I Was So Sad And Discourage. So I Looked Online And Seen That The Store All The Way In Hawai Had It, I Was Ecstatic! I Contacted Them To See If There Was Anything They Can Do For Me, For My Birthday Was Approaching. Thats When I Met Sunjun :). He Was Everything I Can Ask For And More From A Sales Personnel. He Was Friendly, Courteous, and Customer Service Savvy. He Completed My Order & With Him Being In Hawai And Me Being In Orlando. Got My Shipment 3 Days Later!!!!!!!!!! I Couldnt Be More Happier With My Sneakers And My Gift...... He Snuck That In There lol. THANK YOU SUNJUN YOUR THE BEST! Cant Wait To Come To Hawaii To Meet You.

Terrible. We waited about 40 minutes in line when associates were free and available inside. There was only one party in front of us. It was unbelievable. They didn’t seem to realize or acknowledge how long customers were waiting besides the doorman (who was really nice and probably felt bad for us which is why he reassured us several times that we would be assisted shortly every 10 minutes) I had to ask them to provide us with water because it was so hot outside they had us waiting for so long. Even customers behind us were complaining after a certain point. Awful sense of urgency for good customer experience.

Asked if we had an appointment when they had 4 or 5 associates standing around and playing on their phone. We know Dior is expensive, you don’t need to be bougie about it.

Real sales person, knew what she was talking about, and hooked me up with a bronze membership which Ive been using because I am a regular Macys shopper.She assisted me with a gift for my moms birthday, which had to be special because my dad passed last year..My dad usually buys her perfume..So we had to go big, which we did, of course with the help of Kim :)My moms bday is a week before mothers day so she was able to give me flowers to go along with my mothers gift, which my mother LOVED and made a great center piece for my mothers little get together later on that day!.Thank you so much Kim,God Bless.Overly satisfied cutomer

They are not working. Only one person working, all the other sales associates just pretending to work, not greeting any client. Horrible experience. been on the line for 30 mins where there is only one client in the store. Worst Dior boutique ever.
