My worst experience with a car dealership, ever.I stopped by to appraise a vehicle and also ready to buy a new one. I would not recommendLexus sevco offered me $7k less than what I knew to take. Not Kelley books numbers that are inflated but real numbers that I was ready to work with.Ethan was my sales rep. He did not try to make the sale. He blamed it on his boss for giving me a terrible trade in value.Luxury should be about service, and Lexus missed the mark.

I worked with Derek who helped me purchase a 2020 Corolla (demo car) and was understandable, knew what i wanted and was honest with the process.Purchasing with Derek was great, it was quick and allowed me to finance with a great rate. He even helped me drop off my rental!! Service with sales here is amazing and the staff is understanding, friendly and honest. Theese guys are about helping the customers and no gimmicka. I recommend this Toyota dealership, the best experience Ive had and will recommend this pace to anyone who wants to buy a Toyota in Oahu. Mahalo

I made appointment and I was given today at 7 a.m. and when I went there I had no appointment and I was instructed to go inside and make an appointment which I did and the lady there made it my problem. You would think that if I had an appointment and they messed up, they would bend over backwards to give me another appointment instead they wanted to give me one in July. I went out and had my car repaired from an outside source which is much cheaper than what Servco would charge me to fix my car. Also had it service at Jiffy Lube. Not a happy camper!

Husband Had a 9am appointment for safety, oil change and check sensor light that came on. Was told it would be ready in 2-2.5 hours so he waited there. He was told around 12 the person in charge had a meeting and then would be taking lunch. It’s 245pm and this person is still not out of their meeting. Now he has to take a $30 uber home and pick up the truck tomorrow at a time unknown. Very frustrating and won’t be back whenever we get our vehicle eventually.

Nacho and James helped me test drive and pick out a great truck. They were super knowledgeable and friendly. I even got a ride to drop off my rental car. Cliff helped me get a car loan, the bank wouldn’t give me the interest rate I was hoping for but Cliff did his best and I felt that I was taken really good care of. Servco has a great reputation and I can see why because they do a great job overall. I will definitely recommend them 5 stars.

BEST EXPERIENCE Thanks to Derek Hanson!I won’t exaggerate my experience. I’m not a fan of dealerships, but if I have to go to one, I want to be able to get in and out quickly and receive decent customer service.If you have similar expectations and you don’t want to deal with a dealership with high marked up pricing - I’d definitely recommend this location.Derek got me the vehicle I needed which happened to already be on the lot already and I was driving away within a couple of hours. This review is for Toyota Hawai’i: I drive a 2006 tundra which had one of the straps holding the gas tank break loose. This was due to rust damage to the frame where it was attached to. Toyota had a recall regarding rust issues with frames four years ago. My truck went in for inspection but the rust damage was missed because it sits in a hard to get to locations. Now the warranty is expired and Toyota Hawai’i is not willing to admit that it was missed four years ago and will now take care of the issue. That kind of rust damage did not occur just in the last four years. They gave me the runaround with all kind of people telling me nicely that they won’t cover it. Bottom line: if the gas tank would have fallen while driving and had caused an accident with who know what could have happened I’m sure Toyota would have done anything to take care of it / damage control. Very disappointed in Toyota Hawai’i customer service. Just keep the fingers crossed your Toyota won’t have any major recalls or other issues. Because if it does, you might be on your own.

In April 2019, the passenger side airbag was replaced with a recall on my Toyota Sienna at the Waipahu dealership. In July 2020 the passenger airbag warning light came on. I took the Toyota Sienna to the Honolulu dealership for a diagnostic and repair estimate. About $150 for the diagnostics, then told it would be $847 for the replacement of the entire part/system that was just replaced with the recall. Since the part wasnt in stock, and I was moving off island a week later, I opted to ship the car to the mainland without repairing. I took the car to the Toyota dealership in my new city, they found that the plug was not plugged in all the way.Either your technicians (at least 2 different ones) are incompetent or you are in the business of scamming people. So which one is it? Id love to know.

I took my 2016 Corolla in for a recall, and when i picked it up, the ac was not working. I had to drive for 1 week in the summer heat, then when I brought it back for them to check, they said it wasnt their fault. It would be $125 for them to diagnose the problem and by the way, did I buy the extended warranty, ( so they can find all sorts of things that were wrong). I have less than 23,000 miles on my car, and the ac was working perfectly UNTIL THEY TOUCHED IT!!!! Now they claim to see some oil residue by the ac system. So, miraculously, the odds are 1 in a million or more that my ac system should fail the day that they worked on my car!?! I WAS a loyal Toyota customer, but no more. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR IN TO THEM FOR SERVICING. THEY WILL MESS IT UP, AND TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR WHATEVER THEY CAN. This is beyond belief! No wonder they have so many recalls, it is an opportunity for them to keep their mechanics busy. Instead of being a loyal lifetime customer, I plan to tell the world about this shenanigans. Beware of shady practices. I would not have expected this from Toyota, but now, I will believe anything.

