Risky dealership. Test drove a car and it was apparent it had a radiator problem. They may have some cars at a great deal but still. Doesnt seem like they actually value or make sure the cars are in top shape

Terrible Customer Service! Wish I could give them zero stars. Dont go over here. We went 4 times, only once they came up to us. The other three times, no one came to help us. We always had to look for them. We went in the last time and they told us to talk to the manager/finance person downstairs. He was talking with someone laughing... He didnt acknowledge that we were standing right there waiting for him. Then, we tried to approach him, he walked away! Terrible!!!! We wanted to buy a car and a bike. Bike was on Craigslist. Bike doesnt even have a working battery. You can get better customer service! Our money will be better spent somewhere else. I suggest to go to another dealership or buy a bike from Harley Davidson or from an owner on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, or Letgo. FYI:. Ive worked at a dealership before as a Supervisor and this is not how a dealership should be!

Called asked about wheels and tires. They said they need to see the vehicle( even though I gave them all my info and even the wheels I wanted) only info I needed was cost of wheels and tires installed. So I first go to Discount Wheel and Tire to get a quote. And very happy with their quote. Except it takes about 2 weeks before they come in. I leave and head to Autoland. I get there. No customers. We get no help for 10 minutes. Finally a lady comes out of the office and says Have you been helped? I respond kindly with no. She then says, Ok I will get someone, it may be a while since we are so busy. There was no one there! Finally I hear a guy say. I guess Im the only one working? And comes to helps us.At this point I tell him what I want. He doesnt even need to see the car? He tells me $2600 for the wheels and tires? Perplexed because the same wheels and tires two blocks away are $1900. I tell him the price of Discount tire and wheel and he doesnt believe me and says, We are the ones that supply them with their wheels.Needless to say I thanked him for his time and I went back down to Discount tire and ordered my wheels and tires. I will gladly wait 2-3 weeks if I am saving $700.Im sure my business wont be missed as it looks like they do well. But maybe I could save someone the trouble and a little money by telling them my experience.

Dont buy a car from this place, saw a BMW M3 I could spot out many problems that they tried to hide with zip ties and cable ties honestly worst place to go to shop for a car.

My boyfriend and I went to auto land to see if we could finance a vehicle. There were no sales people, we were waiting around for about 10 minutes just looking around and didn’t notice there was an upstairs which the sales reps were. I’ve been to a few dealerships and know how the financing process works and maybe I’ve just been lucky but I haven’t had to wait more than an hour to know answers from the bank. The financing lady was nice, she considered our time very valuable and did not want us to “wait for the bank approval process” and will give us a call once she has updates on the banks. Following up with us was an issue, I had to keep calling and texting to see what the status was and it just didn’t seem like they were interested in helping us finance or giving us our options to try and get a vehicle. Kind of disappointed, they made us feel like they could helps us only to be let down, still no answer until this day it has been 2 days.If we were not approved, please call and let us know instead of us waiting in limbo. I don’t know any other dealerships that would keep us waiting for days to figure out whether or not we are approved. I don’t recommend going here at all. The vehicle we wanted was about $4000 overpriced anyway.

They have a wide selection of rims and some unique parts to modify your vehicle, however, DO NOT buy a used car here. Their online information about their cars is false information. I had to spend over a thousand dollars in order to fix some problems with my car that wasnt explained online. Also, the salesmen were dishonest about certain parts in the car. They also tried to take out some parts in the car before we sealed the deal.BUYER BEWARE

This place is probably a great place if you want to pimp out your ride or get new rims. If you want to buy a used car, however, STAY AWAY. Dishonest salesman sold me a car knowing there were problems with it. Cost me $2300 to repair less than two weeks after I bought it. He purposefully gave me false information to make the sale. And that was after he tried to sell me a different car with a salvage title that he only told me about after starting some paperwork. Bring a mechanic if you want to buy a used car here!

Im posting this on behalf of my boyfriend who just recently bought a car from auto land..not too long ago about 2 weeks ago. We were looking for a family car. Something reliable&affordable for us. After trying out 3 dealerships we finally tried auto land.. the guys there seem friendly&nice&we seen a few cars that might’ve fit our little family. We were desperate for a car at the time which wasn’t too long ago my 11 month old son was admitted to the hospital. Anyways long story short jimmy the guy who was working with us didn’t accept the amount of down payment we had which was 1400 that was really all We had at the time we couldn’t really afford to spend more money because our son was still in the hospital. Instead we borrowed money from his sister for the amount he wanted which was $2000. I was expecting for a nice working car for down payment of $2000. They didn’t give us a chance to atleast test drive it but just to take a look inside. On our way home the car was making a strange knocking noise. Tire sensor light came on&the next day engine light came on too.. so we called the dealership&told them about the problems. He told us it was nothing! We can still drive the car. But we took the car in anyway because we knew it wasn’t safe to drive around with it with kids in it. So we took the car in&my boyfriend asked one of the ladies that work there if she knew that the car was already broken&she said no the first time. He asked her atleast 5 times&she finally admitted it&said “yeah, i knew the car was broken but you should talk to jimmy about that”. He asked to speak with jimmy but he was helping another customer. So He waited for atleast 1&half hour for them to finally fix the car which only took atleast 15 min to work on. He brought the car back but the tire sensor/pressure light was still on. He said that if we wanted that to be fixed we needed to pay $150. We bought the car like that so I don’t understand why we had to pay for the damages. I know we didn’t have warranty for the car but It’s only been a day since we had the car. We told jimmy that WE WERE NOT SATISFIED with the car we had. He said all the problems in the car are minor we can fix them ourself! The radio doesn’t work at all either. They shouldn’t sell broken cars to people! With $2000 we would’ve got us a BETTER CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE! We want our money back! Who would want to pay $309 every month for a broken car? Now we can’t take our boys to their appointments or go places because we’re afraid something might happen to this car. We called him again&asked if we can return the car because now the engine light, brake light, &airbag light are coming on&off. he said “yeah! But you guys aren’t getting your money back! “ smh. We need our money back to get us a better car! Is there anyway we can do that? Please help our little ohana. Mahalo.

Poor service. Put down payment for a Truck last week and they told me they were going to submit our loans to a bank to see if it can be approved. They said it would take two days. And now I’ve been waiting a week. And still no call. Rip off prices also. Smh

Atmosphere is nice if you dont mind getting raped by the price tags $1000 for Evo and WRX headers I bought and after they came in not the brand they said they where. Turns out eBay knock offs cost less than $400 for both headers. Lots of false advertising on the salesmans part. Worse thing about the whole thing tried to return the Evo headers and sorry we dont refund special orders.
