person ask to see this and that if she not gonna buy. They look like they dont wanna work and very intimidating, uncomfortable vibe. Many times asked manager for someone else. Most recently, I felt so insulted I abruptly left the saleswoman, went to Chanel Waikiki and spent almost 10K. Since then managers are greeting me at AlaMoana. Not unusual for Luxury places behave rudely if you wear poor t-shirts and dont look like you will buy but at least now they are nicer (why wouldnt they? Better for them I buy here vs phone order from mainland)

This is my second purchase with this location and everything was done over the phone. I live in SA and the Chanel here has a long waiting list. The first purchase I dealt with the manager and the second with Mai. They both made the transaction very easy and my purchase was FedEx and I had it in two days. They were extremely helpful and text me pictures of the different options in the style I was looking for. Hands down the best customer service. I will continue to purchase my handbags from this location.

Associate by the name of Karauko was very unhelpful and took forever to respond to my questions! Was looking to purchase a WOC and asked her to send me pictures of whatever colors were available since the one I wanted was sold out and she sent me a picture of 3 wocs. I know for a fact the store has more colors than red, nude, and black because I had just visited the store. I asked her if she could send me more pics and she sends me pics that arent wocs and doesnt bother writing anything in her texts (just the pics) so she obviously is too snobby and rich that she does not need commission. On top of her unprofessional behavior she took days to respond to me and I had to keep reaching out to her. She was also not knowledgeable on any of the products and wasnt aware you could order from another store, or knowingly lied to me and told me it was sold out when in fact I spoke to a manager and was told it wasnt.

Love it and I am going back to shop for a few things that I would like to have when I get the money to do it! I will make sure to have a few dollars to get a new outfit for myself just as soon as I can.

Kinda cold in overall esp. after we just got treated so well from LV and Prada stores. Probably the worst experience among all the Chanel stores around the globe we been to. Personally don’t care about this brand but guess they just lost business from my wife.

Great service....very busy on Christmas week up to the New Year

So bad!! Chanel Ala Moana... the Jewelly/ accessories store I found was very poor service.. the staff member was not pleasant to me as I was in beach clothing and not looking like the standard of person she was interested in serving clearly .. she was not helpful and wasn’t Looking at me at all...i walked out..I’m a huge fan of Chanel and buy regularly ...that was just appalling. The store in Waikiki were happy when I spent $ 9000 USD the next day .. lovely service ... walk away people.. go to another Chanel store close by.. they will look after you no matter how you’re dressed ... or make sure you’re looking like a millionaire before you walk into the Ala Moana store.. heaven forbid don’t even think about going there after a swim at the beach.. they aren’t aware that tourists can have the wealth to buy from them and go to the beach looking like they’re on a holiday and just a humble human.. this woman was as fake and obviously no intellect at all given the way I was treated..

If you come here you must ask for Mai Cepeda, she is hands down the best sales person Ive ever met in my 30 years of life. Let me tell you, I literally looked like a homeless person, just got off a plane rolled into here after trekking all over the beach, had a hole in my shirt and dirt on my jean shorts and she greeted me like I was the queen on England with a friendly smile and no uppity attitude like most other sales people at Chanel. Usually when I walk into Chanel looking like I did, no one offers to help me unless I ask and even then they usually reluctantly help me or not so nicely tell me I probably cant afford it.She not only made me feel comfortable but also went out of her way to look for a limited run bag Ive been looking for everywhere in NYC. I honestly cant say enough NCOs things about her and this store. They also carry a ton of inventory so a lot of bags that are sold out everywhere else this store will have it.

There are many kinds and there are new works, so it is the best.Someone who can speak Japanese. It is polite.There is a restroom in the shop so you can rent it.

About 3 years ago, I received a bag here, and then a clerk who received the customer sent me a thank-you card.This time, the same clerk came again and treated me with care. A Japanese female clerk.Unfortunately, there was no product I wanted, so I didnt buy it, but it was still nice to see off.Chanel wants to stop by on his next Hawaii trip.

As expected, I was interested in the approach of leading brands. Thanks to the first-class approach of Korean women and the attentiveness of the manager, I can shop comfortably and would like to visit again.

I bought a chain wallnet in January last year, and it was less than a year ago, so the glue fell off the chain and I entrusted it with 11/3 repair. Wait for more than a month ~ Why ?? Part .. The message said, Well, its an employee mistake.I wonder if this is a luxury service ... My mistake is torn or wrong, and the glue on the chain link falls and tatters ~~Wait for the consumer to see the product defect ~~Buy and spend 11 months and repair more than 8 months ...Where does this happen ...Chanel completely no good !!!!

A clean and well-organized mall. Some brands close earlier than 9pm, so you should check the opening hours for each brand.
