So I decided to give dealer a 2nd chance due to new problem (loss electrical power). I paid diagnostic to find what is causing it. They could not duplicate the problem (of course this happens all the time) but they did find a bad battery and they stopped at that point until battery was replaced. Because I didnt want to pay the almost 1/2 grand for a battery/install, I released car and took it home and bought elsewhere. After installed, it seemed to be for about a week and the problem started again, no electrical power. I called dealer and all service advisor would indicate is that they didnt say this would fix the problem so I basically paid to get the car diagnosed for once specific problem and since battery was bad, they stopped finding the problem until I replaced the battery. So I felt I had to pay for an upscale vs. Finding the original problem. She also said if I wanted to bring car back to get diagnosed. I said for what, to pay 200 bucks to just keep throwing money at it and never finishing the diagnosis? Sh e wasnt helpful or concerned. If I were the shop, I would have threw a shop battery in and continue the diagnosing until problem was found vs. Just letting a car go with the same problem it went in with and taking $$. Where the concerned customer service for their clients safety?I will have to report continued problems to Cadillac coorporate.

Very impressed for the service writer the attention she gave to the detail regarding letting you know when is being serviced thru text, whats being service through a video and letting you know when your car is ready via text PLUS a free car wash. Great customer experience.

Took my 2008 car there for safety check. I was told I needed a new headlight assembly. After 2 days of searchingI was quoted $1600, plus $300 for labor. I asked why so expensive, because I found an OEM part for $500 an hour after it failed inspection. They claimed it took so long because it was difficult to find original part. Like any GM dealer I had to sign a form stating they may not replace parts with original GM parts, so why were they scouring the planet looking for one? I figured that was enough and just took my caddy and traded it in for two Hondas.
Service rates way too expensive...would never purchase one of their vehicles...rip off...
