Great experience in trading a car registered from the mainland.I ran around for a few days trying to get a safety check for my car registered in CA for another dealership. I happened to stop by Choice and they paid top dollar for my trade and did all of the leg work. I was approved in very little time. Brandon, the sales guy, was extremely great to work and was very knowledge about the vehicles on the lot. Because of Choice and Brandon it turned out to be a great day. Absolutely avoid doing business with this dealership. Very very poor follow up after purchase. Current employees like to blame old staff for issues and seem to feel it’s not their problem. Gate keepers very difficult to get anything accomplished after delivery of the vehicle purchased. The sales manager likes to brag about the amount of sales volume they do rather then address your issues. He actually said they sold 150 vehicles in the month of July, sounds great, maybe the IRS may want to check their books. Be very careful purchasing used modified pick up trucks or jeeps from anywhere, but especially here. Make sure all of your paperwork is up to date and legal before you drive off the lot if you actually do not take this review seriously and decide to purchase with them. Also buyer beware of their fees to switch registration to your name ect. They will charge as much as they can for things not needed, do your homework.

Best used car dealer I’ve ever encountered. My salesman was Johnny.. Professional service starts with a phone call. He answered with a greeting, name of company and his name. I was shocked. So rare these days to get someone courteous on the phone. I made an appointment and he was right there to greet me. Walked me through every step of the process and always checked on me. During the final steps of selling my car. Annie (finance manager) and Johnny asked how was I getting home. Told them I’d take the bus. Both of them said no, no, no. We’ll take you home. If I could give Jasmine more star ratings I would. She was a GREAT car sales person, very patient, tentative, and a very hard worker. I knew which car I wanted and wanted to trade-in my vehicle I currently have. She worked through all the ins and outs to get me the best possible deal on the car I wanted to purchase abs for the car that I wanted to trade-In. I felt I got the best bang for my buck. She was patient with me while I gathered all the information for her that was needed, kept me up to date on important information. One day later, she found a finance company for me, rode along with me during the test drive and showed me all the cool gadgets and what not in the car I wanted to purchase. Hope I didn’t scare her to much with my driving. Helping me with switching out my custom plates I have on my old car that I wanted to put on my new car. I was probably one of those customers that were like “damn”. But she pulled it all through. Highly recommended.

If I could I’d put 0 star rating I WOULD!!! AWFUL AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE! I would not recommend choice automotive to anyone. We financed a car from them last September - 2015 BMW 528i series. It was an awesome car and would of lasted us a while but when we picked it up from the dealership they did an oil change and put the wrong oil in the car and overfilled it leading to internal engine damage. Once we contacted them about the situation that they caused they said there was nothing they could do. We have a receipt stating the wrong oil as well. Now we are stuck with a payment on a car that has not been drivable for 10 months. DO NOT GO TO CHOICE AUTOMOTIVE!!!!