My family and I went to Toyota on a Thursday looking for a used SUV and left the same day EXTREMELY SATISFIED. We were looking for something somewhat cheap and reliable while we are stationed on island. We found a vehicle that not only meets that requirement but can possibly be taken back home to the mainland for the long run . Our salesman Frederick K is an exceptional man. He is by far the best salesman I have ever purchased a vehicle from and I have had over 5 experiences. Him being a former soldier, I can truly tell he still lives by the ARMY values. The whole process was painless and fast. We ended up buying a 2012 Highlander for a good price. The dealership itself was one of the nicest Ive stepped foot in. They are military friendly and settle for nothing but the best service. They have a huge pre-owned inventory. Ive never owned a Toyota until now, but I think Ive just turned into a fan. Their brand screams quality and reliability. Fred is a stand-up guy. If youre looking to buy a used vehicle dont settle for anything sub-par, go to Fred.

Great staff, no BS, honest workers!I went here looking for a vehicle that they had sold earlier in the day, which made my unenthusiastic mood even less enthused. Not once was I asked the amount of money I had in my pockets, or my budget. The one question that was asked of me was Do you drive a manual? James brought me to a 16 Scion, manual trans, good mileage, and good lookin (but not too flashy!). I took it for a test drive, and looked at some other cars, but I couldnt get my mind off of that Scion. My girlfriend test drove it, and gave her approval, and we were inside in minutes. Before I went here, I was confident that I was gonna be taken by the ankles and shook for all my quarters, but the price I saw was the price I got. Cliff, in finance, was just as impressive as James. Ive always been told Finance is where they getchya! If they meant getchya in and getchya out, then they werent lying. James and Cliff were as honest and helpful as they come, and I never thought Id be leaving a dealership with a smile on my face. If you want a car without a headache, go to Servco Toyota!

Im really happy I ended up buying my car here. If youre looking for good friendly staff and honest value go with these guys. Bao from sales really went the extra mile for me. I thought it might be a hassle buying here because I live on an outer island, not the case. They coordinated shipping and made it really easy for me to get my car here. They are also upfront about the costs and dont have hidden fees like some other dealers I went to. These guys care about great customer service.

It really blew my mind that a dealership could not negotiate price on certain trims and that it was company policy. Thats understandable, then why not negotiate what you could control. First time I have ever dealt with a dealership that couldnt work with you for a deal. So yea if anyone is looking for decent customer service and to be able to negotiate prices dont come here. I STRONGLY urge all military personnel buying a car here understand when you ship it stateside it will not be registered here to get services/maintenance or recalls as it is in Hawaii. They should really let buyers know that Servco is a totally different distributor than stateside so what they sell you there as far as free oil changes, maintenance, etc will not be honored!

Just went in to the service department earlier today because my Maintenance Required light was on. Vince helped me by informing me that the mechanics from Goodyear just forgot to reset the odometer since they last serviced it. That was such a relief to hear after such a busy day. He drove up to Schofield Barracks to pick me and my wife up during the ridiculous traffic H1 has to offer. Hello, just want to share my experience and though about the staff and store location. Since I needed a family car my wife and I shopped together for our first car and we looked around until we found the right one. The location is convenient for us since it is closer to where we live. The lot was big with many new cars, trucks, suvs to choose from. The service was not too bad since the seller did not hustled us. They gave us all the time we needed we decided to buy. After we found the right car, the loan and sales process did not take long to completed. There was a guy who assisted through the process told us to give him a four stars rating when the mainland survey called and I did just that. He even promised us for a dash board cover accessory, something he was willing to throw in just to made us a better satisfy buyer but never happened. I called to followed up but he never return any of our calls. I decided to stop and not bothered with it. I dont know if everyone there is like that but yes I think they should not promise anything if they not going to follow through.

A waste of time. I really wanted to purchase a Camry. However, even though the price was right, the sales person wasted too much of my time, consideration and patience. Selected the car online, even down to the VIN number, I then went to purchase it, and told the sales person that I had the cash ready and only 90 minutes to invest. Very unfriendly and not helpful at all at the Mapunapuna location. The salesman and saleswoman failed to respond to my emails to view the 2020 Rav4 and Subaru Forester. I went to the Mapunapuna location to view the vehicles...salesman did not seem helpful or interested in making a sale. I instead went to Subaru Kaimuki that same day and purchased a 2020 Forester. That salesman was helpful. The Mapunapuna sales people should be retrained.
