Took my car here for a coolant leak which is notorious for the XF year I have. First time I came the lady that helped me was very nice and informative.Now my car is back for another coolant leak and I havent driven the car much since the first time it leaked (couple years later but no more than 15k miles driven.) Its been a week and no update on the car. They returned my voicemail I left for them, someone did call me back, but said theyll call back in a few minutes after they go check service. Almost an hour later and no call yet on time or cost.Im assuming due to covid things are backed up, but just updating customers on vehicles and saying Sorry it hasnt been checked on yet. Is better than leaving them in the dark.

This was the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle! Preston Saguibo sent me photos of available cars of interest and made sure the car was detailed and ready for a test drive upon my arrival. The showroom is beautiful and displays very well. The service is great and everyone is professional and friendly. Preston goes over and beyond my expectation. Very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and friendly. Thank you Preston!!! I have worked with the JLR sales department and service department here for about 3 years now. The service department never answers the phone, and never returns calls. When you are able to get a hold of them the soonest you can ever book an appointment is 2 months in the future. Unfortunately if you have an issue that needs repaired quickly you cannot be helped. I have also never worked with a high end vehicle dealership that will not readily offer a loaner when your vehicle that is under warranty is being serviced.The sales department is not interested in selling vehicles. I scheduled a time to look at a vehicle and when we got there the sales person we scheduled with was not there, and the vehicle was not available to test drive. They said they would reach out to us to schedule another appointment with us the next week. Nobody ever called us, when we buy I will just buy from a dealership on the mainland and ship the vehicle out.I love JLR as a company, its just frustrating you have to work with this dealership.

My buying experience here is awesome! The place has a very nice showroom, very spacious, lots of high end cars. The customer service is excellent! You will be greeted warmly by a beautiful lady with a lot of smiles and leads you to a customer representative. I ended up with Paul Escorpeso, very nice man, told him what I want. He showed me whats in their inventory. He took us for test drive right away. He just let me feel the car and explained the differences in models. He is not pushy. It is all about me. I was able to distinguish which model I like very quickly. Gave all kinds of financing options and suggests different real life scenarios pros and cons of those options. Curtis works with banks and get things done quick. You will get out of that place with more confidence and peace of mind. Keep up the good work!

Went to Velocity to look at Jaguar and discuss lease options. Jenna was very helpful. I will definitely be purchasing a Jaguar XE when the 2018 model comes in from Jenna. She understands and represents the brand well. What a great team you have in the store!

I need to take a moment to provide feedback on the Jaguar service department. The service that Carrie, Shirlyn and Gary provided on my last service was outstanding. As always exceeding my expectations. They were informative, helpful and were concerned about all my needs, wants and questions. I couldnt ask for a better a better service from a Jaguar dealer. I always look forward to seeing them because they make the stressful dealing with car repairs not stressful at all. I will always recommend the winning team managed by Carrie.

Absolutely horrible service. Spent $6k on loans and rental cars waiting for a car to be fixed. Car is still under 50k miles and has been in the Jaguar at velocity honolulu for over 3 months. Unacceptable services as well as the supervisors are experienced with giving people the run-around. Was taunted on phones many times. Will be reporting and heading into this store soon. Have spoken to Eric Wes who lied about helping as well as was laughed at by Carrie Services Manager. Unreal. I need to speak to Brian Nicolai ASAP!!

Typical car salesmen, but more insulting. The whole deal or no deal set up with the manager being the banker. These guys are pathetic, they will give you the worst possible rating on your trade-in and then offer you 5-10k less than that, blue book value. I was insulted at least 5-10 times at their dealership. I wouldnt go back to that dealership if they offered me a free car. Worst dealership experience Ive ever had.

Recently leased a new Range Rover Sport fromVelocity Jaguar Land Rover in Honolulu. My salesman Sergio Ambrosino was very helpful. He met me at the airport to take me to the dealership, gave me water and a breakfast bar which came inhandy later on.He stayed with me through the financial paperworkwhich was not his responsibility and made sure I was taken care of until all the paperwork was finished.He remains helpful now that the vehicle is deliveredand has made sure I know I can email him with any questions or concerns.The dealership manager Frank was very helpful whenshipping details needed to be taken care of.We live on one of the outer islands.My husband and I are very pleased with our new Range Rover Sport and the attention we receivedfrom the dealership.

It was a quite pleasant experience working with Ron Kano and Preston Saguibo. I was interested in Alfa Rameo and requested a test drive. Preston sat down with me and carefully listened to my needs and provided some options within my budget. He took me also to a bumpy road so i could test if the ride was smooth. Even though I did not buy or lease yet this time, I will highly recommend Preston as a brand specialist who cares about your needs not just his commission.

I tried to buy a pre-owned Jaguar here, but the dealership spent days avoiding the pre-purchase inspection appointments I set up at an independent shop two blocks away. First they didnt want to put the miles on it by driving it two blocks to the shop, then they were too busy with client appointments. Finally, they showed up late for the last appointment but didnt want to wait 30 minutes to be inspected next. After five days of stalling, they sold the car out from under me to someone else. No integrity.

I cant say enough good things about our sales representative, Jenna. I expected her to be the typical pushy sales person but she is not. Instead, she is friendly and responsive (!!) and does not add any pressure to the process. To this day, she still happily answers any questions I have (and weve already bought our car).
